Be able to add text without having entire document going through "edit."
In older versions we could just add text to a document where needed. Now you have to go to Tools, Edit which then takes the time to recognizes all the text in a document. I frequently add text in all kinds of documents including charts and forms. When it goes to "recognize" the text on the full page, it distorts it to something unuseable. Why is there an Edit Text & Images tool in Prepare Form?
In Prepare Form, why can't I use the Select Object Tool to select multiple fields with a marquee anymore? I've always used it in the past but every time I use it now, it automatically switches to Edit Text & Images, which I don't want it to do. This change supposed to be an "improvement" in the most recent update of Acrobat DC, but it has made my job both harder and take longer. Smooth Scrolling
We want real smooth scrolling (not just continuous scrolling).
I mean that kind of scroll we get when using a web browser. SMOOTH scrolling! It would also look like dragging text with a "hand tool" in Reader but with a mouse wheel.
Current method makes text jump one or three lines at a time (depending on your mouse settings), which pretty much irritating!

Hiding recipient email addresses
It would be nice if Adobe would hide the email addresses of the recipients, when a document is going out to multiple recipients for signature. The problem we are experiencing is that Adobe will notify John Smith that after he signs the document it will then be sent to Jane Smith at janesmith@gmail.com. John Smith should not be seeing Jane Smith's email address. Those really should be confidential or hidden, or at least make that an option to enable or disable. Also, it shouldn't be plan specific. Zoom and Scroll while using connected lines comment tool
Please enable zooming and scrolling while using commenting tools like the "connected lines" tool. I often have to trace lines on a schematic and it is REALLY difficult to do without being able to zoom or scroll using control / shift plus the mouse wheel.
Really this should be enabled when using any commenting tool but it's especially problematic with the connected lines tool.

Tell the user they need to SAVE!!
EXAMPLE: I just scanned 19 pages then clicked on TOOLS to use the stamp command. Aggghh I didnt realize that my original scans are now lost forever presumably becuase I didnt save or 'export' the scane? <weep>. Surely you should alert the user that he's not saved his work?

Digital sign on 20 pages need 20 times selection of Certificate tool and saving 20 times!
IF i am having a pdf docs which i need to sign on all the pages, i need to sign this each time on each page and save each tine after each signature, each time selection of tools is also a pain!! don't understand why each time after placing a certificate, pdf asking to save after signature/certificate are placed, it should give a final confirmation once everything is done. i can understand its for security but at least the person who is signing should have this option that he can sign on all docs and at the end save everything.…

This is a one big -*** program that installs very long. I would require a lite version. Optional options could be installed as plugins.
Please create a lite version. This program is so heavy with all the unnecessary tools. I just need to edit a PDF and it's been an hour I am downloading and installing it.

FEATURE REQUEST: Hide Text Field Fill Color When Printing a Completed Form
During a support call this evening with one of your Senior Technical Representatives, I asked if a Fillable Form could be printed without the Fill Color appearing when users print their completed text-entry forms. Edit default text (color, font, size) for Measure Tool
The measurement tool lacks any ability to change the text font, size, and color for measurement labels, the default is not sufficient especially because it tends to glitch and turn from an Ariel type font to a very spaced out Courier font which is not convenient for measuring small distances, the perimeter and area measure tool should also enable text callouts.

Please provide OCR for Sinhala Language
People in Sri Lanka is now widely using Adobe Acrobat and it's getting more popular. But there are some issues that most of Sri Lankans face. There are many languages listed in Acrobat tools such as Scan and OCR. But Sinhala Language is not listed in any of these. Please add Sinhala to tools in Acrobat.

Send PDF as E-mail attachemet
Since the latest Adobe update (version 2019.008.20074), it now requires to save the PDF, then the right pane appears and you need to select "Send as Attachment", then select default and/or custom mail application before the mail application is actually launched. This is so cumbersome compared to what it was in the previous versions.
Why make use jump through so many hoops when it worked fine before? Can we set our defaults so it will turn into a 'One button' operation, or are we at the mercy of the adobe bureaucracy?3 votesHi,

Changed Screen Format
Your Adobe Acrobat Reader software update to a new screen format SUCKS! This involuntary change is NOT WELCOMED!!! This change is to make using your software more efficient for users I assume. Well, the exact opposite is happening for me. I'm looking around for the old tool setting icons I had a the top of my screen in the previous version for quick & easy access to them and I cannot find them because to deleted some of them. So, now I do not have the tools I need to efficiently use this program. Great Job, NOT! :(

Tool to copy formatting from one phrase to another in Acrobat Pro DC
For example, if we type in text in the pdf using the "Add Text" tool which uses a text box in which you can type.
Now lets say this text box is quite big and you have typed a lot of stuff into it at different times.
Suppose you want the formatting of the last paragraph to match the formatting of the first paragraph out of a total of 8 paragraphs (all paragraphs are in the same box).

Deleting many pages unacceptable slow in Acrobat DC
Problem: A PDF-file of 7600 pages. Selecting all even pages in Tools/Manage Pages. Then deleting all even pages except the first or last one. That takes on my iMac with newest DC version over 45 minutes. On a 10 years old PC with Acrobat version 5 it takes less then 3 minutes. That is 15 times faster! This bug needs to be fixed.

Compare Files - Adobe Sign Documents
Currently, the "compare files" function on Acrobat DC does not work if one/both of the file(s) to be compared is/are Adobe Signed/ digital signed document(s).
Since the comparison itself does not affect the contents of the document(s) that has(have) used the Adobe Sign/other digital sign tools. I hope Acrobat DC/Adobe Sign Team will solve this problem in the near future.

Machine Learning Form Analysis
After OCR recognition provide a facility not just for correcting the text, but for meta-data labeling of fields and regions. This data would make machine-learned document management much more effective.
