Bug Report - Acrobat DC opens, but nothing shows.
When opening Acrobat DC on Mac OS (High Sierra 10.13.3) the icon 'bounces' in the dock, shows that it's open, then is unusable. If I click the icon in the dock, nothing happens. If I control-click, and select 'Show All Windows', a blue halo appears where an application screen should be, but there's nothing there. When selecting a PDF to open, if Acrobat is 'open' nothing happens. If it is not, it goes through the normal startup with the bouncing icon in the dock, then nothing happens. Adobe acrobat no usable any more... Sorry!!
Your program hangs and struggle all the times when it opens a document. It take a time to open a document at the point it is making it unusable.
It is not a great deal to open a pdf file, why Acrobat reader take a lot of time to open a file?
Please make a performance update.

Adobe PDF Pack Image export Quality
The Export PDF via Adobe Clouds PDF Pack uses a slider to select the Image quality when converting an Image to PNG, JPG, or TIFF. However, regardless of the setting, it outputs a low quality 792X1024 image. Whereas, Adobe Acrobat Pro can output 5100X6600 PNGs.
If due to subscription, the PDF pack is not able to output different quality Images, there should not be a setting for quality and it should be noted in the subscriptions comparison table.

Need to click two screens to close one document
I use Acrobat Standard DC v.2015.006.30417
Each time I close a document, I get another screen which I then need to click on to close my document. I've seen, online, comments regarding a box, in General Preferences, that can be checked to eliminate this feature, but my version does not have the box.
What can I do to stop this very annoying activity?2 votesHi Joel,

please allow when you convert "type" files from multiple folders they remain in the same folders... I have a major snafu all my conversions
include a feature when converting files they remain in the same folder / directory to avoid major file displacements...

Please try creating from File > Create > Create Multiple PDF files
Add the files that you want and as you press OK, click on “The Same folder selected at the start” when asked for target folder.Hope this helps!

Editing Issues
Recently when I edit a PDF the first time, the fonts are fine. It is only after I have saved the PDF to my computer and then tried to reopen that same PDF to edit. This is where the problem occurs. I am only able to add text in some jibberish language and not the Arial font already set on the PDF. What is the fix to this as it's very frustrating??
Another issue is after making substantial edits to the doc, the system then crashes and the file has to be closed and reopened in like a save mode.

create custom scanning tools not working in Version 2018.011.20035
My Adobe Acrobat DC updated overnight and now my custom scanning tools do not work. Previously I had a custom tool I named scanning with two shortcuts. One for black and white scan, and another for custom scan which I set up to scan both sides. After the update, my scanning tool and shortcuts were there, but they don't work. I tried to recreate, but I cannot scan anything without going to file > create > PDF from scanner, which then brings up enhanced scans. The Black & White tool in the Create Custom Tool does not work. Your entire user experience is complete ****. When trying to uninstall an app it opens Creative Cloud and it forces you to update and then it has to use CC to uninstall it.
To remove subscriptions I had to ******* call to get something removed as there was no button to do so.
You guys are a huge company and don't give a **** about the way users actually want things done and just make it really hard to get rid of your ********* products.

files skipped during full text index not logged or displayed
During a full text index of over 2,000 files, a number of them are skipped. The error briefly appears in the index window, but when the process is complete that window only shows the last part of the processing and truncates the earlier messages. I turned on the preference to log errors to a file, but DC does not output those errors to a log file. How am I supposed to know which files were not indexed?

French version vs english
I bought Acrobat Standard DC but unfortunately I did not see that I could download it in French. It is therefore in English. Can I just change the language in the software or do I have to uninstall it to reinstall it in French?

I have the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2015 and it always crash when I try to edit a PDF. Always appear the message "Adobe Acrobat DC has stopped working".

Regression rendering certain pdfs
The latest version of Adobe Acrobat and Reader DC no longer renders some of our files correctly.
The attached file has 3 pages, and when viewed in DC it renders page 3 on page 2 and 3 and doesn't render page 2.
These files render correctly on adobe 11 and every other pdf viewer I've tried.

Mismatch between splitted file names and bookmark names
After splitting a document by top-level bookmarks, file names do not match bookmark names.
Bookmark names are all capital Greek without periods, underscores or other characters. I'm using Adobe Acrobat DC Pro and Windows 7 Professional.

Re-set support staff mind set, with new paradigm of training.
My experience with Adobe’s support staff has been frustrating. Often, no matter how carefully I ask, there appears to be poor understanding of my question. And the staff seems to produce formulaic responses, imstead of specifically addressing my issues. For example:
I have repeatedly asked what computer configurations can best and most quickly handle time-consuming Adobe Acrobat tasks: OCR, placing duplicate buttons on multiple pages, etc.
I’ve specifically asked whether more RAM, or multicore, or other configurations would speed up OCR of scanned documents.
Adobe has not yet provided a coherent response to the above question.
