  1. My team of 4 uses Adobe sign and send. The thing is that we all have our "own" page to track signatures. Is there a way where we can all SHARE a page to keep track of needed signatures as a team? As a team leader, having to follow up with everyone else individually adds an unnecessary layer of complexity to my job. If I could see our "team" page, it'd be so much easier.

  2. ACROBAT ADOBE PRO - get the message often "Acrobat quit unexpectedly. Click "learn more" for possible fixes." when opening a document from file folder. ALSO it is quite slow opening documents, and sometimes freezes when editing a document. I have to close Adobe and reopen to finish editing.

  3. There are 9 administrators in our enterprise using the Adobe Admin Console, any of them can just Removed license from a user then Assign it to other user. Is there a way we can track those removal of licenses? Who's removing which license from who's user....

  4. Cannot save Acrobat document.

  5. Allow this preference to be turned off in the Classic (2024) track as it is in the Continuous track to allow PDFs to automatically open in separate windows.

  6. Please make an option for a handwritten/image signature to be mandatory in order for the client to sign.

    (Our clients with special needs really struggle to find the fountain pen to do a handwritten signature. So they only type their name (default setting), and the funding body doesn't pay us.)

  7. I have a major problem with the Date of Signing field.
    Because I work in a regulated industry, all our documents are controlled and therefore must go through an approval process before they can be released. The previous version of esign allowed the text size of the Date of Signing to be controlled with the box size so I could fit the date inside the document field. The new version puts date of a standard size font into the space I designate, regardless of how small/large I make the box. The result is that the date is cut off the…

  9. When I prepare a form (Mac), I want to be able to choose the font size for all the text fields instead of having it default to Auto. I also want to be able to batch change font size in multiple text fields instead of having to do it one by one. Thanks for listening!

  10. I chose the option "Single page continuous" as my default in preferences, but it doesn't work.

    Steps to reproduce: Choose "Single Page Continuous" in preferences. Open a pdf document for the first time.

    Environment: Windows 10 Pro version 22H2 ; Adobe Acrobat Continuous Release | Version 2024.005.20320 | 64-bit

    Expected behavior: Continuous scrolling.

    Observed behavior: Page-wise scrolling.

  11. Adobe Acrobat 2020 when selecting "Send File..." displays a prompt "Send by email" with a prompt to select either the Default email client or Webmail. Every...time...

    Adobe Reader 2020 when selecting "Send File..." displays a dialogue the initial time with an option to "Remember my choice" to select Default email application or Webmail. If the application and
    "Remember..." option is selected this dialogue does not display again and future PDF emailing drops directly in to Outlook.

    The paid Acrobat software needs to behave like the free Reader by not having an errant pointlessly repetitive prompt every single time to attach…

  12. Revert to 2017 interface for scanning. if i want to switch between one side and two sides, I have to change the default setting each time. same with page size. I attached the older interface. Much easier to use.

  13. Many corporations use One Drive in conjunction with Acrobat and Adobe Scan - currently to move an Adobe Scan PDF to One Drive, a user first saves to their default Adobe document cloud account, and then has to download to their computer, and then re-save to One Drive, which is not a bit user/ customer friendly

  14. when opening a file using acrobat as the default reader, all I get is a blank screen. having Chrome as the browser to view but when. i switch to MS Edge the file are readable. then Acrobat want me to use the app as the default reader, but it only opens chrome and even after making Edge the default reader. Chrome is the one that opens the blank doc. again. any solutions?

  15. I am using latest version of Adobe Acrobat DC on Windows 7 64 bit. Everything is by default like I made the only changes at the provided video.

    The problem is when I highlight any next in the pdf, usually in the previous version of Acrobat the icons for Cut or Copy are going to be "active"(dark grey), when some text is selected and not active icons(white gray), when there is no selection. In the latest version of Acrobat this icons are white gray and not active when the text is selected. For me there is obvious problem between the…

    Annoying, useless and a backward step from 1 page view.

    And no way to changes settings, to use it the way it was.

  17. Since version 18 the User Interface got better, good work. Just a "save as..." button I'm still waiting for. For me it is the most used action in Acrobat to save downloaded documents from the internet to a folder on my hd. I still have to use the menu for it witch is one click to much every time...

  18. On Windows 10 Enterprise, Version 1803, Build 17134.523
    Acrobat Pro DC, Version 2019.010.20069

    Normally, to shrink files before sending them out, I go to File -> Print -> Properties -> Default Settings -> and select "Smallest File Size." This works fine until I have an Uber receipt in my list of files. During the process of Acrobat shrinking the file, I get the error message that is attached below. I've also attached the specific type of Uber receipt that results in the error. I haven't had this issue with any other type of file.

  19. You should be able to license Adobe on more than two machines. I may be working from the office, from home, or on a portable device when I travel. The default should be at least three devices (by comparison, Microsoft's license allows one user to use 5 devices).

    At a minimum, you should be able to assign devices to users. I have a license for myself and a license for my assistant. My assistant only works in the office. I am paying for two users which should allow me to install on four computers. I should be able to decide…

  20. The arrow in the comment section will not change color... It seems to be locked, but when i click on Properties the Locked box is uncheck. The only way to change the color is to make it a default, every time.
