2. Info panel

   I would like a info panel that show me relevant information about the file. For me that information would be: Paper size (not including bleed) in milimeters, Color profile, bleed size, Ink limit, Spot colors, low-res image warning, fonts etc. I use Acrobat to check ads and I think a single info-panel would be great. If there is problems with the file, I can dig deeper with pre-flight, but in most cases I only need to know the basic information about the file. The Properties panel under the file menu is better than nothing, but it is too limited and shows the pagesize including the bleed margins.

5. Locks up

   I'm 2 hours into filling a form and it decides to lock up+#*#.
   Don't know what to do but if I loose my info I will quit paying for Acrobat!

6. Browser PDF Hyperlinks with the ability to choose an option to open the link in a new browser window.

   When you open a PDF in a browser, and there are hyperlinks in that PDF, when you click on a hyperlinks, it opens in the same window. Is there a way to force it to open a new window? Is there an option or button that one can click that will allow this to happen?

7. Messages from Adobe setting not respected

   When I have 'Show me messages when I launch Adobe Acrobat' DESELECTED, I STILL get an ANNOYING message from Adobe about completing my profile. I DO NOT want to get any message about the Profile!

8. Portfolio Printing

   When printing a portfolio, the document print in the order they are named. Could you create an option for the portfolio to print in the order the files are in the portfolio? We use Adobe Acrobat for all our bulk printing tasks, and we have to rename the files to make sure they print in order.

9. HELP ME RESTORE ADOBE WRITER

   I had pdf writer installed on my Mac when it died. I tried bringing it to this new machine from my backup disk and it now wants me to buy some adobe cloud. Been on the phone on hold for hours, been on chat for hours, frankly the customer service is horrible or non-existent. Please help men get back up and running.

10. More direct 'Submit' button

    I have a pharma client that I've been working on a Sales Aid for. It was created in InDesign Interactive. At the end of this 8 page (or so) document, there's a simple form for people to request a patient starter kit. No signature is required. We would like to have people submit the form directly to my client, but in Acrobat Pro, the form goes to the end user's email address and they need to forward the form on to my client. This is a 2-step process and not ideal at all for user experience. Client wants the form to go directly to her (vs. first having form come into the user's email as an attachment). Is there a way to do that in Adobe in the future? Thanks!

11. protecting file not intentionally how to fix it?

    I don't know how I have protected the file, was not intentionally. How could I reverse it if I don't know the password? I think cause I fill the form in my computer I should be able to reverse do I? Please I need a help with it. tjhanks

12. I SPENT TWO DAYS SCANNING TWO VERY LARGE FILES INTO THE COMPUTER, NOW IM GETTNG AN ERROR SAYING THAT THE FILES COULD NOT BE OPENED OR REPAIR

    I SCANNED A VERY LARGE AMOUNT OF PAPERWORK APPROXIMATELY 400 PAGES INTO MY COMPUTER YESTERDAY AND TODAY AND NOW I CANNOT OPEN THE ITEMS (2) WARNING SAYS "ERROR CANNOT OPEN FILES DAMAGED AND CANNOT BE REPAIRED" WHAT CAN I DO? IS THERE A WAY I CAN RETRIEVE MY WORK AND POSSIBLE BREAK IT DOWN INTO SMALLER SEGMENTS?

    - Acrobat version
    - Scanner details
    - Scan settings
    - Number of pages scan
    - Does it happen for small files also or only for these bulk scanned files.

13. Neutral Screen Colour so reading is easier on eyes

    Ability to change from a bright white screen to a neutral clour so it can be easier on the eyes when readign documents/ ebooks/ etc.

15. Partial drop down search giving unexpected results in DC

    I will outline the issue below again, however.

    Users have the ability to do a partial search of the drop down, to filter down to what they're looking to find: https://i.imgur.com/S0P3T17.png

    However, when selecting one of the options from within the remaining options available, the results are not always as intended. In this case, I will search "Adult B" to choose Adult Brass Dragon. When selecting Adult Brass Dragon, the following script is enacted via the validation section of the drop down properties:

    applyMonster(event.value, 0);

    This should be choosing the option I chose, and passing it through my scripts to fill the rest of the form with information. Nothing else manipulates this drop down, aside from choosing the manual that needs to be chosen beforehand.

    I am using Acrobat Pro DC, and Reader DC to test this. A user with XI has confirmed that partial drop down search works fine for him.

16. Allow Javascript buttons and menu items to be added in WebView (viewing a pdf from internet explorer)

    It would be greatly appreciated if custom buttons or menu items created in JavaScript be allowed to be added to the toolbars in WebView (Internet Explorer). This used to work in Acrobat and Reader in version 7, 8, 9 and X but now doesn't work :(

18. Keyboard shortcut for emailing PDF. Create a shortcut that opens the emailing option.

    Most of what I use Acrobat Pro for is processing vendor invoices. Several thousand per year. I need to place comments on them and then email them to another location. It would be a big time saver for me if there was a shortcut key to open the email option. Thanks, Barry

19. For Vip / Teams it would be helpful to have a Standard DC installer

    Instead of having to install pro and having it downgrade when you login with your Standard license. It would make the process much smoother for Corporate end users.

20. Problem: cannot check the box in pop-up when trying to sign in for Adobe Acrobat Pro DC any ideas???

    Just purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro DC and installed. When I open a pdf and try to merge with another the program says I am only using a trial version???
    When I try to sign in through the program I get a pop-up with terms of use and license agreement but I cannot check the box to agree to the terms and conditions so I cannot sign in...tried to contact them by phone but nobody answers...
