  1. When sharing a file for feedback, it would be nice if the shared file would update once changes are made and resaved. So you don't have to send a new link, which could get confusing if someone opens the wrong link. I hope that made sense. If this is already possible, someone please fill me in.

  2. Give the ability to set defaults in the Split function of Adobe DC. I always split by "Top Level Bookmarks" and Output using the Bookmark names for file names. Since I (and my team) do this for multiple files every day, having to reset those parameters every time you want to split a file is really unhelpful and a waste of time. Given that Adobe is a massive time saver, this would help even more.
    I get that is how I do it, but not how everyone does it, so the ability to update just my defaults would be helpful.

  3. Signature Created in Adobe Fill and Sign Mobile App is not available in Desktop Version of Acrobat. Signatures are not getting synced. Even though the Adobe ID is same.

    We apologise for the issue you are facing. We are however not able to reproduce it.

    Can you please try the following steps and let us know your results:
    1. On Desktop, sign out from Reader/Acrobat
    2. On Mobile, sign in with your Adobe id, create a signature/initials and wait for sometime (for signature to sync). Try to sign a simple PDF document
    3. On Desktop, launch Reader/Acrobat, sign in now, open a PDF and go to Fill &Sign app. Open a simple PDF and try to add signature/initials now. Do you still not see the signature created on mobile? Please let us know

  4. When moving the slider on the page display in the print dialog box, changing its value updates the preview image. This includes using keyboard left and right keys, clicking on it, dragging the slider, and the left and right buttons to the left and right of the slider.

    Except, if it is selected and moved with the mousewheel, it does not update the preview. It does not also update the preview after a few seconds so I do not believe it is intended to specifically not update the preview in this case. Instead I believe this is a simple…

  5. When there is a problem with syncing data between QuickBooks Desktop and the online banking server, QuickBooks Error 3140 occurs.   6. After the latest update, the View menu has disappeared from my Acrobat, This is a feature I used almost every time I opened Acrobat to switch between one and two-page view. Now I can't find it. I'm also having problems finding other freqently used tools. The cloud has some convenient features, but automatic updates that hide frequently used tools are super frustrating. I miss the old days when I could just pay for software, own it, and update it when I wanted to.

  7. marquee zoom is a critical tool that should be accessible from the quick access tools or pinned somewhere on a tool bar. in the new update on windows 11 this is not possible and marquee zoom can only be activated from the drilling down through the drop down menu each time you need to use it, which is constant for me. in general this release makes it very difficult to set up the interface for efficient use in different work flows. other tools like the print snapshot seem to just be gone. print snapshot is another very useful tool that…

  8. ISSUE

    • Acrobat DC on Win10 system does updates in the background without asking
    • requires system reboot afterwards / otherwise no access to PDF files anymore
    • the updates interrupt the whole working process and costs valuable time saving and closing all projects and rebooting the system in order to get Acrobat running again

    Will this be fixed in an upcoming upgrade / e.g. the announced 64-bit roll-out of Acrobat?

  10. Since the latest Adobe Acrobat Pro DC update, scrolling is not working on "Bookmarks" and "Advanced Search". Please downgrade to last version ASAP when the scrolling works. This is causing so much inefficiency, and for the last 10 days work has been so much delayed. I think this is not just a matter to be fixed ASAP, but also needs proper apology and reward for the users who are paying a fortune in subscribing this Acrobat Pro DC.

  12. While using the Organize pages feature, the icon "Organize Pages" will get stuck in the middle of my screen. I will then have to have task manager kick out Acrobat and restart the application. See attachment:

  13. We have noted a bug with Acrobat Cloud version as the document timstamp no longer seems to be handle or recognized properly. Please see the word document with the captures of the output in the desktop version (windows) versus cloud version (Chrome). I'm also attaching the doc with the document.

    The outcome should be same in cloud as in desktop.

    If there is a problem with the document timestamp format, we would like to know what is wrong has this was supported before.

  14. The new user interface for the e-sign template is a major problem for our business. It eliminates the option to add documents as attachments to the template (on the old user interface, this is possible under the "Files" section on the same screen that asks for email addresses). We use this feature on every contract we send -- it is critical and cannot be replicated in the desktop app.

    Please add the ability to add attachments to e-sign templates back to the new use interface!

  16. Currently (as of 1/20/2026), the Bates Numbering feature does not automatically update when pages are removed. This is a new bug that started as early as 1/16/2026, possibly due to an update. Before 1/16/2026, my company could take a PDF that was created and remove pages, then simply update the page numbers with one click. Now, Adobe doesn't recognize the Bates Numbering page numbers, and they are instead individual text boxes that have to be deleted and added back to change the page numbers.

  17. Feature Requests / Bug Reports for the Accessibility features in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.

    Adobe Acrobat Pro DC (Version 2018.011.20063) on Windows 7 Professional.

    For the Tags panel:
    1. Option to create Lists <L> tags with a set number of List Items <LI> tags instead of one at a time. Time wasted creating one at time.

Since the last update, I can't find the most useful tools because there's no longer a normal, standard "file, edit, ..." menu across the top... and I don't know if it's possible to get it back in a "Classic" form... if so, it shouldn't be hard to realize or see how to do it.   20. Hello
    I noticed problem with window for Acrobat Pro. After starting program I noticed problems with icons for minimize, maximize and close program. They disapear sometimes. When I'm resizing windows using boarder, icons from the top apear. Its very anoying bug because it's impossible to move window on my desktop.
