  1. Can you please have the ability to unmerge check boxes that are copy and pasted on a form. At the moment this then means if someone checks box 1, box 2 will also be checked by default. Rather than having to put a unique identifier in, it would be handy if there was a way to say I am doing multiple check boxes apply a new code to each unless specified.

  2. Allow users to create more readable text forms when using smaller font sizes. Give us the ability to set the tracking (space between the characters).

I have forwarded your request to engineering. It will be picked up after prioritization. We will contact you if we need some more information on this.
    Thank you for your patience

  3. "Use Current Properties as New Defaults" should also apply to the auto-field detection wizard. It seems to defeat the purpose of being able to set these defaults if it only works when adding each field individually and manually.

  4. Acrobat on Mac currently doesn't update through the CC app like all other Adobe apps do. I'm attaching a screenshot of a pop up message I've seen a couple of times over the years where I've gone to restart my Mac to be informed that without my knowledge, Acrobat was installing in the background and I couldn't restart. When pressed for a deadline this was especially unappreciated but further, I do like to have control of when and what gets updated.

I’ve taken the steps of turning off the auto update within the Acrobat settings, however, the application is a…

  6. In Acrobat 9, it was very easy to mark a comment as checked. You simply right-clicked on it and chose "Mark with Checkmark." Alternatively, there were also two different places in the Handy Commenting Toolbar to mark the comment as checked.

Sadly, in Acrobat X and going forward, the right-click > Mark as Checked feature was removed, as was the handy Commenting toolbar. So now the only way to mark something as checked is in the giant comment list (which is now by default vertical, as opposed to horizontal.

Instead, Acrobat has moved the only option for commenting over to…

  8. New in the latest version of Adobe Acrobat (2025), every single time I open a new PDF, the signatures tab opens on the left and blocks a third of the file view. Sure, I can go close it. But, every.single.time! Why was that chosen as a default? Every single file, even those that don't have any signatures on the page. Can I turn that off? I honestly really hate it.

  10. Adobe support told me today that you can only use checkboxes on comments in locally-saved pdfs. In online pdfs (like the ones created when you use the Send for Review feature, default online option), you can't checkmark your comments list, you can only use the weird right-click, set as "resolved". This takes too long, is fussy. Please add the checkmark on comments option for online-stored pdfs as well.

    thanks!

  11. This feature request is raised in behalf of user
Adobe serial number prompt for subscription user
This error occured due to old license file which was available on system as Acrobat was transitioned from 2017 to Acrobat Pro DC.

Issue is resolved by adding IsNGLEnforced serial key.

    • If adding registry is fixing the issue, it should be available by default on every system when application is installed. -It will eliminate such error in future.

  12. When I select a tool, I would like to press escape to go back to default tool (Hand).
The thumbtack is not usefull at all, since if it is activated for the tool, I can use it once and need to reselect to reuse. When it is off, I need to manually click on the hand to stop using the tool.

The best way would be to press escape to end using an active tool.

  13. We enforce the use of Microsoft Purview Information Protection labels on all PDFs.
It would be good to have a drop-down menu, much like you see on Microsoft Outlook emails to select a label, rather than requiring the user to open the Protect section and click 'Select a Microsoft Sensitivity Label'.
This should be in the toolbar by default if MIP is being enforced by policy at the machine level.

  14. Provide a way to change/update the server location or file path for shared reviews after they have been sent out for review. There is no way to reconfigure or repoint the network directory location for Adobe shared review files. Once the Shared Review is sent out, Adobe loses all the comments if the server location is ever renamed or if supporting comment files are moved from their original location.

After a pdf file is sent out for shared review, if the xml and bin files containing the data that is needed to show the comments from the shared review are…

  15. I got a weird error message saying that my review could not be started because my comments had too many characters. The longest comment in my document has 156 characters, nowhere near the 1000 character limit my document supposedly hit.

  17. When "Enable scrolling" is off, as it is by default, mouse scroll can scroll 10 pages or more in an instant, if the vertical page size is a little larger than the screen. It is unusable for me, so I need to change the setting every time I open a document, since the setting does not persist.

Why not make it so the setting will persist, so I don't need to change it every time I open a document?

I am working on a form inserting the date. I was hoping to add the day of the week with the date format. I checked on the format and went to the custom selection and inserted dddd mm/dd/yyyy. The hurdle I am trying to get past is, when I go to select a date, I receive a javascript error message telling me that it is the incorrect format that I should use dddd mm/dd/yyyy. I am JavaScript challenged, LOL. Am I missing a setting somewhere or something? Any guidance or assistance would be…

  19. Managing employee work hours can be challenging, especially with remote and hybrid teams. Workstatus clock in and out apps simplify this process by allowing employees to log their time easily from any device. These apps include features like GPS tracking and geofencing to confirm employee locations, helping to reduce errors and prevent time fraud. Facial recognition adds an extra layer of security by verifying the identity of the person clocking in. Managers benefit from real-time attendance updates, making it easier to oversee workforce activity and ensure accurate payroll. By linking time tracking with productivity and project management tools,…
