  1. Request e-signatures not working. I click it, enter the email address of the person I want to send it to, type the message, then hit next, and it does nothing. It just pops up the same window asking me to enter the email address of the recipient again.

  4. Please remove the "Try PDF Spaces" option from the toolbar, super annoying and hides the "file" dropdown menus.

  6. Acrobat produces /OC[0.858826 0.203918 0.145096] when a new redaction annotation is created. This appears to be an erroneous copy of the /C entry from the same annotation. Per Table 166 of the ISO standard, /OC is supposed to be a dictionary not an array. So it's not even well-formed, much less correct.

The /QuadPoints [] also looks dubious. It should be absent, not empty?

In terms of efficiency, a number of other entries are present which have no effect since other entries over-ride them. For example the /DA when /OverlayText is the empty string. And in fact the OverlayText itself.…

  7. the Acrobat gray hover comments boxes generated by AI are now a very serious nuisance and should be removed. Have an image of a sign post and the generated AI comment is about a mans large *****.

Fo crying out loud! Please give us a way to turn this off or completely disable it!

  8. Wasn't sure if this should go under UI or Accessibility, but... I often need to change the view of pages (single, two-page, scrolling, no scrolling).

It would be helpful if this could be toggled with keyboard shortcuts instead of having to click them in the quick tools bar.

If this is already possible, I'd greatly appreciate if someone could let me know how!

    Thanks!

  10. Adobe freezes and shuts down when I click a new fill-in field, then try to change the type. For example, a text box to a Name box. It freezes and shuts down. Have been clicking "send report" for a week now, and nothing has been done. Quit with the AI bull#### and fix actual important features.

  12. Acrobat version: 2026.001.21529, 64-bit
    Windows: Windows 11 Pro, 64-bit
Office: Microsoft 365 Word / Current Channel, Copilot-enabled subscription ("Premium") [Microsoft Word for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2604 Build 16.0.19929.20106) 64-bit]
Add-in: Acrobat PDFMaker Office COM Addin
    DLL path: C:\Program Files\Acrobat DC\PDFMaker\Office\x64\PDFOfficeAddin.dll

    Problem:
PDFMaker launches normally and preferences are editable, but Word crashes mid-conversion.

    Important clues:
    - Crash occurs with normal Word launch and with Word run as Administrator.
    - Acrobat repair completed successfully but did not fix the issue.
    - Adobe online Word-to-PDF converts the same DOCX successfully.
    - Disabling “Enable Accessibility and Reflow with tagged Adobe PDF” and/or bookmark…

  13. When creating a PDF from InDesign with properly applied, long alt text (including text attached to paths), the issue appears after opening the file in Acrobat with the new version enabled and using a screen reader or the Read Aloud feature. The expected result is that the alt text is read fully, in the correct order, and without omissions, exactly as defined in InDesign. However, the observed result is that Acrobat cuts off the text after the first part, skips information, or reads it incorrectly. This problem does not occur in the classic version of Acrobat, where the alt text…

  15. Dear Adobe Support Team,
I am writing to share my frustration with the current version of Adobe Acrobat, specifically regarding the inability to move tool panels—such as the Bookmarks panel—to the left side or other locations within the application window. In previous versions, the placement of the Bookmarks panel and tools was on the left (which makes sense to be on the left), and it is essential for my daily workflow and productivity to keep it on the left.

The recent interface changes have switched sides of all the tools, and now the Bookmarks panel is fixed on the right…

  16. From the Comments pane, I go to the three ellipses to access more options, and choose from there "Export All To Data File", this option provides two file formats only (PDF and XFDF).
I need to use PDF comments in our office database for analysis, hence I need to export comments in Text format such as .txt, .rtf, or even .docx.

  17. There is not much to say except what is in the title: CTRL+C & CTRL+V DOES NOT WORK!
If I want to copy some data from pdf I need to do right click and then click again to copy. This is slowing me down terribly. I think I will cancel my subscription and move to alternatives.

  18. Offer two user interfaces for Adobe subscribers. One can be a simple interface for opening files, saving files, finding and using tools, all the important things for people who don't need all the ****.

The second user interface can be the crapware that has more garbage on it than functional features.

Who needs 60 Acrobat templates? That's what Word is for. The AI must be powered by Meta because its results are somewhere between illiterate, inaccurate or sixth grade.

I know, it's so important before the bubble explodes to have AI on everything from toilet paper to Acrobat's interface. But…

  19. Acrobat’s “Combine Files / Create PDF” tool does not support all file formats.

    Specifically:

.msg (Outlook email files) are only supported when Outlook is installed and configured, and even then, they are not recognized when browsing a folder in bulk.

.ica (meeting / calendar-related files) are not a supported input format for Acrobat conversion.

  20. Adobe has crashed 6 times in 5 minutes. Without saving my progress I have lost major progress. This is usually a reliable product. I have paid a lot for this product and would expect it to be much better. I have more than one license and this is very upsetting and disappointing.
