  1. "Copy Image" or "Save Image as..." don't work correctly for one specific image in my file

    I use Acrobat Version 2015.023.20070 on Windows and the functions "Copy Image" and "Save Image as..." - when selecting an image inside a pdf - work correctly in all cases so far, except:

    Except for this specific diagram image at the bottom of the pdf slide attached, where the result is just a distorted part of the original image. I can reproduce the results. Note that if I use "Save Image as..." the resulting file is different from what I get when I use "Copy Image" and paste it into MS Word or MS Paint or Photoshop.

  2. Please make it easier to change fonts and colours of text+highlights

    On the Apple version of adobe: it is very tedious and takes time+ lots of clicking to change the colour of highlights. and its even HARDER to change the fonts, colours of text in the textbox option.

    As a student who primarily notetakes on PDF its really a setbck when taking lecture notes for a high intensity lecture.

  4. cannot unsecure a protected pdf

    1. Open a protected document with the correct password.
    2. Try to unsecure the document in "Document Properties" -> "Security", choose "no security"
    3. A pop-up asking password shows up, Enter the same correct password as used to open the document.
    4. "The password is incorrect". Cannot unsecure the document.

  5. Loops don't function properly when using the variable 'c' as the loop counter

    Javascript loops don't function properly when using the variable 'c' as the loop counter, e.g.

  6. Acrobat create pdf feature in PowerPoint for Mac

    When creating a pdf from a powerpoint presentation which contains web hyperlinks, the links do not work when the pdf is created.
    Please can you fix this bug - it works on PC but on Mac.

    Hi

    You can achieve this by converting the PowerPoint presentation from Acrobat via Tools > Create PDF workflow.
    Please ensure that checkbox to Use Acrobat Cloud service is checked while selecting the file.

  7. Redaction - similar to overlay text, have an "overlay image" option

    The redaction properties allow you to specify custom "overlay text" on redaction marks.
    This request is to add a feature for "overlay image" to have an image included on the redaction marks.

  8. Bug report: unable to cancel out of changing/replacing watermark if you accidently choose watermark on a document that already has one.

    Currently if you accidentally choose to add a watermark on a document that already has one, there is no way to cancel it. You have to either go through the settings and replace it with what is already there or choose a new one. This has happened several times and the only way to get out of it is to end task on Adobe.

  10. Action Wizard causes crash

    I've created an Action Wizard that does the following:
    -Runs Preflight to convert to PDF/A-1a
    -Saves to a Local Folder, appending "_A-1a" to the end of the file name.

    That's it. I can run this Action Wizard on individual PDFs no problem. But when I use the "Add Files..." option to run this wizard on multiple files, the Action Wizard begins, but crashes Acrobat after the first file. This has been the case for the last few updates to Acrobat DC (15.23.20056.213124), but did used to work with Acrobat DC and previous versions of Acrobat. This is on macOS 10.12.3.

  11. Support for opening and combining OpenOffice Documents, odt and the like.

    Simply format support for OpenOffice formats used by OpenOffice and LibreOffice.

    This is vital for those that prefer those formats over Microsoft Office formats. While they aren't as fully featured or useful in some cases they are free and open source making them a great alternative to the closed source formats of their Microsoft counterparts. Plus my book features some of these formats and i'm too lazy to convert them over...

  13. At opening of Pro DC, the Recent tab only searches the last location only

    When using the Recent function to find a previously created PDF it would better that the program searches the entire computer for the file. I scan documents to Desktop first and, when done, move it to the appropriate file. With this new program I have to use other venue to search instead of the convenient Recent function. My older version was able to find the file regardless of where it is saved.

  14. Bug - Combine Files in Acrobat

    When attempting to combine a MS Word document containing more than one section using Combine Files in Acrobat, the first page is shown for all pages in the preview when the document is expanded. The first section is a one page cover page. This issue has been in Acrobat for well over a year.

    Adobe Scan app has been released. Anyone can install it from app markets for IOS and Android phones. Closing the thread.

  19. Horizontal Ruler Covers Top of First Page in Single Page Continuous Page Layout

    Software: Adobe Acrobat Pro, Continuous Release, Version 2023.003.20180 (New Acrobat)

    OS: MacOS 15.0.1

    To Reproduce the Issue: Open a multi-page PDF document with content at the very top of the first page. Set the page layout to Single Page Continuous. Toggle rulers on and off, and notice that the horizontal ruler overlays the very top of the PDF document, blocking the content at the top of the page from view. Also, try scrolling up with rulers on, and notice that the user cannot scroll up the document enough to display the portion go the document covered by the horizontal ruler.

  20. paste not possibile if text contains %E2%80%8B "ZERO-WIDTH SPACE" character

    I need to insert some text in existing PDF and found out that some paste operations are not possible. After more that 2 days of trying to find out why, by chance I saw that the text that I wanted to copy contained some unicode characters, in particular the %E2%80%8B is the code for a "ZERO-WIDTH SPACE" character

    This block completely the paste operation, it would be much more useful to remove those special chars if they are not supported.
