  1. On a Mac in Default Mode, it should be possible to copy highlighted text by using the keyboard shortcut.

    Now, all you can do is select the highlighted parts and right-click -> Copy Text. Why shouldn't it be possible to select the highlighted parts and press Cmd+C?

    Doing the extra clicking work is very labor intensive when working with a lot of previously highlighted paragraphs.

  2. My team of 4 uses Adobe sign and send. The thing is that we all have our "own" page to track signatures. Is there a way where we can all SHARE a page to keep track of needed signatures as a team? As a team leader, having to follow up with everyone else individually adds an unnecessary layer of complexity to my job. If I could see our "team" page, it'd be so much easier.

  3. Links to my recent documents keep disappearing from the Recent list. The message says: "There aren't any recent files". Acrobat is currently up to date on my Windows 10 laptop. This is happening sporadically, with recent docs appearing as expected for some time, then vanishing without explanation, sometimes while I'm looking at the list Acrobat Pro DC.

  4. I have a major problem with the Date of Signing field.
    Because I work in a regulated industry, all our documents are controlled and therefore must go through an approval process before they can be released. The previous version of esign allowed the text size of the Date of Signing to be controlled with the box size so I could fit the date inside the document field. The new version puts date of a standard size font into the space I designate, regardless of how small/large I make the box. The result is that the date is cut off the…

  5. When you insert a page into a document, make the default directory for the document to be inserted the same as the document it is being inserted into. Or allow the user to set preferences that include this.

  6. I have Microsoft Outlook and I send all my PDF attachments thru this email. Your October 2018 update no longer recognizes Outlook default that automatically sends an attachment to an email.

    Now we must every time get diverted and click on attachment and continue to attach every single PDF in an email to Outlook. This creates a lot of work for no valid reason. EVERY user of Outlook is now going thru these extra steps for no valid reason. STOP IT.

    I am surprised that Adobe management who probably use Microsoft Outlook have themselves not wondered why they are now…

  8. You should be able to license Adobe on more than two machines. I may be working from the office, from home, or on a portable device when I travel. The default should be at least three devices (by comparison, Microsoft's license allows one user to use 5 devices).

    At a minimum, you should be able to assign devices to users. I have a license for myself and a license for my assistant. My assistant only works in the office. I am paying for two users which should allow me to install on four computers. I should be able to decide…

  10. I would like to have Style 1 and Style 2 as choices for text boxes and callouts AND be able to have them as part of my quick tools. (For example, I want my comments that will cause changes to be in one color and my comments--which won't cause changes--be in another color.) Right now, I have one format (eg, red box with yellow fill) for changes. But I would like to be able to have another choice (eg, green box with blue fill) for comments that won't involve changes to the document.

  11. Bug: I have an issue where I am not receiving "finished review" notifications from some reviewers. However I am receiving notifications for comments.

    As a feature request, the originator should be able to track the status of a review. Currently only the reviewer can see the status.

    The status should be available for all reviewers. Ideally on the Share panel.

  12. May you kindly add a share button so that we can share open documents with other options on the Mac, See attached picture, due to lack of this functionality I end up reverting to Preview as default for all pdf documents.

  15. In the Adobe CC programs, you can always save a workspace. I'd love to have that in Acrobat, too. Everytime the program updates, my tools in the right vertical tool bar go back to default and sometimes also the tools in the horizontal toolbar do that.

  16. Recently when I try to print PDFs to my HP LaserJet P1102w, from a mac running Catalina 10.15.5, the documents don't print and there is an error "filter failed." This does not happen when I try to print Word documents. I am connected to the printer via a USB cable. I am able to print to other HP printers in the house. I have tried removing and reinstalling the printer driver, but this does not fix the problem and I still get an error "filter failed."

  17. Wow. I LOVE your products, but HOLY S&*T was it difficult to get to a point where I could actually "Contact" adobe. As a professional UX designer (sorry for how that must sound...) this UX is ABSOLUTELY unacceptable for a company of your prestige.

    Here is my issue, I used to be able to drag .png files into Adobe Acrobat and the software would brilliantly ask me if I wanted to combine these pngs into a single file, "Why yes, Thats exactly what I want! Thank you."

  19. When using Quickbooks to export pdf files for printing the Exception processing message 0xc0000139 unexpected parameters is presented. In a virtual environment, this happens daily and regularly. Often, restarting the session doesn't even fix the issue. It randomly fixes itself, the next day. This is a known issue, discussed on Adobe forums since 2021. For the CPA clients of Adobe this becomes a deal breaker.

  20. Although tagging Arabic content shows in Acrobat, however it doesn't display correctly in Tags panel, neither Content panel displays Arabic content properly, nor the Order panel.
    "Read Out Loud" feature pronounce each Arabic character independently which drives a listener mad, I'm afraid.
