Auto Font Replace on Save corrupts the text
I am editing a PDF file with Acrobat Pro 2017. When I save the file, it sometimes says "replacing font" - it takes some text and replaces it with little boxes. I've checked the embedded fonts and all seem fine.
What causes this problem and better, is there a way to stop the font replacement?

Thumbnail display
It is very nice to have implemented the thumbnail view of Acrobat documents in the Windows explorer.
There are nevertheless three bugs:
- Their display is very (too) slow: why not incorporating directly this thumbnail (as the corresponding option in MS Word) in the file itself?
- The thumbnails are square, which means that they display blank artificial borders (vertical or horizontal, depending of the orientation of the first page)
- Very often, these thumbnails are black, thus unusable (see attached screenshot).Thank you to correct these bugs in a future update.

Delete pages(s) from open file while performing drag-n-drop extraction
When working with a scan set to be broken into smaller files, provide a key combination (like CTRL-Alt) to automatically remove pages from the scan set after a new file has been created from a selection using drag-n-drop.

I am so disappointed because this widely used program is too expensive for a person living on disability to afford.
Affordability is way over the top for this idea. A program that is so widely used by most everyone is dangled at us like a bone on a string and we cannot afford to purchase it. A few dollars to thousands of people who can afford it, is millions to a few who cannot make ends meet everyday. Why is there not concessions made for those who simply cannot afford it. Commenting Authors colours
Hello,
I'm a graphic designer and receive a lot of amends to work via PDFs using comments I can have upto 200 comments to deal with. Previously you had authors names in different colours so you could clearly pick out the changes. Now with the new update, all fonts are in black or grey. It needs to be at least customisable for the viewer to change this in the preferences.

BUG Acrobat 2019.008.20080 does not apply action to all pages
BUG Acrobat DC 2019.00820080 no longer applies action to all pages even though the setting for all pages it selected. This action has been working for over a year but since updating to 2019 it appears to be broken. In the attached file the water mark should appear on both pages.

Enhance scan wipes out drawing lines
Enhance scan w/text recognition wipes out important image feature in Acrobat DC. After scan figs 1 and two are nearly missing. very bad - this is new problem since last update.

A user suggestion for improving Adobe Acrobat capabilities: Extracting all of the highlighted texts in one step
As you are well aware, the users of Adobe Acrobat (or similar products) usually apply ‘Highlight Text’ to highlight or summarize parts of the text or the book that they are reading in PDF format.
After finishing to read the text, if the user can have the ability to extract (in one step) all the highlighted parts in the format of a MS Word or other PDF file; this can be very handy and helpful; since this way the user can easily make an outlined summary of the read text or book ready for future references.

Digital Signature Process More Efficient
Please allow the digital signature options (and the comment, specifically the dynamic stamp (who came up with that unintuitive name and why??), options) to remain in the toolbar from document to document so I do not need to go through the same multi-step process over and over again when approving or signing a number of documents in a row. I see that you've noted that "streamline digital signing" below has been resolved - nope, it has not. In the attached I've shown the steps it takes to put a dynamic stamp on a PDF. Each. Time. PDF won't open from Windows Explorer after a different PDF is opened from inside Madcap Flare
I'm using Adobe Acrobat DC and MadCap Flare 2018 r2 on a Windows 10 operating system.
Steps to reproduce:
- Build a PDF in Flare.
- Open the PDF from inside Flare.
- Double-click on a different PDF in Windows Explorer.
Expected result: Second PDF opens.
Actual result: Second PDF does not open. The error message that shows up sometime later says: Acrobat failed to connect to a DDE server.MadCap support has been unable to resolve the issue.

CPU utilization when index creating
I have set scheduled runnig a batch file whcih indexes over 65,000 PDF files every weekend.
However CPU utilization is over 95% when index creating.[Questions]
Is there any way decreasing CPU utilization when index creating?[Environments]

Duplicate across pages (button)
"Duplicate across pages" places the button (the element I want to duplicate) complete out of the page in all other pages. I am using the very latest version of Acrobat. It worked perfectly fine before the update.
