  2. INSANE that you can't create a hyperlink in text on a PDF in the iPad/mobile versions of the app. Literally insane, I'm sorry, I pay for the monthly subscription LITERALLY for this ONE reason - to add hyperlinks into my PDF resume - and I can't access that very simple feature on a mobile device???? And Apple has removed the ability from Preview too? Is this a business collusion?

  3. When I am in the Grid of the Photo organizer, it would be very helpful if I could see if that photo has been sorted into an album, without opening the photo up. A previous version had icons to identify if it had been sorted into an album or you could hide it if it had been put into an album. Now when sorting I have to constantly open each picture to see if it has been placed in an album.

  6. Multiple users send agreements for signature with clients they are working with but these documents are only visible to that user's login. The Admin should have the ability to view all documents in the user accounts or store them centrally. It is an extremely manual process to back these files up for our company records and the main reason we are looking to move to another e-signature tool.

  7. The new workflow for digital signing of documents looks quite pretty, but before the update i could draw the box, hit "enter" twice, press left arrow, hit enter again and Alt+F4 out, then the document has been signed. Now i could not confirm the certificate, I want to use for signing, with the "enter" key and I cant confirm the appearance of the signature with the "enter" key. So please make confirmation with "enter" possible again, this will hugely increase my workflow, since the whole process is already annoying enough if you have to sign a lot of documents

  9. Currently Adobe only supports SP initiated SSO authentication. We would like our users to be able to go directly from IDP initiated. This is a basic feature of most IDP services and would be great to have.

  10. Hello Adobe/Acrobat Team,

Please add an option to save guides when saving PDFs. Having to reset guides each time I open a document is frustrating.

    Thank you

  11. Please add a Hotkey to enable or disable the 'Snap to Grid' Feature. I love the feature, but having to navigate through several menus to turn it on or off really bothers me.

  12. In Adobe Sign, the process to send a signature could be more efficient after adding yourself as a signer in the first recipient field. After doing so, Adobe Sign could have instant suggestions on who to send the document to based on how often this recipient's signature is requested.

    Hi,

Thanks for providing your feedback. We have shared this with the engineering team and will keep you posted once we have some update.

    Regards,
    Sandeep

  13. In a long document with multiple comments, the name of the comment author, and date of the comment, clutters up the actual comments and makes them difficult to read. It would be much cleaner if there were an option to hide the name of the comment author and date of the comment in the comments panel. Thank you

  14. Would it be possible to move "tool bar icons" next to the "Home/Tools/tabs for each opened pdf"? It will help to recapture some screen space.

    Please see attached file.

  15. We have a customer whose system requires multiple supporting documents for every invoice: invoice, copy of purchase order and proof of delivery. Several years ago these were all mailed or faxed, now we use Acrobat Pro.

  16. This version is unusable due to unstable flickering, with slowed down response to page scrolling, freezing search, or black rectangular shapes covering the whole page or partially the content.
At this level, there are no ideas to be suggested since the very basic functions are affected

  18. Return to the old version. The more you develop the worst it becomes at every upgrade. Completely irrational errors. Retract the last upgrade from users.!

  19. Fields become "ghost fields"; they still show up in the sidebar on the right and you can still open their properties. However, you cannot select the form field and type text in it. You also can't change the properties, like name and tooltip fields; when you try to, and click away from the field you just changed, they revert back with no notification. This happens every time I open this file in a different application, such as an Accessibility plug-in called CommonLook, and has happened with other files too. Fixing tags in the plug-in causes forms to break in Acrobat,…

  20. hello,
I would like to make PDF docs from excel docs that contain hyperlinks in which the hyperlinks are automatically maintained within the PDF instead of having to manually add then back in after making the PDF.
    thank you, Jason
