   Your customer support chat is IMPOSSIBLE to find, sends me in endless useless circles, and redirects me to useless forum articles having nothing to do with my situation. I actually had to trick your system about my situation to get to support chat. My company pays handsomely for this software, which includes chat support, and should not have to waste time as such. We have over 150 licenses with ya'll and you left us hung out to dry. This is not acceptable customer service. Correct immediately.

3. Tools

   1. You should be able to "pin" tool bars of your choosing and have them automatically be in your workspace when you open a pdf.

   This use to work and now does not. It is extremely frustrating.

   1. There are way too many clicks involved to open up the navigation pane. I should not have to memorize shortcuts to do such a simple task.

4. Display navigation pane by default

   We still desperately need to be able to show the navigation bar by default. I understand that certain features of it may not be available due to settings in the PDF. I use this program to view 99% of the time and it's a real hassle clicking around every time, to show the thumbnails.

   Every rudimentary viewer allows thumbnails to be shown by default and I believe previous versions of Acrobat did as well.

   Please allow this navigation pane and the selected tab to be sticky.

6. Use printer default setting for double-sided printing

   Currently Adobe Acrobat DC does not recognise if the default printer setting on my mac has been set to duplex. There is a work around. By pressing the printer button and selecting 'duplex' from the print dialogue box that is revealed, pdfs can be printed double sided (DC warns against doing this by the way). The trouble is that it is easy to forget to follow this process, particularly when I am in a hurry, with the result that pdfs, in my case often 20 or 30 pages documents, are printed single sided. This wastes paper, is environmentally unfriendly and negates the whole reason for setting the default to double sided. I have many applications on my mac and Adobe applications (it's not just DC) are the only ones that don't recognise the duplex default setting. 7. Custom Comment Status Tags

   It would be nice if users can create and manage custom status tags. Often when I'm addressing comments I use the status tags for organizing which comments I've addressed and how I address them. I turn them on and off to keep track of which one's I've addressed. For the most part they are usually accepted or rejected, but sometimes there are some that should be addressed by someone else, some that require further clarification, some that I simply want to put on the back-burner but don't want to see when I filter out comments that have not been addressed, and other types. The remaining options of "Cancelled" or "Completed" don't always fit and that has created confusion in the past. it would be nice if there were more options in order to improve the usefulness of the filtering tool and to eliminate confusion among reviewers.

   We are requesting Adobe to enable native support for Microsoft Purview Information Protection (MPIP)–encrypted documents within Adobe Acrobat Sign cloud workflows, as currently files protected with Microsoft Purview sensitivity labels using Azure Rights Management cannot be uploaded, rendered, or processed for signing, forcing organizations to remove encryption and thereby weakening their security posture; this creates a critical enterprise gap where organizations must choose between maintaining compliance and secure data protection or enabling essential business processes such as legal, financial, and HR document signing, and therefore we recommend implementing Microsoft Information Protection (MIP) SDK integration for secure handling of protected content to allow seamless signing while preserving encryption, access controls, and auditability.

10. Remove AI, remove upsells, remove feedback and focus on productivity

    This is a business critical app that costs a lot of money (as part of the CC subscription). I want to open PDFs quickly, review them, close them and move on with my work. Instead, every time EVERY SINGLE TIME I open a PDF, you ask for feedback - PLEASE RATE THIS 1-10 HOW LIKELY ARE YOU TO RECOMMEND TO A COLLEAGUE?... then another window pops up that completely disables the app (can't even resize the application window) that tells me about all the new eatures you've added and you hide the close button so I have to hunt for it.

    Then when I've closed all Acrobat windows and try to move a PDF in File Explorer, it can't be moved, because, SURPRISE... Acrobat is still running. Open task manager, and there are 12 Acrobat processes running, even though Acrobat is not open anymore. After manually end-tasking these processes, I was finally able to move the PDF.

    JUST STOP. I pay for the app. That should be enough. I don't want AI, I don't want upsells, I don't want popups, I don't want fancy options, I don't want to recommend this to colleagues, I just want to open PDFs and do my job efficiently, and at the moment, this application is an absolute neusance and is debilitating to efficiency.

    Please PLEASE remember that this is a business-critical app. It's not a Barbie doll that requires pushing, makeup and marketing - it just needs to open PDFs and be fast about it. No popups, no AI, no nonsense. Or at least give me the ability to turn off all the nonsense and toggle to "work mode" (currently, to disable all this nonsense, you have to click through 20 preference screens, and even when I've disabled everything, including the AI, you STILL show the me the AI, and you STILL show me popups and upsells.

    PLEASE STOP.

12. Stop the Annoying AI Popups – A User’s Frustration

    As part of my daily workflow, I spend hours reviewing technical drawings in PDF format. These documents require my full attention and careful analysis, so any interruption is extremely disruptive. Unfortunately, the constant popups from this program, insisting that I “summarize your PDF using AI,” have become a major annoyance.

    I want to make it very clear: I do not intend to use AI for my work. My company’s policy strictly forbids it, and I value maintaining compliance and confidentiality. Despite this, the software repeatedly interrupts my workflow with suggestions that are not only irrelevant but also intrusive. Each popup breaks my concentration, slows down my productivity, and makes an already meticulous task even more frustrating.

    I sometimes regret having downloaded this program. What should have been a helpful tool for viewing and managing technical PDFs has turned into a source of constant irritation. I’ve started exploring alternatives that respect my workflow, don’t force AI suggestions, fun games, and allow me to focus on the task at hand without unnecessary distractions.

    Overall, while the software may be suitable for casual users or those looking for AI-assisted features, it is completely unsuitable for professionals like me who require a distraction-free environment. I sincerely hope the developers offer an option to disable these popups in future updates—or I will have no choice but to switch to a more user-friendly solution.

This function is so important for review of large drawings, particular useful and very critical in design industry and construction industry with many design and work drawing, similar function have been adopted in other PDF viewing software to facilitate browsing between pages on the same location of the pages.

15. Accessibility Features converting wrong from Word to PDF

    Formerly we would save from Word to PDF Using "Save As" - Options - PDF/A and the accessible settings would hold.

    Currently that is not true and creates additional errors. If we save using the generic "Save as Adobe PDF" the Accessible features carry over fine.

    We have documentation out on the first procedure so it would be nice to have it fixed. It worked wonderfully in the past.

17. AI Assistant and Data Privacy

    Stop forcing AI on people when there is no transparency on what data is being collected by Adobe. I've already had issues with the Acrobat browser extension making me vulnerable to targeted advertising when opening sensitive medical documents. Acrobat is made for sharing sensitive information and yet Adobe is forcing one of the most alarming privacy concerns directly into the program! Absolute garbage

19. Allow Users to manage their recipients at any point before the document is actually sent for signature

    Description: We've received feedback from our Users stating that they cannot edit recipients during signature process once they move to the Add fields and Preview section. Users are then forced to close the window and launch the signature process again to have access to the recipient's section. If there's a typo on the email, or if additional people need to be added as CC, they are not able to make the necessary corrections/additions.
    Note: This is BEFORE clicking the SEND button, in other words while preparing the document to send.

    GOAL: Allow Users to manage their recipients at any point before the document is actually sent for signature.

    1. Start a signature process with Adobe Sign as the signature provider
    2. Add recipients and move forward to the ADD FIELDS section

    Observed result: Users cannot edit the recipients section anymore. There's no option to edit the recipients and are forced to close the window and start again.
    Expected result: Users is able edit the recipients before the document is actually sent out for signature

20. Create an option (setting) to "require" fields be filled out before being returned

    It would be nice if there was an account setting so that all fields are required in a document before they can be sent back. I know it can be done on a per case basis but it would be nice if there was a deafult setting so that you do not have to check the box every time.
