  1. Bring back: File, Send.

The new Share File, then you have to select the 'Send at Attachment' and wait for ages for an Outlook Mail box to open is ridiculous and time consuming.

Also, if you make any changes to the PDF, ie 'highlight' a word, then you MUST save the file BEFORE you send it. Again, ridiculous. We DON'T always want to save the change.

    If it aint broke...

  2. My biggest complaint about the latest update to Adobe is the percentage option for re-sizing documents within an open window has now been removed. I review and edit PDFs from countless customers all day long. Now the only way to change the size of the document within the window is to expand or decrease the size of the window itself, which can still be extremely limiting. Having the ability to change the size of any given document for review and edit is essential to my job. Why was the document percentage option removed from the toolbar and how can I…

  4. Viewing the PDF. The new version has managed to remove the two buttons I use the most often from the Menu bar. Would you please put back the Zoom\Fit Width and Zoom\Zoom to Page Level buttons or at least give me to ability to edit the menus and adapt them to my own usage.

  5. Even after I remove the hidden text layer in a PDF, I'm still not able to run an OCR with "ClearScan" (i.e. "Editable Text and Images"). It's strange because the text layer appears to be gone, yet running OCR produces the error "Acrobat could not perform recognition because: page contains renderable text."

  6. I cannot print my certificates from Acrobat now. I have to move to word to print each page with a boarder. This started with the update. I print many certs a day and this takes far more time and changes the font. If it does not have a boarder I can print. This is frustrating and a waste of time. I did not have this problem before.

  8. Not an idea! A complaint

Each month I get one report, extract each Account Managers pages and email them to them individually. With the new update I have to save each PDF before I can email it? Who's bright idea was that? Takes twice as long to send reports now. Not to mention I don't need them once I've sent them off. Now I have to delete everything I've saved. UGH!

  11. There is a new problem with the toolbar, whereby page controls that were previously present are now hidden. The file tools occupy the same amount of space regardless of how many commands are contained within that space. Please fix this bug. Commands like 'fit one full page to a window' are no longer visible unless you un-dock the page controls from the toolbar.

  12. When I try to filter comments on a PDF Acrobat freezes and i have to force quit the program. The size of the file and the number of comments are not factors, acrobat crashes every time. I"m MacOS Sierra 10.12.6.

  13. Removing the Accept check box in the comments field was a terrible idea. Right clicking to a dropdown menu or clicking on ... to get to the dropdown is archaic.
When you have hundreds of changes on a document this adds up fast to inefficiency.

  14. This new "cloud" is so horrible I don't even know where to begin. Seriously considering cancelling services. Dashboard is useless if it doesn't show who you are waiting for it to be signed by. Why does it keep defaulting back to NO FILTER after I set the filter to Waiting For Signature. There is no progress with this update at all.

  15. Since the latest Adobe update (version 2019.008.20074), it now requires to save the PDF, then the right pane appears and you need to select "Send as Attachment", then select default and/or custom mail application before the mail application is actually launched. This is so cumbersome compared to what it was in the previous versions.
Why make use jump through so many hoops when it worked fine before? Can we set our defaults so it will turn into a 'One button' operation, or are we at the mercy of the adobe bureaucracy?

  17. A few days ago I began receiving an Acrobat sign-in prompt every time I access one of my Adobe documents. There is no way to make this go away and I have absolutely no interest in ever logging in. The result is that I waste vast amounts of my life saying NO to the login prompt and then having to face it again the next day and the next. I may have to switch to another PDF editor that doesn't torture me this way.

  18. Since the latest update (running Adobe Acrobat Pro V2019.008.20074) adding comments (drawing lines, connected lines or rectangles) randomly causes the comment dialog box to appear for those markups. This was not a problem before the update. Upon opening the document, several dialog "bubbles" appear on the side of the document. They disappear as soon as one opens the comment pane. This is clearly a bug. Windows 7 Enterprise SP1.
Expected result: no dialog box, just display comments created.
Observed result: random dialog boxes are added, even though not added by user.

  19. I cannot download a large folder of pdfs (anything more than 45 or 50 is too much) made with Adobe Scan as a zip file. Forget about anything involving sub-folders. I'm digitizing a backlog of expense receipts. And then Document Cloud makes half my work disappear.

  20. Hello! First: Why does this page do not exist in German?? Don't you have any paying clients outside the US??
Second: Acrobat Pro DC can not print EAN codes in Mac OS Mojave anymore. White fields are grey and cannot be read by any scanner!!! The Apple app „Preview" can do it!!!
