  1. On Windows 10 Enterprise, Version 1803, Build 17134.523
    Acrobat Pro DC, Version 2019.010.20069

    Normally, to shrink files before sending them out, I go to File -> Print -> Properties -> Default Settings -> and select "Smallest File Size." This works fine until I have an Uber receipt in my list of files. During the process of Acrobat shrinking the file, I get the error message that is attached below. I've also attached the specific type of Uber receipt that results in the error. I haven't had this issue with any other type of file.

  2. Working on Windows 10 Enterprise, Version 1803, OS Build 17134.523
    Acrobat Pro DC, Version 2019.010.20069

    When combining a list of files, Acrobat will not actually combine the file type HEIC. Everything else is combined but there is no indication in Acrobat that it left the HEIC files out. When combining dozens of files, it is easy to miss this issue.The "Files" attachment shows two PDF's and an HEIC file that need to be combined. When I select all, right click, "Combine files in Acrobat...", I get the results in the "Results" attachment. All that appears is the two PDF's.

  3. I downloaded free trial version & forgot to cancel. So I dont mind paying for the period software was installed on my laptop, although totally unused.

    However you are charging me 2 months i.e. $32 for early termination is not ethical.

    I used your trial version only for compressing ONE pdf file & now end up paying $64 for just that.

  4. Every single day on login to my Windows 10 laptop I get 3 - 6 "Document was E-signed" notifications.

    These notifications are not related to a new file as the document was signed over a month ago.

    I am using V 2019-010-20069 of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.

    Please let me know how to correct these persistent notifications or fix the bug that is causing.

  5. This is just a general reflection that I, as a occasional user to Acrobat DC, no longer understand how simple things like draw lines and write text on a existing PDF work. More complex things like sign, sharing etc - functions that I don't have any interest in using, is easier to understand. Is this really the functions the ordinary user wants? Or is Acrobat no longer a tool for me?

  7. Am running Acrobat 9 Pro, 9.5.5 on Mac OS Mojave, and it's suddenly become slow to open and open PDF's -- long lag time before it opens the doc and/or opens up. Was working fine until recently.

  8. Printer is showing message
    Printing - Can't open "/private/var/spool/cups/tmp/008595c4d2ad1."

    Other applications can print.

    Tried AirPrint and native mode.
    Printer is Epson WF-7520 Series.

  9. When writing in the fill in portion of the form, I used to be able to right click and underline, bold, italicize, highlight, superscript or subscript my text. I am no longer able to do this and I am super frustrated.

    Please go back to Prepare Forms> edit mode and enable “Allow Rich Text Formating” for the text field

    Once done, you should be able to get the formatting options under right click context menu.

  10. Looking up the word "corvée" breaks the "Look up selected word" function.

  11. Acrobat Pro DC 19.010.20069.49826 has a problem with TOOLS. When something like PRINT PRODUCTION is added using ADD SHORTCUT, it will not remain after the computer is booted but will be there is Acrobat is cloed and then re-opened.

As Adobe System Admin for my large enterprise, I very much need the ability to run a report on demand from the Admin Console that'll identify which users are utilizing which Adobe licenses to include their last usage date. This should be quite possible given Named User licenses (Federated ID) must check in to Adobe constantly and so Adobe already tracks user interaction with licensed apps. This would very much benefit my enterprise as I will remove users who are not utilizing the products after a period of time. Reference Case ID E-000007273.

  13. Just need assistance finding out a way to print our fillable fields. They printed just fine 4 days ago. Adobe Pro DC updated yesterday & today those fields will not print the filled in material. I have tried printing as a pdf, it does not recognized the filled fields. The computer has been shut down and rebooted. I've tried different printers. Tried different print settings. Something seems buggy.

  14. Text spontaneously disappears after leaving the page and scrolling back to it. The text fields still exists and some letters stay visible, but the other letters have disappeared.

    Can you share with us the acrobat version and the operating system you are using
    Also some sample PDFs with which you are facing this issue.

  15. I have purchased the full license for Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, I am requesting Adobe to create a way to always block Reader DC from ever downloading during scheduled updates. Reader DC always commandeers/overrides the default settings by file types and since I PAID for the full software product, I shouldn't have to reset my default program by file type literally every other day. Please change this. Please.

  16. You should be able to license Adobe on more than two machines. I may be working from the office, from home, or on a portable device when I travel. The default should be at least three devices (by comparison, Microsoft's license allows one user to use 5 devices).

    At a minimum, you should be able to assign devices to users. I have a license for myself and a license for my assistant. My assistant only works in the office. I am paying for two users which should allow me to install on four computers. I should be able to decide…

    Basically, a drop-down field can’t have a completely blank value (unless you set the values using a custom script).

    You can add a value that’s a single space, though, or an underscore, or something like “SELECT ITEM” and set it as the default value.

  19. I am using the latest versions of all programs. I have uninstalled Adobe completely and used the cleaner to remove all software. I reinstalled Adobe DC because in need it for looking at documents stored in Filemaker. As soon as I go to a record with a pdf file, filmmaker crashes. If I leave adobe running, it will cause my Mac to shutdown or lock it in the sleep mode.

  20. I’m using Acrobat DC but I came from Acrobat Pro 6/7. Editing text in PDF on Acrobat 6/7 was almost perfect. On Acrobat DC working on same PDF files, is unworthy of a commercial product. Even editing a single character broke layout completely on DC. Same file on Acrobat 6/7 I could replace entire paragraphs without an issue. Even free apps perform better than DC on my files.

    Btw, Word exporting is almost perfect and I can edit files as I want. But you should improve features, not destroy them.
