  1. I print hundreds of pages every month from a single PDF file, but I print some two-sided and the others one-sided. For example, I print pages 3,4,6,7,10-14,20,21,25-30. Today, I accidentally typed "118-12" instead of 120. But Acrobat just prints something. I'm not sure what because I cancelled the print job.

    Acrobat should analyze the page sequence and warn if it's out of order. I wouldn't want it warn me on the first example because it still makes sense, but if I print that sequence and then "32-3", it should stop, especially since it doesn't even make sense to print pages…

  5. I just installed Adobe Acrobat Pro DC and tried to open a Word document to prepare as a form. Though the file loads in the "Select File" box, nothing happens when I click start.

    Have you tried it with any other file to confirm that this is not file-specific issue.

    Also, can you “Check for Updates” and re-test the issue with latest version.

  7. Steps to reproduce:
    1. In Acrobat, click on "Combine files into a single PDF".
    2. Choose files to combine and press "Combine files".

    Environment: macOS 10.13.3, Acrobat Pro DC (2015.006.30417)

    Expected result:
    - Files are combined into a single PDF, which is shown in open window.
    - Nothing else.

    Observed result:
    - Files are combined into a single PDF, which is shown in open window.
    - The "Combine Files" box opens again. Even after clicking on "Cancel", the box re-opens.
    - Only clicking on the red cross in the top right-hand corner closes the window.

  8. My Adobe Acrobat DC updated overnight and now my custom scanning tools do not work. Previously I had a custom tool I named scanning with two shortcuts. One for black and white scan, and another for custom scan which I set up to scan both sides. After the update, my scanning tool and shortcuts were there, but they don't work. I tried to recreate, but I cannot scan anything without going to file > create > PDF from scanner, which then brings up enhanced scans. The Black & White tool in the Create Custom Tool does not work.   11. I frequently use a program where I open multiple PDFs, combine them and only save the final result. I am now only able to combine them after I have saved each PDF individually. This was not an issue previously.

  17. I have had multiple PDFs made in indesign with REALLY SIMPLE .mp4's just refuse to play. In this one, the second video plays fine, but the first will NOT play no matter what I do. I've switched the video, I've reexported it, I've deleted the contents of the page and started over, and it still just sits with that ugly loading bar whenever I open it up in acrobat to test it out.   19. Prior to mid December 2016 it was possible to create a file in Indesign, export it to Acrobat, export it from Acrobat to Word and then compare it in Microsoft Word (Office 365) with another file that has been subjected to the same workflow.

    Since some stage in 2017 an incompatibility was introduced and this workflow ceased to work.

    I have tested this workflow by comparing the Word files produced in Deltaview/Workshare and the comparisons are unstable and unusable, so the problem is not just with Microsoft Word's comparison engine (which works fine with files created within Word).

  20. Using the latest Acrobat DC on MacOS Sierra, the only way to add a summary to a table also removes correct, accessible tags.

    The only way to access the table summary is to open the Touch Up Reading Order panel, highlight the table in question, and mark it as a table in the TURO panel--even though the table was already correctly tagged and in the correct reading order. After this is done, the user can right click on the table and add a table summary.

    However, doing this changes the <table> tag to two nested <sect> tags and removes any…
