Bug Report: Comment Descenders Cut Off
The bottom edge of the comment pop-up window is measured from the letter baseline rather than the bottom of the descenders. This cuts off typographical descenders and inhibits quick reading of comments.

You can change the page dimensions after inserting them. You need to simply select the pages and go to ‘Set Page Boxes’ option under ‘More’ in the Organize Pages app.

Snapshot of PDF page for export to JPG has bugs
If you open those files in Acrobat, and use the snapshot feature, then "control-a" to select everything, you will see differences in each one. In each case, on the right side, the app selects more than it should be selecting. For example, the sample with inset and color has a small band of white on the right side that is included in the selection that should not be. This was a bug in Acrobat 9. I cannot hit the Save As button. It just gets stuck in limbo
When exporting PDF's or trying to save any document for the first time, the SAVE AS option is not working. It just turns white and gets stuck in limbo.

Does acrobat have access to my computer?
Whenever I use acrobat, my mouse seems driven by commads - not mine - to do things in acraobat. Things like scrolling, moving mouse, opening other windows in acrobat. Is it a ghost or is it Adobe?

Adobe Sign Cannot Send Docs 8/18/17
Adobe Sign is not working 8/18/17 for sending any documents. We have tried sending from multiple accounts and a variety of different documents. We have tried using the workflows and just the Send button. It gives back this message: Adobe Sign was unable to create your agreement because the document could not be thumbnailed. Please let me know you need more information.

I just purchased CS6 Design & Web Premium but Acrobat Pro fails to install
I just installed CS6 Design & Web Premium but Acrobat Pro fails to install - period. I've tried 4 times now with the same failure (see attached screenshot). The website says I have 90 days of "Chat and Phone support" - but the support website is in an infinite loop - you never get a button to "chat" and no phone number is ever offered. How do I get help getting this installed?

UI Scaling on Surface Pro needs attention
I am using Adobe Acrobat on a Surface Pro 2. The scaling is horrible, with dialog boxes too big for the screen and options inaccessible. I gather the height of the Surface Screen is not within your specification. Please can you enhance the dialog boxex so they display fully on the screen. I also use Captivate and this is fine. Dialog boxes display properly.

Bug Report: Organize does not show image
If I am working for several hours in acrobat dc, the organize feature will show only blank pages... no content. I have to close the program and restart it to view the images. It will work for about 20-30 minutes and then do the same thing. UGH.

Sorry for such a delayed response on this and for the trouble you were going through.
I tried using the tool with several files and could not see the issue.
Can you please try upgrading your Acrobat to the latest version and see if that resolves the issue for you.If not, can you please share the file(s) where this happens.

Hyperlink to first occurrence of a range name
I have created a PDF file from an Excel Workbook. Each tab in the workbook has a range name that is in the "rows to repeat at top". I have a table of contents that hyperlinks to each of these range names in each worksheet. When the PDF is created, sometimes a worksheet will become 2 pages. The hyperlink shows at the top of both pages (because it is in the "rows to repeat at top"). Can't search for documents in Google drive when adding a contract to Adobe Sign
When I use the Google Drive File Picker in Adobe Sign and trying to search, the result is always blank. The same search in Google Drive shows the files I'm looking for.
macOS 10.12.6 using Chrome Version 60.0.3112.90.
The problem occurs on different adobe sign accounts and different laptops.2 votesWe apologise for the issue you are facing. We need some more information from you to be able to investigate this further:
1. Do you see a completely blank file picker dialog? Or you see the file list but search returns 0 results in Google Drive files?
2. Can you please try quitting all Chrome browser instances (check that no Chrome instance is running in activity monitor) and then re-try?

Adobe Sign Signature Block Email Setting
Once someone enters a global signature block in Adobe Sign under Email Settings you need to make sure to not smash all the words together. If someone puts a new line in the signature block preserve that structure, such as:
Phone
Email...
