  1. Everytime I use the Mail to Feature the Application crashes. E-mail created, file attached and sent but Acrobat DC crashes and I have to Force Quit it.

    Hi,

    Could you please install the latest update and try to send file again ?

    Steps to update :
    1. Go to Help→“Check for Updates”.

    Please let me know if issue still exists after update?

  2. The message for Adobe Sign is pre populated to say "Please review and complete this document". We have legal wording which is required and reference to online pay systems for those documents which include invoices. It would be a great feature to be able to customize this message as it would save time over copying and pasting everytime.

  3. I have been working with Acrobat for as long as it has existed, and this version is a nightmare. I have spent hours trying to sign a contract while my customer waits for a response. The sign icon at the top is greyed out. I am unable to edit, add text fields, add signature image. I may have to resort to printing the entire contract and rescanning it as I also cannot insert a page into this locked document. We do not need more features, we just need the ones we have to work.

  4. Not an idea! A complaint

    Each month I get one report, extract each Account Managers pages and email them to them individually. With the new update I have to save each PDF before I can email it? Who's bright idea was that? Takes twice as long to send reports now. Not to mention I don't need them once I've sent them off. Now I have to delete everything I've saved. UGH!

  5. Adobe consistently crashes when performing redactions on large documents saying that there was an error processing the page and that the document could not be saved. No amount of applying or saving as I go prevents this problem, and I have lost hours of work on this.

  6. Since going to Cloud Acrobat Pro DC, much much slower than X pro running locally on PC. We are a small local government utility. Can't imagine using this in a business sense...
    Also doesn't play well with Outlook 2013. Add-ins issues

  8. The new version is worse! Quick Printing out of Outlook, is Slower than snail mail. It freezes up, will not print, will not find files with any color headings in them. Does not find files with headers. It's messing up my morning routine. I have to print a minimum of 50 pdf's from emails everyday. And your new version Cannot handle it.
    fix it.

  11. It would be great if the "Find & Replace" option is more versatile. There should be options to replace ALL, including mathematical symbols. Like we have in MS Word.

  12. This slows my computer down and really bogs things in general. Then when I opt out of sign in, Adobe does what I want anyway.... After I have closed two windows to get to the actual doc.

  13. Last update requires user to press any keys in password field so pasting password is not working. This leads to using worse, shorter passwords so decreases security. Passwords for signatures is really not the place you should prevent pasting passwords.

  15. It would be helpful if Acrobat kept a local log (we use Windows) to show success / failure for log in attempts to the DC. Cataloging the error messages received by our users would help us diagnose account issues vs. user error, etc.

  16. Bring the document security back, not password related, just simple make-it-difficult-to-edit secure. Acrobat is not a word processor.

  19. When I have form fields that I created and that are filled in, I can't change the field size or shape without it distorting the text completely. I have to drag it to distort, hit undo, then do it again. The first size change screws up the text, but the second time does not. It's very aggravating when I need to adjust numerous text box sizes and have to do everything twice to avoid stretching the text.

    Please share the acrobat version you are experiencing this issue with.You can do so using the link -helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/identify-product..

    Have you tried it with any other file to confirm that this is not file-specific issue.

    Also, can you “Check for Updates” and re-test the issue with latest version.

    If this still doesn’t resolve the issue, please share the test file and a video of the issue via
    https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-7161 for us to investigate further.

  20. Crash when trying to open the Output Preview window in Acrobat.

    This is since the latest update, sometimes the preview window does open, but mostly the complete program crashes. This happend with several documents.
