  2. I have Microsoft Outlook and I send all my PDF attachments thru this email. Your October 2018 update no longer recognizes Outlook default that automatically sends an attachment to an email.

    Now we must every time get diverted and click on attachment and continue to attach every single PDF in an email to Outlook. This creates a lot of work for no valid reason. EVERY user of Outlook is now going thru these extra steps for no valid reason. STOP IT.

    I am surprised that Adobe management who probably use Microsoft Outlook have themselves not wondered why they are now…

  3. Create 508 compliant PDF documents frequently that need to be passed. These documents more than not have several lengthy tables. These documents also come from different people using different software and versions. And more than not these tables need to be rebuilt. Would love to have the option to create tables in the Tags sidebar from scratch where you can at the same time specify how many TR, TH, and TD and in a certain order.   4. I am frustrated by the view or placement changes of the menu. It seems the menu items on the top left (save, print, tools, etc.) are now on the right and the items on the right (editing menu) are now on the left side. Automatically I go to the left to get something and find it has been moved and have to look on the right, I am searching back and forth all day, very frustrating.   6. It is tiring to deal with ever changing technology. The previous interface was so user friendly and everything was working smoothly. There is no reason for your company to spend resources on ever updating and changing interfaces. It confuses the users and creates more tech support request. Some things are best to be kept as is as they are working perfectly.

  8. It is very annoying to change the layout of the interface when users are used to a certain layout for years. Please put the tools in the side bar instead of a tab. This wastes time to go to another screen and then after clicking on the tool, it opens up.

  9. The redact tool was updated in Acrobat DC.Now when I go to redact a blueprint and apply the changes, it makes the entire file a little blurry. This never happened before. Anyone else experience this in the new update?

  11. I have customized the Quick Tools bar, but it only appears to the right of the other tools in one ribbon, therefore there isn't enough room for all of the custom tools to appear all the time. I am constantly having to hit the three dots to get to my most frequently used toold. I don't appear to have a way to move my quick toolbar below the other one, or to the right of the screen.

  13. The latest update to the e-signature feature lacks the ability to automatically replicate the 'initial' field across all pages. This functionality was readily available in the previous version with a simple button click. The absence of this feature renders the e-signature process highly inefficient for businesses, as it now necessitates the manual insertion of initials on each page.

  14. The Line Spacing in Acrobat DC is so much more difficult to work with. Its much harder to complete forms with the set 1.2, 1.4, 1.5, 2.0 etc. options. Adobe 9.0 Pro was so much easier to work with. Not all lines are equal. The option to adjust line spacing with by click on the line spacing icon was SO MUCH EASIER. Please consider making this an option again.

  15. The 3. party applications in the quick toolbar is disappearing from time to another.

    Here's a quick fix, but you then have to fix the menubars every time.
    Is there an export function for the menubar and tools?

    Acrobat DC installed an update and now my PitStop toolbars have disappeared. How can I fix this?

  17. When you click the Signature Field to put your Digital Signature there it would be nice after you put it there that you could stretch your signature to make it larger to fit the Signature Line because it's way too small looking when you print the whole document out.

  19. I used Adobe Acrobat Pro DC on a Windows 7 64 bit desktop environment.

    I simply select the combine documents icon button, it has me choose either existing open document or add unopened documents. Either way it does not work. When I select open document, it has the one open document and then I need to add the 2nd document to combine, and I select it, those documents never populated the page and thus I cannot move to the next step of clicking on the "Combine" button.
