  1. Recent update has been incredibly terrible for user experience, worst design in the last few years, if not of all time, cannot unpin ALL TOOLS bar on the left, which literarily takes half of the screen. worst tab management and design, unreadable titles and cause of misclicks

  2. Yes, QuickBooks Desktop 2022 will be discontinued after May 31, 2025. This applies to all 2022 editions, including Pro, Premier, Desktop for Mac, and Enterprise Solutions v22. After this date, users will lose access to live technical support and connected Intuit services like payroll and online banking. Additionally, no further updates or security patches will be provided for the 2022 version."

  3. When creating a comment with richt-click
    - create the comment-icon in the center of the click
    ... not below the top-left corner of the comment-icon
    ... I think this is much more intuitive for organising your lay-out of comments.

  4. Help me, please! Adobe Acrobat Pro stopped working, so I tried to re-install it and failed. Now it is gone from my desktop and all my PDF files icons changed and I can no longer open them by clicking on them. Repeated attempts to download Adobe Acrobat Pro and re-install it have failed. What do I have to do to get it back?

  5. I recreate a new post instead commenting last one, just to make sure it was taken as important it’s supposed to be, as a critical issue!
 Hoping you could create another hot fix for this major problem. 
We are now on macOS Sonoma 14.2.1 and Acrobat Pro version 2023.008.20458. 

    1: when we use Text tool and select a text to modify all the page became white and we cannot see anything.
    2:There is also another problem when we scroll the pages, everything become white also.
    3: We are no longer even able to check the preflight result, blank pages…

  6. I always used the tick box while reviewing, using a filter so that comments I processed also disappeared. It was an easy and intuitive way of editing the source text with the help of the comments in the PDF. After the last update, the tick box is gone and now hidden. You have to click the dots in the top right corner of the comment, then select 'Set status' and then click the status. That's THREE clicks instead of one. NOT user friendly, NOT intuitive, NO improvement. Please give me back my tick box!

  7. This recent update is extremely frustrating. It dropped off tools that were in my toolbar previously (page view/zoom options disappeared) and I had to figure out how to get them back.

    Not only is the comments bar is now uglier/bulkier, when you have sorted comments to not include ones marked as completed it no longer dynamically removes the comments you mark as you go. You now have to go back and clear your comment filter and reapply "none" to hide completed comments.

  8. Latest update fokr Aobe Acrobat DC caused internal error when trying to print or save a pdf file from the internet. Re installing without the update solved the problem.

    Hello users,
    Can you please update here or reply to my email if you still facing any problem in printing? We will re-open the issue in that case. Please make sure you are using latest Acrobat/Reader DC.

  9. Setting a reminder feature is helpful, and sometimes we have the need to update the reminder schedule (ex: the reminder is set for every other day and we want to update it to once per week). I contacted support and they said I could try cancelling a document and resending it with a new reminder schedule. Is there a way to update the reminder schedule without cancelling the document? This would more user friendly for the sender and receiver of the document.

  10. In general, I was happy with last version (although I dont like upgrades). you can call me +447501636720 to know my feedback personally. This new app style upgrades is definatelly rubbish and adobe should roll back to old version. Comment icon is not working 9 out of 10 times and once it is on, it just put comments on the page at every click. Having files in same window make alt+tab function history. Abode is becoming a joke app style web based product now instead of authentic sound user friendly product that it used to be. No wonder now my…

  11. Hi! Since this September update, Interactive PDFs are functioning correctly on Macs. Rollovers don't work, everything is lagging like crazy. Initially I thought it may be an indesign export issue, but opening previously working older interactive PDFs (that worked perfectly) the problem seems to be an Acrobat issue.
    This has been tested on a number of different Macs through the studio - iMacs, MacBooks of various builds, years, operating systems and capabilities - all with the same Acrobat version and same problem. Any ideas?

  17. Several major bugs have been documented by users in the Adobe Community Forums since Acrobat and PDF Maker were updated on September 14, 2021.

    They are:

    1: Alt-Text from MS Word is not converting into the PDF. Instead, it is dropped and gibberish code is inserted. See https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/alt-text-converting-wrong-from-word-to-pdf/m-p/12393017 This violates the PDF/UA-1 standard which requires that every graphic have alt-text that verbally describes the graphic.

    THIS IS A HUGE BUG. You essentially have made Acrobat unusable for those who are required by their country's laws to make fully accessible PDFs.

    Thank you for raising these accessibility issues. The post mentions about the following six bugs being introduced with the update that went live on September 14, 2021

    1: Alt-Text from MS Word is not converting into the PDF. Instead, it is dropped and gibberish code is inserted
    2: Every cell border on every table cell is being tagged as <P>PathPathPathPath
    3: The underline on Hyperlinks should be tagged as artifacts
    4: Borders and background shadings on Text Boxes are being tagged as a combination of <Figure>s and PathPathPath
    5: Paragraph borders and shadings: same deal as #4 above.Per the PDF/UA-1 standard, they are visually decorative and should be artifacted
    6: Dragging and dropping elements in both the Tag and Order panels is now broken.

    Would like to mention that out of these, #1 and #6 were introduced with the Sep 14 update and remaining (#2, #3, #4 & #5)…
