  2. How is it possible to make it worse with each update??!???!

    Stop forcing this useless 'feature' on me.
    I don't want to use, see or interact with any AI features. I can read my documents myself — it's crazy, right?
    I really enjoy how slow and buggy the reader has become just because of this nonsense.
    Stop, let me remove it entirely. It should be an option!

    Its great to see that i am not the only one complaining about this.

  3. Remove all generative AI functions.

    This is not an idea, I just wanted to provide feedback that generative AI tools are an instant turn-off. I would vastly prefer a program that helps fight against the use of generative AI by protecting my documents from AI programs. I would pay more money to use a program that does not feature any kind of AI assistance, AI suggestions, AI integration of any kind.

  4. A VERSION THAT DOESN'T HAVE AI

    Would be great to have a version that wasn't trying to force AI on you... Can those who want AI features use an AI version, and keep the base version without AI?

  6. WORST UPDATE EVER!!!

    WORST UPDATE EVER!!! Both me, vision impaired with a screen enhancer program, and my boyfriend, an IT Pro, sincerely HATE this new version after only a few hours. The shortcuts are ****, the buttons we used to navigate are gone or just moved to new positions (a.k.a. "the Microsoft disease" - new look, no new features), new shortcuts don't work (Next page by Arrow right? NOPE, does not work.) PLEASE implement an option to revert to the old layout/look, and FAST!!!

  7. Let the user select and arrange the interface

    Nothing should be mandatory in terms of floating elements, and users should be allowed to customize placement of buttons on every toolbar including floating toolbars, and customize whether to display them always/as set by document, with traditional arrangements always available as default options.

  9. Flexible Navigation Pane, Page Control & Toolbar Docking

    I use dual 32" monitors for CAD. In version 2023-008-20470 this results is 8" of dead space on each side of a 8-1/2" x 11" PDF . While I like the smaller icons of the latest release, it is infuriating that I cannot place the toolbar, navigation pane, and page controls (Pg#, zoom, magnification, etc.) across the top where they would be most efficient to access in my situation. Their fixed positions on the sides of the screen might be acceptable to laptop users, but it is very inefficient on large monitors.

  10. BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD on you ADOBE

    I lost 3 days of work because the UI changed and I was trying to find everything and reset things that could not be reset! SHAME ON YOU ACROBAT!!!

    I have to work thru the weekend on my own Nickle while I PAY U!

  11. Give us the option to download an older version that actually works!

    While you sit and figure out the stupid, illogical, and absolutely unreliable interface, why don't you allow users to downgrade to a supported version that both works, unlike this version, and is responsive, unlike this version!

    Adobe, you have not provided any, let alone good customer service by releasing this POS software. You have unleashed a hellish nightmare on your customers with no way out. You are definitely going to lose customers over this. I am one of them. I have been using Adobe Acrobat Pro since it came out. You just wrecked it. Get it fixed or quit so…

  12. stop coming up with new stuff!

    It is tiring to deal with ever changing technology. The previous interface was so user friendly and everything was working smoothly. There is no reason for your company to spend resources on ever updating and changing interfaces. It confuses the users and creates more tech support request. Some things are best to be kept as is as they are working perfectly.

  13. Constantly freezes and crashes

    Adobe constantly crashes and freezes. I pay for a subscription and I am very very close to canceling it. It is ridiculous that I can't even do my job and pay out the *** for something that doesn't work. VERY FRUSTRATED!

  14. Undesired and annoying e-sign pop-up reminder in tools sidebar. Please remove this pop-up.

    Every time when I use the tools sidebar I get an undesired and annoying pop-up reminding me to check out e-sign tools. I use e-signing occasionally and don't need to be reminded about e-sign tools. I pay premium price for a product and don't need unsolicited advertisement for e-sign tools. Please remove this pop-up from the product or inform me at least how I can do it.

  15. move the side bar

    I would really like the old layout back. The tool bar being moved from the top to the side bar and not even being possible to move takes away the symmetry of the layout and is super disturbing for my reading.

    I'd really appreciate if you look into this.

  16. Direct typing in comments

    The previous version of Acrobat commenting was simple and intuitive. You place your cursor and start typing for "insert", highlight and type automatically "replaces", highlight and delete automatically deletes. The new interface is slow, cumbersome, unintuitive and forces you to constantly change tool.

    Bring back contextual typing. I've downloaded an older version since this version is useless for comments.

    In the time it's taken me to google "acrobat DC update slow not loading," open three different articles, go back, refine my search, click a couple different articles...my 2 page pdf has yet to load. WTF is this new update???

  19. Modern interface - do not release

    Please do not release the new modern interface - immediately noticed the simple "add text" feature is gone - it is now edit entire document. Major functionaly design flaw. There is nothing wrong with the current version, please do not change it.
