How do I Import PST File to Office 365?
You can import PST file to Office 365 either by using a manual method or a professional method. For a manual method, you can use the Outlook Import/Export wizard. Open Outlook, select File > Open & Export > Import/Export, select "Import from another program or file," select the PST file to import into the mailbox configured with your Office 365 account.
With a manual import of PST files, it will take several hours based on the size of the files. The manual process has to be completed at the computer level, which means no automation and no bulk imports. Additionally,…

Critical workflow regression: Missing modification asterisk, broken autosave indicators, and forced UI changes in new Acrobat
This report describes multiple regressions introduced by the forced New Acrobat experience that significantly disrupted my workflow and removed essential functionality.
Description:

1. Removal of the modification asterisk
The classic asterisk indicator (showing when a PDF has unsaved changes) no longer appears, even in Classic mode. This is a critical regression. Without it, there…1 vote -
MBOX to EML Conversion – A Complete Guide
When users need to access their MBOX email data in different email clients (like Microsoft Outlook or Apple Mail), converting MBOX files into the more widely-used EML format becomes necessary. Here’s an easy-to-follow guide for performing this conversion. https://www.kmttech.com/mbox-to-eml.html
Why Convert MBOX to EML?
MBOX files store email data in a single file, which can be cumbersome to manage across different platforms. The EML format, on the other hand, is a more versatile file format used by most email clients. It allows individual emails to be opened, read, and transferred easily across various platforms.
Methods of Conversion:
1. Using Software…1 vote -
Adobe Acrobat DC - Much buggier than older version, multiple issues
Many issues - generally really don't like the new format because it's much harder to get to simple things like "create a red box", "add text", "edit text", "add signature", etc. But also is critically screwing up my documents in ways that make it untenable to work with. If possible, I would get off of this product (I can't because my employer buys the licenses) and here are the reasons why:
1. Literally reverted my entire document after working on it for 10 days because it couldn't identify some of the text characters (it's got a ton of formulas…1 vote -
Can I open a MBOX file in Outlook?
The manual method to open MBOX files in Outlook involves a series of steps, starting with converting the MBOX file to PST using third-party tools or Thunderbird, followed by importing the converted file into Outlook. While this method might seem feasible for small files, it becomes tedious and error-prone when handling large datasets. Moreover, it demands technical expertise and careful execution to avoid data corruption or loss.
For a more seamless experience, the DRS MBOX Viewer offers an efficient alternative to open MBOX files in Outlook. This software simplifies the process by allowing users to directly access MBOX file content…

highlight
this is a critique. I don't like the change that converts the highlighter back to select text every time I highlight something. if it could be reverted back to the original functionality, myself and many others would greatly appreciate it.

Convert DWF to PDF not enabled in Acrobat x64
DWF (Design Web Format) files cannot be converted to PDF with Acrobat 64-bit.
This feature is only allowed with Acrobat 32-bit.For our company, reverting to the 32-bit version is not an option. Using pdf format to distribute 3D drawings to vendors\customers would be a really useful feature for us.

Acrobat Reader update (September 9, 2025) cursor turns into a large black square and doesn't work
I'm using Windows 11, 64-bit. Auto-updated the other day and now I cannot use my cursor, it turns into a large black square. I tried reverting to the prior reader version but I wasn't successful. I tried capturing a screenshot but of course the square disappears with the print screen function.

Editing documents defaults to symbols rather than the font chosen and will not change.
I pay $32.00 a month for a program that is completely unreliable. When I try to edit text it is reverting to z@R5CB6.tmp which produces symbols. It will not change to arial or any other font. It's time wasting and frustrating. Not happy

enable modern ui
Please enable the modern UI feature in China.
As I know, there is a geo restriction on Adobe cloud services in China, so PDF services are not available to any users in China.
The Modern UI employs PDF services and was built to use Acrobat AI services, which do not work owing to geo constraints.
As a result, when you sign in to Acrobat after a while, it reverts to the OLD UI, and all UI switching choices are unavailable.1 vote -
Freezes for a few seconds on launch by non-admin user
Running Adobe Acrobat DC 20.012.20048 on Windows 10 Pro 10.0.18363. Whenever a non-admin user launches the software, the software will freeze for 10-15 seconds, then start working normally again. When an admin user launches the software, it starts running fine without freezing. We assume this is a file permissions issue. Tried reinstalling, reverting to old version, and changing file permissions. Tried working with Adobe Support but they ultimately ran out of ideas.

Text call out tool properties not set as default
Text call out tool issue . After commenting on a document , the color of the call out box is changes to blue and this property made "default" through " make current property default " option. This change is valid as long as acrobat pro application remains open . When the application is restarted , the text call out box reverts back to the original properties i.e. white in color . This problem comes for the text call out tool only and other drawings markups retain their set properties even after restarting the application.
