Was able to share Adobe XFA form for review, but ended up with funny situation.
When using the latest Acrobat DC to share Adobe LiveCycle Dynamic Form for review on the cloud, I was able to receive the document on the participant side, but the document didn't show, instead I see a message as usual because it is a dynamic form, which is expected. But, I was able to use commenting tools online to draw and add comments, which seemed very strange. Take OCR text pre-processing out of EDIT
99.9% of the time, when I'm going to EDIT a pdf, its just to resize or crop it, not to change the content. But I have to wait for the OCR processing to complete before the crop tool is available. I shouldn't have to wait for a feature I'm not intending to use. Especially if I'm working with CAD drawings or other non-MSWord source files, the OCR processing takes forever, since the content isnt designed for that.

Add option for controlling how pdfs control the fields
Add option for controlling how pdfs control the fields on multiple pages. If you have 2 forms that share field names but have different data, right now, when you change one field on one page, it changes the fields on the 2nd page. There should be option to set each page to treat the fields separately. Then when you change a field on page #1, it won't change that field on page #2 also. Docusign has this option.

Signature Form Template
I need to request signatures on each pdf. However each time I need to drag in the signature cells to the sheet. I would like to be able to add a page to each pdf with the signature cells already set up.
What I'm looking for is the ability to use the signature template as an additional page in a batch.

Form filled in Thai incorrectly displayed
When fields are filled in Thai then the file is saved, closed and re-opened, the Thai characters are displayed incorrectly. The fields also seem to be embedded and un-editable. I haven't had this issue until I noticed this a few days ago.

Why is it still SO BAD!?!
It would get a great idea to actually make Fill & Sign work. After 12 versions and years of offering this tool, how great would it be if it actually worked in a bug-free and intuitive manner. Just upgraded from 11 and tried to fill a form. When you hover over an entry field, it seems to find the location of text entry and puts in "Type Text Here." Sometimes you can type text in the entry field. Sometimes you can enlarge or make smaller the text. Sometimes you can go back and edit the text…

Issue with copy-paste option in multiple languages
With the new version of Acrobat, the copy-paste process between a PDF document and other text field, doesn't work properly. The special characters (i.e. French accents like é è à) don't show up anymore when we copy-paste without formatting. I spent three hours with the technical support and they finally said: "this is normal with the new version". The copy-paste process works like this now"...

When attempting to enter a text box in the top RH corner of a document the tool covers the area the document I am editing. Have the tools we want to use permanently displayed
revert back to version 9 format.

The workaround for this is to click on the text properties icon bar to hide the properties so that you can easily see the text box.

Remove Text option for Digital Signatures
When sending a document to someone using the eSign digital signature feature, they have the options "Type" "Draw" or "Image". I request that we as the sender have the ability to remove the "Type" option. A typed signature on the resultant signed pdf file is not suitable for legally binding documents. I want to the ability to restrict the recipient to the "Draw" and "Image" options so that a real signature is captured on the document.

Working in the medical field, it would be extremely helpful if I could convert a pdf to an EDI file. This would allow me to upload the file into the EMR system and auto post payments.

When using Maltese characters, text changes from Arial to a Serif Font
When using characters which are essential to Maltese script -- ċġħ, for example -- the font changes from Arial to a Serif font, which looks odd with the rest of the text.

Data Matrix Barcode doesn't work with German special chars like äöüߧ
I want to use a Data Matrix Barcode field in a form in Acrobat Forms, like I do in LiveCycle Designer ES4. But here I get into trouble: DM-Barcode doesn't encode the German special chars! I get weird encodings instead of the char. The same entry in a QR-Code-Field works as expected!
Because ist works fine in LiveCycle Designer and in the QR-Code I assume this is a bug.
I found no solution to finetune the field to become German-friendly ;-)

Add initials only through Request e-signatures tool
There is this form that I send through Adobe Sign to an immediate supervisor every month and it only requires their initials, not a signature. I use the Request e-signatures tool for that. The problem is that when I am ready to send the form for their initials, it prompts me with a warning saying I did not set a signature field on the form, which then gives me the option to either return to the form to add the signature field myself, or just hit Send and Adobe adds the signature field for me on an additional blank…

Ability to group checkboxes in a PDF form
The ability to group multiple checkboxes under one name, each with different export values, and retain the ability to select more than one option.
We import/export information from PDF's and our CRM, and there's no way to import checkbox fields because we can't group them.

Auto Font Replace on Save corrupts the text
I am editing a PDF file with Acrobat Pro 2017. When I save the file, it sometimes says "replacing font" - it takes some text and replaces it with little boxes. I've checked the embedded fonts and all seem fine.
What causes this problem and better, is there a way to stop the font replacement?

I recently updated my Adobe license and noted that the new version no longer provides the 'Actions', 'Format', 'Validate' and 'Calculate' options when I create a new form. Have these functionalities been removed or am I not finding them?

Change Highlight Text Color With Keybinds
Hi! It would be amazing to the workflow if you could add the option to set specific keybinds to change the hightlight text color before actually take the action or using the mouse to manually select the color you want.
For example: I'm using "green" as standard color but as i'm reading i decide that for that line of text i would rather choose "red" cause it is important. I would love to have the option to press -for example- "1" and automatically change the hightlight color to "red".
