  1. Sometimes 'Blank' IS the right value for a dropdown list. I do not understand why a user cannot request a signature when the form has been designed with an option in a dropdown field that has a blank value. This error occurs even if the user has selected a value other than 'blank'.

  3. I need to request signatures on each pdf. However each time I need to drag in the signature cells to the sheet. I would like to be able to add a page to each pdf with the signature cells already set up.

    What I'm looking for is the ability to use the signature template as an additional page in a batch.

  4. The Message field under the Recipient tab in Agreement Templates for Adobe Acrobat Sign for Salesforce needs to be changed from a plain text field to rich text or another format that supports hyperlinks. The package my company is sending out contains a URL for the customer to access but they currently have to copy and paste the URL into a browser instead of being able to click the link.

  5. The Merge Data Files into Spreadsheet feature works great until the form has a signature added to it. After the form is signed only a few of the fields are exported. It's as if the data elements have been truncated.

    To replicate... create a form with many data fields (populated) and a signature field but without requesting a signature. Do the Merge Data Files into Spreadsheet... it works great.

    Repeat the Merge Data Files into Spreadsheet function but this time after requesting a signature. This time the spreadsheet created has minimal data.

  6. The ability to join paragraphs in a PDF so, when editing, text reflows in the document, such as in Word:

  7. In line with Salesforce app development best practices, the Apex pages managed by the Adobe Sign app should use field sets so that we can add functionality to the existing managed visual force pages.

    In particular we have a requirement to change the AgreementEditor apex page to display the related ServiceContract rather than Contact, Account, or Contract.

  8. Adobe Acrobat Pro for Mac CRASHES and cannot find moved or renamed PDF files, or files with highlighted text (yellow fluorescent marker)
     
    These issues have been around forever. I reported this on 15th September2011:

  9. I recently updated my Adobe license and noted that the new version no longer provides the 'Actions', 'Format', 'Validate' and 'Calculate' options when I create a new form. Have these functionalities been removed or am I not finding them?

  10. I create PDF room plans from Design 2020. I have been doing this for years with no major issues. I often edit the PDF's to replace pages that have to changed due to client product changes. I also edit existing notes and add notes into the PDF, again with no major issues for years. Today I had to create a new page 2 for a set of plans. The page was successfully created with all text and images as they should be. I replaced page 2 in the plan set and then added additional notes on that page. I highlighted…

  11. Please create the option to set a font for Form Editing, or fix the "Use Current Properties as New Defaults" to include the selected font as well. Helvetica isn't a common font, but I'd really rather not have to change it for every field I create on a converted document.

  12. These should be added immediately to make reviewing as easy as possible. Our team has paid for Adobe Pro DC thinking this would fix the problem to being able to use these tools, yet they still do not work.

  13. Love Liquid...EXCEPT the most obvious problem, which I'm guessing you know about: you can't highlight/underline/etc. using Liquid! Uhhh, what?

    It literally defeats the purpose of making reading easier if we can't annotate AT ALL in Liquid mode.

    Until this is a feature, Liquid is a pure waste of a feature.

  14. Request:
    A Microsoft Word document can be either a .docx or .dotx, the difference is that when saving the .docx, the file is overwritten; when saving the .dotx, a new file is created. I propose a similar feature for PDFs.

    Use Case:
    I've created a fillable PDF and saved it as a PDF to a network share and SharePoint. People have the tendency to open it, fill it out (as they should) and then click save (or Ctrl-S, muscle memory). That commits those filled form fields to the file system such that the next person who…

  15. I have contracts with initial blocks at the bottom of each page. I am able to initial these by using the "Sign yourself" button in Adobe Acrobat Standard DC, but there is no option within the "Request Signatures" function for my recipient to create their own initials. I have to fudge it by just giving them a text field which doesn't produce a nice cursive initial like my own. Intials should be added as an option under the "See more field types" pull-down. This seems like an obvious miss (initials for me but not for thee) that would be easy…

  16. For Multi-line fields, text input should not scale till width of field is reached and wraps to next line. Currently when creating a field set to text that Auto sizes, it scales to width of line and then starts getting smaler, then add multi-line to that and it should wrap to next line and only start scaling when the field is full and you can't fit any more text it visibly.   18. With the new version of Acrobat, the copy-paste process between a PDF document and other text field, doesn't work properly. The special characters (i.e. French accents like é è à) don't show up anymore when we copy-paste without formatting. I spent three hours with the technical support and they finally said: "this is normal with the new version". The copy-paste process works like this now"...

  19. Using Adobe Acrobat Pro, under Prepare Forms. When editing a form field - mass editing for format please.

    Mass editing Properties of fields is only for general, appearance, position, options, action
