Just today unable to update Acrobat DC - have Norton Security & all required Adobe access is enabled. I've restarted Mac several times & no luck. Using Mac OS High Sierra, 10.13.6 - the most current. No changes in my system - I've had no previous problem w/this version of iOS & Acrobat DC. Thanks!

Sending docs for signature
I just sent a file for signature using Adobe Acrobat successfully. When a do the exact same thing with another file Adobe Acrobat prompts me to upgrade. Even when I press upgrade nothing happens. What is going on!!

Bugs?
My Acrobat DC (Order number: ADD030792008BR) close immediately a few seconds after opening in my notebook and also in my PC. Moreover, if I try to use it, it stands open only a few seconds. Also, I can not print any document with my Adobe pdf printer. So, I have bought a program that I cannot use. Fortunately I did not uninstalled Acrobat 11 Pro!. What can I do? I did not installed Acrobat DC corectly? My PC is a DELL Precision Tower 3620 and my notebook is a DELL Precision M1400. All my other programs work fine. Enhance Scan<Camera - allow for entire document in one single click
Allow this feature to be used for the entire document by a single click. Now it has to be done manually for every page.

Export to Microsoft Word - includes the Footnotes
When exporting a PDF with Footnotes into Word, it would be good if the Footnotes would be retained as proper Footnotes.
Right now the text from the Footnotes appears at the bottom of the page in Word, but what looks like Footnotes isn't in the proper Footnote area of the page, nor are the "Footnotes" linked to the Footnote References.1 vote -
Comments locked on for multiple documents
I have to open multiple PDF invoices and put some information on each one (our promotion number, type of invoice, etc). Currently, every time I open an invoice, I need to select Comments and then select the type of comment that I want. This takes longer than typing in the comment itself. I would like a way to go into "comment mode," or lock my ability to have comments on for the duration of the session.

Resize comment box to same level as other object when zomming in or out
The comment markers are not resizing with the same level as the diagram and their position relative to the items in the diagram changes.
can you make the comment boxes resize in the same level as the other object om a pdf page when zoming in or out in the future.

When I saved the file, all of the text has been gone and the only thing that was left are numbers and pictures.

Keyboard accessibility Mac/PC for automation and accessibility
I automate my work tagging PDFs for accessibility whenever possible. To do this, I use KEYBOARD SHORTCUTS -- either with a programmable keyboard or a program like Automate. I use Mac and Windows. Mac has a Paste and Paste Child feature in the Tags Panel which is great. Windows needs this!! I want to search for a string and tag it. If I could get back to the Advanced Search window on the Mac I would be all set. On Windows I can Alt Tab to the Advanced Search window. I cannot "get back" to Advanced Search on the Mac once I am in the main document window. There appears to be no working keyboard shortcut if I have a working search and want to return to it. (I'm using Advanced Search here because of the limitations of Find, and do not want to restart with a new search, I want to return to an existing search). F6 does not do it. This must also be a problem for PWD using keyboard only on a Mac. Am I missing something is there a way to do this on the Mac?

Acrobat Pro/Standard PDF Printing.

Shame this isn't a bug bounty or I could possibly get some pennies!
In short, PDFs created in older versions of Adobe do not work with the most recent edition you guys have released.
A client of ours was missing text when printing, after months of painful driver changes etc, we had found a resolution.
Any user that creates a PDF in older Adobe software, will not be able to have a colleague print all text/docs/stamps/markups/borders/lines on a PDF within Acrobat. Only downgrading the user to an older unsecure, unsupport Adobe product works.
Adobe Reader 11.x/11.x.21 - Installing this then prints the text/docs/stamps/markups/borders/lines that are being missed when printing from Acrobat.

How to print a combined file double sided? Adobe treats each song as a separate file, even though combined. 1 pc paper per song.

You really chase away clients. You gave me a order number but then you ask me for another number that you didn't give me ... where is the logic with this? Zoom previous is a shorthand reference for go back to the previous view. It is an existing feature in numerous graphically intense systems like CAD, MCAD, ECAD.
It is a convenient and efficient way to restore the view. Reasons to use it are: 1. correct a zoom error or 2. zoom in to examine something closely and zoom back out to an overview

crashing when running auto detect fields
so when running the auto detect field on this pdf every time I click the auto detect fields for the accessibility, it gives me an error that adobe has stoped working and has to be closed. can someone explain what's happening and what i need to do to fix this.

The AcrobatDC plugin for Internet Explorer, the select region function is useless. It displays a box around the region, does nothing with it
Fix the IE plugin "Select" feature. It shows the red line box around a screen region, does not keep the region selected, and then proceeds to make a PDF of the ENTIRE web page, not the chosen region. And it makes the PDF in landscape orientation, with all the menus, footers, headers, and junk we don't need. There seems to be no way to fix this behavior in Acrobat DC.

PDFs made from InDesign and Illustrator on-screen RGB colors appear dull in Acrobat Pro.
The SAME PDF colors appear correct in Mac Preview.

Remove Green Box on Button Click
Just wanted to reach out and ask for help on removing an unwanted state appearance from a button I have created on my PDF CV.
Basically I have created a button inside my CV so that when you click on my email at the top, it automatically opens up the users default email programme and pops in my email address in the "To" field which is the expected behaviour , I have also customised the hover sate of the button to display a small red underline which is part of my branding, what I don't like however is that when you click the mouse down on the email link it creates a green box effect in and around the link itself, which I want to get rid of but not sure how or I can remove this.
Is this possible?

Bug: Text doubles up in 'required' fields
Forms made in Acrobat Pro DC on a Mac running High Sierra, OS 10.13.6. When specifying fields 'required' any text entered doubles up when printed on a pc.
Tried changing field background colour to white to block out doubled text, but cannot make the fields non-transparrant1 vote
