    More template tools like an UNDO function, match the radio button sizes so we don't have to do that manually, a grid view and ruler!!!!

  2. Frustrating Experience

    Was there a reason for putting everything along all three sides and making it difficult to find the "settings" option? At least when everything was along the top and tools on one side, it was easy to use and I could find everything I needed quickly. This new format is frustrating.

  4. Page Controls no longer on tool bar, now an invisible tool bar

    All the features in the disappearing bottom tool bar is what I use every day. I am in Adobe a great deal of my day, I need to fit one page all the time. When I add the page controls to my tool bar, none of the page controls appear. Can you please let the page controls be on the tool bar again? These updates are slowing me down, and I don't want to start using another application, but I just might start looking around. I'm a big fan of Adobe, but sometimes....

  5. Bug - PDF Tag Panel does not match Reading Order Tool by marking all Tags as Span

    This issue of InDesign and Acrobat incompatibility in regards to Acrobat displaying all spans even when the Reading Order is correct has been around for over two years. We deserve to know what Adobe is doing about it.

    Acrobat Team acknowledges the problem and blames InDesign:

  6. Merge PDF - Adobe Acrobat Online (web version)

    Hello Adobe,

    I just noticed that you guys have a pretty nice PDF tool online. I use online PDF tools more than my desktop tools as sometimes I am on architecture like ARM that does not have the features I need. I love the export features of the online acrobat.

  7. Shared Review via Document Cloud

    When my team uses the updated Shared Review, they do not have access to all of the commenting tools as they did prior to the update.

    The REPLACE TEXT, INSERT TEXT etc. are vital to our review process. Not having these tools available prevents us from updating the InDesign layout using the new PDF COMMENTS feature.

    So, to sum it up, we were excited about updates that are not working because they were not fully deployed with the features we need.

  8. Customize Shortcuts on Home Screen

    Customize Shortcuts on Home Screen • I would like to be able to select or "Pin" the tools I actually use to the top of the Home Screen. Acrobat selects the tools at the top of the Home Screen, but the default choices (which change from time to time) are NOT based on my actual usage. For example, I have NEVER used "Request E-Signatures" or "Protect PDF" yet these are currently the first two options.   9. AI Removal

    I think we can all agree that your AI pop-up is the most annoying and useless "feature" on Adobe. As you can see, several cases have been opened against it, and ALL the cases have been upvoted. How much longer til y'all actually get rid of it? Since we're talking about annoying pop-ups, can you also find a way to disable the pop up when I copy text?   11. the new layout is not helpful

    Please revert back to the old layout. Trying to add comments is just painful. I used to be able to quickly select the tools to delete, change and replace, add comments and highlight with ease.

    Now everything requires an extra step which is just slowing the process. And now it looks like I can no longer cross text out (without replacing). Please revert back. It was the perfect tool before. Now it's just awkward and cumbersome and it's leaving me so frustrated.

    I never use Bookmark ... but here it is every time I start Reader (taking up half of the screen with my document scrunched down accordingly). Not to mention the nav buttons hiding down in the corner on a right-hand tool bar. Are you people mashugana?! It's like you've never seen a Windows nav tool bar (well, before the little morons "ribbonized" things).

    1. How do I get rid of the auto-loading Bookmark panel?

    2. How do I get my nav buttons back into the top tool bar where they belong?

  14. Home Tab interface

    In the Home tab there should be the following main tools listed:
    - Open (Document)
    - Create PDF
    - Combine files

    Those are what we use the most.

    My Home is showing Organize Pages, Fill & Sign, and Protect.I don't use those.

    Or, you can add the tools bar to the Home so I don't have to switch to the tools tab.

  15. Fix the FIX tool for Artifacting

    When you have elements with no alt-text you get accessibility errors when running the checker. However, if you right click on the error and choose "fix" and walk through the items and mark them as decorative, instead of actually making them an artifact it simply changes the tag to "Artifact" which is not a valid tag and creates other errors. You then have to go in and properly designate the objects as Artifacts properly for the other errors to go away. VERY Frustrating. Come on Adobe Acrobat!

    This is a repeatable condition and needs to be fixed immediately please!

    Thank you for contacting us. I have raised the issue with the engineering team. We have kept it our radar and will be fixing it in the near future.

    Meanwhile I would suggest you to use Reading Order tool to mark the Figure as Artifact for fixing the issue.

    Please update to the latest version of Acrobat Pro DC to experience new features.

  16. Allow distributed form to not auto open comment list

    There should be a setting when creating a form in Acrobat Pro such that when a user opens it in Acrobat Reader and they click on the comment icon, that the comment list pane on the right side of the document does not automatically open up. This is confusing for some users. They should be able to open it up manually, but it should be possible to set it to not auto-open that pane.

  17. Remove e-signature ad in tool menu

    Why is there an ad for e-signatures in the tool menu. It's embarrassing that I'm being advertised to in a $200/year program. It is also breaking the UI by forcing a scroll bar in the tool menu when there was none before the ad.

  19. No Longer Able to Keep Tool Selected

    You are not able to keep a tool selected any longer. If you use it once, then it reverts back to the cursor. Stamps, highlighter, comments, all of them. This had been a feature in Acrobat since I can remember and all of a sudden they removed it. WHY? Bring it back. There are several other people on here complaining of the same thing but if they don't respond, they say the issue is resolved. It is not in any way "resolved". Please bring back asap.
