  1. Using the February 9th version of Adobe Acrobat DC, when I try to add a signature from image in Fill and Sign the image is pixelated and blurry. When I do this on the document cloud, the image is full resolution. Can you fix the bug on the Fill & Sign tool so that we can insert images as signatures at full resolution on the desktop app.

  2. I was trying your product to see if I would buy it and I entered grad school and need photo editing software. **** NAH!!! The constant updating is insane. It's slowing my computer way down and I have to hunt through each program this ****** app installed on my computer to stop them. AND even then it doesn't stop. Why do you all think ANY program needs to be searching for an update 24 hours a day!?!?

  3. Currently the Bates Numbering option does not allow the user to select folder and subfolders to the window for incorporating Bates Numbering. Users currently have to separate the subfolders onto the desktop and then add each folder separately to the list, once all the folders are added, the functionality can then be operated. However, most of the time users have up to 500 subfolders, so its essential that the subfolders are numbered to that the Bates numbering follows numerically correctly. There are other products that can already do this, so why cant Adobe

  4. pdf documents not opening properly, with blank pages. It is worse if I try and scroll through the article soon after opening it. It will also loose text from the after a time not reading the document. This may be after the computer has been put to 'sleep' for a period (even a few minutes). It reports the error message 'Insufficient data for an image.' The new version is MUCH worse that previous versions. Please sort it out Adobe.

  5. Can you add a "Save As" in Adobe Acrobat Pro?

    With the new update, I can only "Save." Sometimes we want to make multiple copies which is why the "Save As" feature is so important.

  6. Can you add a "Save As" in Adobe Acrobat Pro?

  7. I open a pdf and go to tools > prepare form> open then select a form.

    As soon as I click on 'add a field' or an existing field, a stopwatch icon appears and Adobe closes. So I can't edit a form which makes a fillable pdf form impossible. Given the fee I pay every month I am NOT happy.

    Yes I have the most current version, Yes I tried the 'repair Adobe' option.

  8. Allow all users to choose how they use toolbars, so they can set it up to however they work. This means allowing them to turn it on or off. If on, allow users to dock it to whatever part of the screen they want it on, top, bottom, left or right. And finally, allow them to expand the toolbar to be able to read the names OR have just the icons themselves. The new version isn't that bad, the users just need to know where the tools are, so they can use them. So my final suggestion is to…

  9. The last update had issues as well. How about testing you product with pitstop (a major component in most professional companies) The bugs that exist make it unusable.

  11. It should be easier for people to download the files I share on document cloud.

    I often have trouble with people (over 40yo, usually working in PA or some papers office) not accepting my Adobe links. They don’t seem to be able to download files. I did check it there was some issue and I saw that the download button has a very poor affordance, its icon is way narrow and it barely looks like a download button. It’d be amazing if the button had a label eg “Download pdf” to help out less digitally educated users.

  12. After updating Acrobat XI Pro to 11.0.21, a form that previously worked now crashes when undertaking different actions. The same form works in Acrobat XI Pro 11.0.20, and the latest version of Acrobat DC Pro (as at 08/18/2017. The crashes occur when selecting an item from a drop-down list [the crash occurs at a point in the script where a rawValue is extracted from a checkbox, i.e. Page.SubForm.Checkbox.rawValue; however, even creating a variable referencing the Page, i.e. var page1 = Page; appears to create the error.] It also crashes when closing a page, event.target.closeDoc(true).

  13. Since the newest update, the send feature now requires a few more mouse clicks. Before the newest update, it was a one click send feature which myself and my colleagues would agree was much more user friendly than this new feature. I would like to have that brought back.

  14. Acrobat DC has become a royal pain in the behind. First of all, with this NUL license concept, it takes way, way too long to convert Word documents to .pdf. It sits there doing nothing for a long time, and finally wakes up and begins the process. Is it possible you people don't test these things? This always happens now, ever since your brainchild change. Secondly, it keeps telling me that it failed to install a version 2020.009.20063, when that version is already installed! What a nuisance of a system this has become.

  15. Can someone from Adobe post and say if this will be changed in the next update? It is completely UNBELIEVABLE that software is "updated" to make it more difficult to use and hinder our workflow IMMENSELY! I cannot imagine how a beginner user could use this. I'd like to know if this will change because I'm considering alternative PDF creation software and will cancel my subscription to Acrobat and I don't want waste time to learn to use a new application if this will be corrected soon.

  16. When my team uses the updated Shared Review, they do not have access to all of the commenting tools as they did prior to the update.

    The REPLACE TEXT, INSERT TEXT etc. are vital to our review process. Not having these tools available prevents us from updating the InDesign layout using the new PDF COMMENTS feature.

    So, to sum it up, we were excited about updates that are not working because they were not fully deployed with the features we need.

  17. If you are looking at a text you should be able to highlight a part of the text it should send you to the website that they got the idea from. While your writing a text instead of putting in a bibliography you should highlight your text and reference it there.

  18. Consistent crashing when trying to electronically sign yourself onto a pdf with a saved signature. This is a new bug since last update, has appeared in prior versions. Operating Mac OS Monterray 12.1.

  19. UX design used to be to provide the best possible functional interface to allow the end user to be as productive as possible. The latest Adobe Acrobat interface flys in the face of these standards. It has moved menus, hidden functionality behind icons and in the name of looking cool or nice has ruined my productivity.

    I never comment in these forums, but what you have done with the latest interface is so dysfunctional that if you worked for me I would fire the lot of you.

  20. The icons are way too small and are greyed out so not very legible
    also the most important icons are buried in the bottom right so drop off your screen completely - the most common thing u do when opening a pdf is to enlarge or shrink the size, its a right pain hunting the icons to do that, every time.
