  1. This is the biggest single thing that reduces my productivity in Acrobat DC. So often I need to paste some text from inside the PDF into the comment field. Suppose the text is white font on a black background, what is that going to look like in the comment box? In what universe would retaining the formatting as the default make any sense at all?

  2. When in Full Screen, the default setting is Single Page View. There is no way to change this in Full Screen. You can change it to, say, "Enable Scrolling" before entering full screen, but once you enter full screen it will revert back to the default. Please enable a way for the user to change the default Full Screen, Page View to their personal preferences in settings.

  3. It's so annoying to have to close the All Tools and Bookmarks panes every time I open a document. None of the settings seem to work. Why isn't there a default option to hide these panes?

  4. With multi monitor setup, setting which screen PDF's open to can be achieved by moving a non maximized windows to desired screen then closing and reopening Acrobat Pro. Now with that set opening a second PDF does not follow the first. The desired outcome is for all PDF's to open on desired monitor. Could that be a preference to override?

  5. Add an option to the Microsoft Word Adobe Acrobat driver that allows to save as PDF with the "Navigation Tab" - "Bookmarks panel and Page" property of the PDF file activated by default.
    Currently it needs to be activated manually. The driver only saves with the "Navigation Tab" - "Page Only" option.
    Other Drivers such as AutoCAD; however, save as PDF with the "Navigation Tab" - "Bookmarks panel and Page" property of the PDF file activated by default.

  6. When using Adobe Sign to send a document for signing, if the Message has too many characters, it causes an error 'COULD NOT COMPLETE YOUR REQUEST - An error occurred while connecting to the service. Please try again later.'
    Have tried multiple times and only when the message is cut short will it work.

  7. Steps to reproduce:

    1. Be logged out of acrobat.uservoice.com
    2. Go to acrobat.uservoice.com and type up a bug report
    3. Submit bug report
    4. Log in to acrobat.uservoice.com and continue the submission process

    Expected result: bug report is submitted to the forum and a confirmation message is presented.

    Actual result: bug report is submitted to the forum, but an error message is displayed (see attachment).

  11. It took me several days to find where one can remove a "to do" message to sign a document that popped up on the acrobat document list. It was over a year old and not important or wanted. It is not obvious what one should do to manage the message to deal with it or make it go away.

    I did figure out how, but it is not documented to well. nor could I find any mention in the help system.

  12. Hello,
    So until recently (today is Nov 17 2022), Acrobat Pro had an option in the Preferences to turn off the Recent files window as default. Now that option is gone, and I wish Adobe will restore that option. Now every time my documents are closed with command-w, I get the Recent files window, and I have to close it with another command-w or manually by clicking on the window. I'm not sure if this is a new feature or is actually a bug that should be fixed. I would expect that a single command-w should close the window…

  13. Having the possibility to add private messages/notes on transactions in workflows on Adobe Sign.
    There is already this feature but it is limited to Sender only while would be very helpful to allow also for the next Signers in the flow to do the same.
    The same feature is already implemented in all the major competitors software.

  14. Why the are you interrupting my workflow with fing pop ups that not only have I NO INTEREST in whatsoever and they've just crashed the fing application. Stop trying to push me in the direction of the cloud - if I wanted to go there I would sort it out myself. And I don't want you 'reaching out' to me. Just turn it off by default.

  16. I suppose this is a new idea, because it's not really a bug. Here's the summation of my problem/idea:

    I scan files to my email using our copy machine/scanner. I then open and combine these files into single binders using AA Pro DC. To do this, I use the "Create PDF" tool from the tools menu, and then, from the "Create a PDF from any format" menu that appears, I select the "Multiple Files" and "Combine Files" option. When I click on the "NEXT" box, I can then choose to "Add Open Files," which is the option I use most…

    Also some sample PDFs with which you are facing this issue.

  20. It would be very helpful (and some may say essential) if we could set a default font for your form wizard when it creates text fields. Converting word.docs for form is great using the wizard but then we have to go back and change the font size (and other settings for text fields). This makes the task much longer to do. With the ability to set default settings it would cut down this process and close a potential gap that a competitor of yours may exploit!
