Custom Toolbars
It seems ironic that Acrobat Pro DC allows for the creation of custom toolbars, which it states can be shared with other users, when in fact there is no means currently available to share any such user enhancement. It also seems unusual that any user created toolbar is not saved to a file which the user can access so as to allow that toolbar to be instantly recreated by him/her on another machine to which s/he has access. Finally, it is also frustrating that any user-created toolbar is placed on the bottom of the list of available toolbars in the program - when it should be placed at the top, and opened by default whenever the program itself is opened. I sincerely hope you will offer these options in future versions of your software.

Missing characters through entire document after saving PDF
Spent hours editing a PDF document only to re-open after saving it and find the entire document was missing characters. Randomly omitted letters throughout the document with white spaces. It is 15 pages of unprofessional unreadable **** now.

Remove just one header/footer and not others/remove all headers/footers
It would be nice to have the ability to remove just one footer instead of removing all headers/footers. For example, I work on large publications and would like to be able to leave the different headers and copyright footers for each chapter in place, but be able to update the page numbers. Currently, when I remove or update a header/footer, it effects ALL headers/footers. There should be a menu option to pick and choose which headers/footers to alter.

Invert page order
I suggest creating a new function to the "organize pages" that would allow to invert the order of pages. Very useful if I'm reading in Japanize

AdobeSign <input> fields need aria-label attributes for ADA compliance
Forms generated using AdobeSign are not in compliance with ADA accessibility standards. Need an option when creating input fields to add an 'aria-label' attribute so that the fields can be easily identified by disabled / visually impaired users. Additionally, the radio buttons generated by the tool should be grouped with a <fieldset> or <legend> tag and utilize aria-label or aria-labelledby so that the buttons can be properly associated with each other and distinguished from other radio button groups.
Here is an example of an input field generated by an AdobeSign form:

No aria-label is present, meaning a visually impaired user won't be able to tell what the input field is asking for.

Please note that these standards are FEDERAL LAW, and failing to comply could potentially result in lawsuits. Not to mention its the right thing to do...it's the equivalent of installing wheelchair ramps at your business, everyone should have fair and easy access to the information.
AdobeSign is a great tool and we'd love to keep using it, I can't imagine Adobe would allow one of its product to violate the law - please add these features so we can continue to use it!

Allow Send For Signature Signed Forms to be Returned to a Separate single Email Address
We currently have an Adobe Acrobat Pro DC Team Account with 2 users. We will be adding more users once we are more familiar with how this will work for us as a company.
One problem that we have is that when our Employee1 sends an Adobe Form to a customer A using "Send for Signature", once Customer A signs the form, the signed form is returned to Employee1's email address that is registered with "Manager Your Team"
When Employee 2 sends an Adobe Form to a customer B using "Send for Signature", once Customer B signs the form, the signed form is returned to Employee2's email address that is registered with "Manager Your Team"
We would like to request that instead of this behavior with each Employee getting the signed forms that they send, we would like to have a separate single special email address, say "signed_agreements@domain.com that all forms that get signed are returned to instead of Employee1's email or Employee2's email. The reason for this is that we have an Employee 3 that processes and handles all signed forms and with the current behavior we have to rely on Employee 1 and/or Employee 2 forwarding the signed form notification to this other special email address.

why cant I save my toobar after I customize it- when i open new pdf files the default toolbar always appears
simple- allow the toolbar to be saved after it is customized so that it will always appear when new documents are opened.

Automatically open the same files after restart
Automatically open the same files on same page after restart. This would great in conjunction with the feature "Restore last view settings when reopening documents". If one has several documents open and one has to restart Adobe Acrobat or Windows it would be quite timesaving and relieve the pain of having to find each document and re-open.

Enable a way to have a drop down menu blank (no items selected) until clicked
Please enable a way to have the drop down menus on PDF forms blank until clicked on. If the item list has three or less items, you can click the blank space (Under dropdown properties > options > item list) but if there are four or more list items, one of them is always selected and shows on the drop down list (not blank.)

Print to PDF

Observation: Had no problem prior until 7/28/2017 when I noticed I had problem printing from a webpage (e.g. eBay.com) to PDF using Adobe Acrobat print driver. The printing would stall and this Distiller error would show up each time. Also strange is, I could clear this error message other than restarting my computer. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.4 votes -

- If the files are in different folders, it ignores the folder structure, even if WINDOWS EXPLORER is sorted to list the files in folder/filename sequence [See Example #1 at the end.] * >>>>> Using different tools, I've finally been able to achieve the desired result! I've combined over 1,000 pages coming from DIFFERENT folders and subfolders so that the final Binder is true to actual file sequence in each of the original folders (including their respective subfolders). <<<<<
- "Expected an array object" error when comparing 2 pdf's
- Indicate which page/pages has/have error
- It is almost IMPOSSIBLE to find the "cause(s) in a 3,000 page document
- Worst of all, the document seems to be correct during most steps. During several steps, it can be searched and put into a binder. Suddenly, seemingly out of nowhere, this error occurs and all subsequents tasks cannot be run! - A compare of the document is NOT possible. See "Docu Processing" >>>>>> I found this is the Acrobat archive: value at index 0 must be an indirect object "Closing this request, As there is no plan to fix this bugs in Acrobat XI." >>>>>>>>> Another report says "This error unfortunately comes up for us a lot which I guess is to be somewhat expected when combining hundreds of PDFs from various sources. I'm assuming not every PDF generator follows exact PDF standards; iPhones, bank websites, 3rd party PDF printers, etc. However these PDFs were all combined with Acrobat Pro DC. Meaning that Acrobat Pro DC is not checking the PDFs or sanitising the data when they are imported! But that is another subject for another day...
The problem we have is that the error message(s) don't even tell us on which page it encountered the error. So we are left scratching out heads wondering which page or which part of the 10,000 page document has the problem. ...... Ok so hold on because this gets better... So to attempt to repair the document(s) we try and split them into smaller documents using Organise Pages > Split > say 100 pages or 1000 pages per "Part"
Then we get the error: "An incorrect structure was found in the PDF." "- Compare numerous pdf's in batch-type logic and determine if they are identical. Better yet, simultaneously allow the User to place the identical ones. in the Recycle Bin.
- As verified by tech support, it is only possible to compare one pdf with another. Because of the way Acrobat works, a minor change not related to the content will never match as per any and all of the available compare programs. >>>>> For example, open MyTest.pdf. Save as 123.pdf and save again as 456.pdf. Do NOT make any changes! Looking at KB-size, the documents will seem identical, but they will in fact differ by 1 to 3 bytes in size. - Basically, because the filename is stored somewhere in the document, the 3 pdf's will NEVER compare as "EQUAL", unless they are reviewed in a tedious, manual, multi-step manner. - Yes: Acrobat's Tools > Compare pdf#1 with pdf#2 will "reveal" that the content is identical. - Now consider the nightmare of trying to "cull" old backups or various attempts to "combine" ....... and you can see that MONTHS would be required. - I have purchased several compare packages. They work fine on many file types, but they absolutely CANNOT handle batch pdf compares! - Think of charging (just $25 for such a tool) x (the millions of worldwide Acrobat Users) x (only 20% purchased) = LOTS AND LOTS of profit for Adobe !!!!!!!!!!!!

It seems that various financial institutions etc have
different ways of INTERNALLY storing the contents of
a pdf. Specifically, FONTS are not FONTS. That means
that documents when printed look 100% alike, but
when electronically compared, the FONTS and similar
information causes havoc.Adobe is the leader in pdf creation.
There is a need to batch compare or batch redact
without the nightmare of font-like hidden elements. -

- Use Windows Explorer to search for *.pdf and sequence by folder.
- Windows properly lists 1-7-x-y-z followed by 1-9-a-b-c
- Block copy the above and right click in that sequece to "combine"
- No matter how hard you try, the Binder has 1-1-7-9-a-b-c-x-y-z
- Yes, it bunches the 1's !!!!!
- Repeat the test with 1,000 different filenames and sequence using MOVE UP .... and collapse from exhaustion!

Can you provide a "plain English" description on how to create a "batch processing" type Action that can be use on multiple files at once? I have hundreds of files that I need to set open options on and add specific bookmarks to. Trying to do this one at a time is NOT happening. Urgent please!If you check the internet, there are literally hundreds of people who really need these features.

Arabic doesn't export well to .csv from the response collection window - bug
I created a form in Acrobat DC Pro, distributed and collected the form successfully. In the collection window, Any field filled up in Arabic shows up properly – see screenshot (Collected-results-with-Arabic.jpg).
However when I export all results to .csv format so I can compare all results, any Arabic text will display as dots – see screenshot (arabic-in-excel.jpg)I performed all above steps on Mac and Windows using Acrobat Pro DC 15.23.20056.213124 with similar results
Arabic text should be readable in the exported .csv file
Arabic text is converted to dots upon exporting all data from the form collection window.

Combine Files should sort the file names with numbers numerically not alphabetically
When I use the Combine Files feature with files named with numbers, they are sorted alphabetically rather than numerically.
For example, instead of getting a file sorted:
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, etc.
I get this sorting:
1, 10, 11, 12, 2, 20, 21, 22, 3, 30, 31, etc.2 votesHi Michael
Can you try changing the View to Thumbnail View instead of List View while doing Combine?
In that view, you can select multiple files, drag and drop files or reorder as per your need.Thanks
