  1. In the thumbnail pane on the right side of the window (circled in yellow in attached screenshot), when I drag a page past the top or bottom of the pane, the pages scroll too quickly for me to easily stop where I want to drop the page. I suggest the scrolling speed start slow, then gradually increase in speed as the user drags past more pages. If the user changes the direction of the drag (up or down), the scrolling speed should again start slow, then increase.

As an improvement on that, allow the user to set a Preference…

  2. I'd like to give feedback on how clunky the new layout/design of Adobe DC is. I really strongly dislike the zoom icons being down in the bottom right corner of screen. Why can't they be next to the save icon?
Also, the tools menu should be put back on the right side of screen where the other tools are, to save us from having to flick between menus on both the left and right of screen.

  3. Also we need to be able to highlight, drag and drog to tools such as COMBINE documents
right now, you force us to make a folder, get all our documents into that folder to combine them but - you need to make it easer, - and why do we need to drag it somewhere anyway. Why not just click on what we need to combine - you force us to do a lot of unnecessary steps.
Also, to print to ADOBE - its too slow, IT STALLS all the time. There is something terribly wrong with your "PRINT TO ADOBE"…

  4. We’re trying to optimize our e-way bill generation process, especially as shipment volumes continue to grow. Right now, we’re using manual entry, and it's becoming inefficient and error-prone.

I’ve been looking into E-way Billing Software that can streamline GST compliance while also integrating with invoicing workflows. Invoicera seems like a good fit since it combines e-way bill generation with billing automation in a single platform.

Has anyone here used Invoicera specifically for e-way bill management? How well does it handle high-volume operations and compliance requirements? I’d appreciate any feedback or other tool suggestions that have worked well for you.

  5. Bookmarks are wrapped incorrectly when resizing the bookmarks pane.
    Expected behaviour:
Reducing the bookmarks pane's width should wrap bookmarks which are too long.
    Actual behaviour:
Bookmarks are wrapped in two steps as the pane is being resized.
Firstly, a new line is created, but the bookmark text is not wrapped around.
Then, if you reduce the width even further, the actual wrap is done.

  6. Every other stupid user interface you've introduced has at least been reversible or I could work around it. Now I'm stuck with a user interface that is COUNTER-PRODUCTIVE. For the work I do, I SIMPLY CANNOT USE IT. I need to be able to switch rapidly from one window to another, to compare for QC, so having immovable tools on the sides that get clicked accidentally makes that impossible. If this doesn't change, I will be forced to stop using Adobe products. Oh, and fire whoever thought this up, because they suck.

  7. The "old Adobe" version used to allow one to minimize the Edit / Comment panes while keeping the tool used active.

The "new Adobe" edit pane opens up every time I try to add text covering half the document making it extremely difficult to edit my document when I can't see half of it and need multiple windows open on 1 screen.

The Toolbar pane used is now on the side instead of locked at the top increasing the width of the document even more. The options are left side or right side.

When clicking on the text one…

  8. Last week's update was the worst of all (apart from the one to upgrade to the DC version). We work on macOS Ventura, Acrobat version 2023.006.20320. There's no scroll bar, you can't see your selections when you zoom in, it's like working blind. Pitstop tools are unusable. You have to cancel this update, go back. It's as if you don't care about the people who work with your applications, without taking their opinions into account. You never respond to feedback. Please cancel the last update!!!!

  9. RE:Acrobat Professional ver. 2017 and DC

In version 9 I was able to reduce the size of a thumbnail whereby I could view +/- 50 thumbnail pages alongside of a single page document view. According to tech support, this functionality is no longer available. If the only way to see more than +/- 5 thumbnails is to fill the screen with the thumbnail pane, then what is the point of thumbnails at all. I have attached a screen shot to show how I view a document.

It would be extremely useful to bring back this basic functionality. Given that…

    Hi Mike

We have shared your concern with the team and we will look into this. In the meantime as you yourself mentioned, you can resize the thumbnails panel to a size where you can accommodate more thumbnails and can still see the document.
    Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Regards
    Vivek

  11. Would like the ability to add the Marquee Zoom tool back to quick access.
I now have to click and search for the tool which is awkward and cumbersome especially when i am presenting a document

  12. I do a lot of commenting and the commenting tools used to work much better.
    Here are my top wishes:
    1. Instant 'add note to replace text'. It used to work, so that if you highlighted a word or a sentence, all you needed to do was to start writing and the text would appear in a blue comment box.
    2. When reviewing comments in a document, I really need an up and down arrow, so I can jump through all comments one at a time.
    3. Allow for ALL the commenting tools to be available in the main tool…

  13. Dear Sir,
Please note that Accessibility Settings for enabling Dark Mode don't always work. They do work but in some cases only. Please see the attached images to understand the issue. It's high time that Acrobat DC should officially support Dark Mode / Dark Theme for viewing a pdf in the same way as the feature is supported on Android version of the software. Dark Mode is partially implemented in the product like the Tools Bar and all but not implemented for viewing a pdf. Please address this issue ASAP. Thank you.

  14. It's often hard to see the line added by the Replace and Strikethrough tool. Being able to change the color helps, but being able to thicken the line would be a huge help to those with vision challenges. Why not give users the same properties that are available for the line tool?

Did you try the existing Rotate functionality? Right click on the page thumbnail and select Rotate Pages. From the dropdown, select 180 degrees and Press OK.
Let us know if that works.

  16. I'm not sure who is leading these changes at Adobe but they shouldn't be allowed to have the say anymore. Do you know how much time we have to spend in re-training users when you "re-imagine" the UI? We have so many help tickets trying to assist users with getting back the tools they need to perform their job. How about you leave well enough alone?

I really wish my employer would find a better alternative that isn't going to change the UI every couple years and cause headaches for everyone. Loss time and wages because some genius at Adobe…

  17. I'm sure the new features are very powerful and an improvement over the previous version; however, swapping the entire interface from left to right feels like an affectation by the visual design team. For one thing, moving the save, print, etc., functions from the left side of the window to the right means that now Adobe is backwards from every other design or word processing program out there. Yes, Google did this as well and I still hate it, so no points to you for trying to copy them. Having the tools on the right side was consistent with your…

  18. I hate the features bar on the right side. It is not natural to go to the bottom of a window to change the zoom or use tools that should be on the top ribbon. Please allow users to choose where they would like these tools. This is a horrible user experience and should definitely something people should be allowed to choose. This is going to cause so much more work for me when I need to comment a bunch on a document because I will have to click on a menu to get a comment box. I sometimes…

  19. Paint has the tools needed for commenting on eg a Music Score under PDF. Why re-invent the wheel with the clumsy clunky and partly unavailable Adobe Drawing tools under 'Edit'. Suggest collaboration with Paint and huge de-cluttering of the highly confusing and awfully corporate Adobe platform. Pro very poor value and re set password an Odyssean journey.

  20. A free-hand pen tool would be in Adobe's best interest. This tool would allow users to mark a PDF with a digital pen of sorts.

Other document editors that are inferior in many other ways have been winning out with both myself and many other consumers because of the free-hand drawing & annotating capablities.
