  1. Please add multiple buttons/slots at the top where temporarily current view can be stored and after scrolling to the previous pages one should easily move back where he was reading. While reading, to recall something from previous chapters of a book or to see next mentioned chapters, is a really tedious job to do when you want to go back where you left reading.

  2. Since "upgrading" to Mohave, I simply cannot get my Adobe Acrobat Professional to open. I get the spinning beach ball for several minutes (yes minutes). I then check Force Quit and invariably, Adobe Acrobat Professional is "not responding". Adobe says the two are compatible, but I do not think so.

  3. Using Acrobat PRO DC 19.008.20074
When I open Adobe, Combine files, add the files I want to combine, either PDF or other word, excel, etc, click on Combine. What I end up with is a "PORTFOLIO". The thumbnails are all visible on the navigation pane but the actual PDF that was supposed to contain all the pages I just combined, there is only the first page, no other pages. I create Board packets with this feature. It has become a big headache. How do I get this to work.

  4. Hi,
In previous version there was very useful tool to get the reports from signed documents e.g. Average time to complete or % completed. I can't find this feature now. Is it still an option?

  5. I often receive PDFs but after opening them, decide not to keep them and delete them. Nevertheless, the file name still appears on the Recent File List when I say I want to open a file for editing. This makes it harder to find still existing files that I want to edit. At the minimum, be able to click on a file name on the Recent File List to highlight it and then delete that name (via Delete key or pulldown option). Even better would be to also add a option that I can click on that highlights files on…

  6. I would like there to be a word count for a ctrl+f word search that appears in the search box next to the word, much like in Google Chrome. You can see the comparison in my screen shots. The ctrl+shift+f feature is too cumbersome.

  7. I really need Clearscan back. I don't want editable texts, but I just want characters to be smoothed out. I feel that there should be an option for this. I am Japanese, and usually scan Japanese characters. Editable texts might work for alphabets, but not really for Asian characters. I upgraded from Acrobat XI to Acrobat to Acrobat pro 2017, but scanning experience with this 2017 version was the worst as far as ocr was concerned.

  12. When in accesibility/high contrast mode, white horizontal lines will appear over the black background at random segments of the document as you scroll up/down. Deactivating 2D graphics accelerator solved the issue for me. I have a GTX 1080 Max-Q.

  15. Since the newest update, the send feature now requires a few more mouse clicks. Before the newest update, it was a one click send feature which myself and my colleagues would agree was much more user friendly than this new feature. I would like to have that brought back.

  16. If you create custom radio button element in Indesign it will be rendered wrongly on acrobat pro (and reader) if

    Preferences >
    Forms >
"Show border hover color for fields"

    is turned on.

Once you turn that setting off, acrobat renderes the form element as expected.

Attached indd, pdf and two screenshots to demonstrate the behaviour

  17. When I insert or replace or add, I want it to say in the Comments box that this particular task is being done, as it used to. When I have deleted something, nothing at all appears in the box except an ambiguous icon. How is the person reading the comment supposed to know what was done?

  19. Acrobat DC began closing automatically, again. This is two weeks after I uninstalled the program and then reinstalled. Whether I open a pdf file from the Explorer window or open Acrobat and then select the file to open, the program closes automatically 10-15 seconds after it opens. After reinstalling the program, the problem continues. I have already tried the suggestions from an earlier post (updating the software from the Help menu, repairing the software from the Help menu and running Acrobat distiller). It does seem to be checking my registration status, but does not remain open long enough for me…

  20. In Photoshop express, it is near impossible to create a collage image, because the layout options insist on clipping the images to size. Would like option to shrink to fit. You'd think original size would do this?
