  1. I am an editor and frequently use the PDF mark-up tools, including strikethrough, insert text and especially "replace selected text". In previous versions, these tools were nicely organized in a toolbar across the top of the screen. If you wanted to use one, you simply had to click or highlight within the text as needed, then choose the appropriate tool in the toolbar.   2. When moving the slider on the page display in the print dialog box, changing its value updates the preview image. This includes using keyboard left and right keys, clicking on it, dragging the slider, and the left and right buttons to the left and right of the slider.

    Except, if it is selected and moved with the mousewheel, it does not update the preview. It does not also update the preview after a few seconds so I do not believe it is intended to specifically not update the preview in this case. Instead I believe this is a simple…

  3. Absolutely HATE the new interface. Hate it so much so I am taking valuable time out of my day to come here and make this post. Be interesting to see if anyone with Adobe even looks at these posts.

    First, I struggle to see anyway, so making TINY LITTLE ICONS MAKES IT VERY DIFFICULT TO FIND WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR!!!

    I have to hover over said icons to see what they are even for then strain to see what the pop up says.

  4. The new user interface for the e-sign template is a major problem for our business. It eliminates the option to add documents as attachments to the template (on the old user interface, this is possible under the "Files" section on the same screen that asks for email addresses). We use this feature on every contract we send -- it is critical and cannot be replicated in the desktop app.

    Please add the ability to add attachments to e-sign templates back to the new use interface!

  5. When sharing a file for feedback, it would be nice if the shared file would update once changes are made and resaved. So you don't have to send a new link, which could get confusing if someone opens the wrong link. I hope that made sense. If this is already possible, someone please fill me in.

  6. Since the latest Adobe Acrobat Pro DC update, scrolling is not working on "Bookmarks" and "Advanced Search". Please downgrade to last version ASAP when the scrolling works. This is causing so much inefficiency, and for the last 10 days work has been so much delayed. I think this is not just a matter to be fixed ASAP, but also needs proper apology and reward for the users who are paying a fortune in subscribing this Acrobat Pro DC.

  8. Hello
    I noticed problem with window for Acrobat Pro. After starting program I noticed problems with icons for minimize, maximize and close program. They disapear sometimes. When I'm resizing windows using boarder, icons from the top apear. Its very anoying bug because it's impossible to move window on my desktop.

  9. I have used Acrobat for many, many years and this update to the UI is very frustrating. I don't really know why it is confusing, but it is. I don't see why the Tools needed to be grouped into tiny icons in a constant, annoying side-bar, they were much easier to pick and use (especially for newbies who I may teach to use the software in our office) when they were on their own tab, with the smaller handy icons on the right being useful once you understood each tool.   11. Give the ability to set defaults in the Split function of Adobe DC. I always split by "Top Level Bookmarks" and Output using the Bookmark names for file names. Since I (and my team) do this for multiple files every day, having to reset those parameters every time you want to split a file is really unhelpful and a waste of time. Given that Adobe is a massive time saver, this would help even more.
    I get that is how I do it, but not how everyone does it, so the ability to update just my defaults would be helpful.

Since the last update, I can't find the most useful tools because there's no longer a normal, standard "file, edit, ..." menu across the top... and I don't know if it's possible to get it back in a "Classic" form... if so, it shouldn't be hard to realize or see how to do it. You've made this an usable piece of ****. I'm spending more time looking for the tools I've used intuitively before, and getting my temper under control, than doing real work.   13. the latest Adobe update rolled out a new UI look for the viewing screen. The Quick Tool box in the upper left corner lays over the search box and it makes it difficult to see what is being typed into the search field

  14. We have noted a bug with Acrobat Cloud version as the document timstamp no longer seems to be handle or recognized properly. Please see the word document with the captures of the output in the desktop version (windows) versus cloud version (Chrome). I'm also attaching the doc with the document.

    The outcome should be same in cloud as in desktop.

    If there is a problem with the document timestamp format, we would like to know what is wrong has this was supported before.

  15. After the latest update, the View menu has disappeared from my Acrobat, This is a feature I used almost every time I opened Acrobat to switch between one and two-page view. Now I can't find it. I'm also having problems finding other freqently used tools. The cloud has some convenient features, but automatic updates that hide frequently used tools are super frustrating. I miss the old days when I could just pay for software, own it, and update it when I wanted to.

  16. When filtering comments by ‘completed’ and then actually selecting a comment as having become ‘completed’ it is not removed from the list of visible comments. You need to go to filters, turn it off and back on again to clear the ‘completed’ comments. Very frustrating. It’s worked as intended before this latest update.

  17. This is a bug, not an idea: since the latest update (acrobat Pro 2023.006.20320) there is no possibility to permanent show the page sizes in the lower left corner of an opened PDF file, although the corresponding checkbox is enabled in the preferences.

  18. there are too many new updates, its everyday and they take forever. while updates are happening, nothing can be edited. Either group the group the updates and do it once a month or every other week, or allow edited while the update happens in the background. this is truly frustrating and everytime I open adobe.

  19. While using the Organize pages feature, the icon "Organize Pages" will get stuck in the middle of my screen. I will then have to have task manager kick out Acrobat and restart the application. See attachment:

  20. marquee zoom is a critical tool that should be accessible from the quick access tools or pinned somewhere on a tool bar. in the new update on windows 11 this is not possible and marquee zoom can only be activated from the drilling down through the drop down menu each time you need to use it, which is constant for me. in general this release makes it very difficult to set up the interface for efficient use in different work flows. other tools like the print snapshot seem to just be gone. print snapshot is another very useful tool that…
