  2. I wasted hours to subscribe for a year. Why do you make things difficult?
    You really chase away clients. You gave me a order number but then you ask me for another number that you didn't give me ... where is the logic with this? You are still asking me to subscribe when I just subscribe for a year ... can you appreciate the frustration? When you are in a situation of urgency, this is not nice at all. Please help

  3. Zoom previous is a shorthand reference for go back to the previous view. It is an existing feature in numerous graphically intense systems like CAD, MCAD, ECAD.

    It is a convenient and efficient way to restore the view. Reasons to use it are: 1. correct a zoom error or 2. zoom in to examine something closely and zoom back out to an overview

  4. so when running the auto detect field on this pdf every time I click the auto detect fields for the accessibility, it gives me an error that adobe has stoped working and has to be closed. can someone explain what's happening and what i need to do to fix this.

  6. Fix the IE plugin "Select" feature. It shows the red line box around a screen region, does not keep the region selected, and then proceeds to make a PDF of the ENTIRE web page, not the chosen region. And it makes the PDF in landscape orientation, with all the menus, footers, headers, and junk we don't need. There seems to be no way to fix this behavior in Acrobat DC.

  9. Just wanted to reach out and ask for help on removing an unwanted state appearance from a button I have created on my PDF CV.

    Basically I have created a button inside my CV so that when you click on my email at the top, it automatically opens up the users default email programme and pops in my email address in the "To" field which is the expected behaviour , I have also customised the hover sate of the button to display a small red underline which is part of my branding, what I don't like however is that when…

  10. Forms made in Acrobat Pro DC on a Mac running High Sierra, OS 10.13.6. When specifying fields 'required' any text entered doubles up when printed on a pc.
    Tried changing field background colour to white to block out doubled text, but cannot make the fields non-transparrant

  11. we need to know when adobe Classic track will be updated to fix the issue with windows 10 and file association for .pdfs. If you set the association within acrobat and then open a random PDF windows refuses to acknowledge that it was set in acrobat. however if you set it within windows settings it is fine.

  14. Why does an unnecessary, memory sapping, unstable, foreign save window appear when saving documents using "Save As"? Why not just use the normal PC window, which appears when one clicks the "Choose a Different Folder" button? Just go straight to the PC window which is faster and more stable.

  19. You are offering me the option of continuing a cancelled subscription for Acrobat DC.

    I used to be able to edit a document that had block fill spaces in it by using the Text editing option for alligning the blocks.

    This does not exist any more.

    I had to highlight all the blocks on the page. Then I entered the details. This was followed by placing spaces inbetween to align each character per block.

    I have 4 days left to make the annual purchase but if this is what is being offered then I will revert to filling a document…

  20. using saveAs in Adobes JavaScript, e.g.:
    this.saveAs(arrDocPath.join("/"));

    … results in the attached error message, if path or filename contains exclamation mark (!) or dollar sign ($) – both valid characters in all leading operation systems.

    Using GUI for saving of course is possible. You have got reported an adequate problem with commas 2009 which has been fixed nine years later. Would be nice, if fixing this problem would be possible some faster.

    Please let me also express my astonishment, that while fixing the comma problem nobody seemed to check other – from operation systems point of view also valid –…
