  1. Zoom in to 300 (might also occur more or less but figuring out the exact steps to duplicate this takes a lot of time even though I accidentally cause it to happen all of the time). Start clicking on the horizontal scroll bar arrows multiple times, or hold/scroll with the actual horizontal scroll bar and eventually this will happen. I think something is triggering it to scroll in both directions... maybe something with the mouse causes it to also scroll vertically... but adobe will render up to three modals (from what I've seen) and then sometimes two of them stay…

  2. When converting a .pdf into a fillable form ('Prepare Form') please create an option to set properties so that Acrobat will always apply my preferred properties as the default.

    It is inefficient to always convert the font and other properties to the settings I prefer for the forms I design.

    I am aware I can set defaults for fields once the form is prepared and then duplicate this in a given form. I am also aware that I can multiple-select fields and change the properties for a group. However, I'd like a more efficient default-setting option, please.

Please, for the love of all that's good and right in the world, stop dramatically changing the GUI of your products that are already functional as is and making us relearn where all the tools we use are because you decided to rearrange the furniture. It's not fun. It's certainly not an improvement.   4. Your Adobe Acrobat Reader software update to a new screen format SUCKS! This involuntary change is NOT WELCOMED!!! This change is to make using your software more efficient for users I assume. Well, the exact opposite is happening for me. I'm looking around for the old tool setting icons I had a the top of my screen in the previous version for quick & easy access to them and I cannot find them because to deleted some of them. So, now I do not have the tools I need to efficiently use this program. Great Job, NOT! :(

    1. Sign in to https://account.adobe.com/plans.
    2. Click Manage plan or View plan.
    3. In Billing history, select either:

      • to view a PDF of your invoice
      • to send a copy to your email address.
    4. To print the invoice, do one of the following:

      • Select the PDF viewer’s Print icon.
      • Choose File > Print in your browser.

  6. I much preferred the more compact layout of Adobe Acrobat Pro 10. DC uses far too much screen space with large icons especially on a 13" laptop. I cant see the improvement really??

  7. Remove all icons, share, feedback, tutorials, notifications and profile and settings on one side on the other Remove HOME - TOOLS and DOCUMENT.
    who in the H-ell was this idea, a person with a 2 mile monitor?
    if you leave Home-Tools and Document, then remove the hidden section on the right side, this has the same as those 3 options.

  8. After last update (Osx and CC 2020) there is no icon on the top of the opened documents frame in Acrobat. Usually, to speed the work, I export PDF from Indesign, automatically they open in Acrobat and I drag the icon to Skype. Loosing this ability I must find the document in the finder every time.
    Someone know if there is a solution to restore this function?

    We also have a workaround for it to have it get re-Enabled.

  9. the edit tools are different. we use these in our business and expect them to look a certain way. there is no reason to have moved the icons OR the look of edits. not happy!

  10. The display mode buttons are awkward and unclear.
    The icons do not permit to foresee the visualisation behavior.
    The old buttons prior to this innovation were much more convenient.
    Adobe should offer the option of reverting back to the old display.

  11. Too much time is wasted by doing the simple little things and I want to address the little things that make PDF editing a big time consumer.

    1) When copy and pasting anything from images, Text and especially New Text Fields they should paste right on top of their duplicate by default location.

    A) It's easier to locate them
    B) Way too time consuming moving it back to the default location so then you can continue on and just keyboard arrow key them over and into place where you want

  12. Epson printers have a default limit on the number of print jobs they can perform before shutting down for maintenance. Once the limit is reached, a warning light flashes and a message appears indicating that your printer requires maintenance. When your printer reaches this number of jobs, you must reset the internal counter to zero to continue using the printer.

    Download the SSC Service Utility program for Epson printers. It is freely available on various websites. The program allows you to reset the protection counter (essentially starting over from zero jobs).

  14. Current state: It is not possible to add whole user groups of the Adobe Admin Console (e.g. synchronized via Azure AD) into the purchased products, if the product profile (e.g. Adobe Sign) has been allocated to the user group in the a Adobe Admin Console.
    At the moment only the individual users appear in the product (e.g. Adobe Sign) and one have to duplicate the user groups in Adobe Sign which already are already available in the Adobe Admin Console (e.g. via Azure AD synchronisation).

    Wish: We would like to have the user groups available in the Adobe Admin Console…

  15. On the window Combine files into a single pdf, after I chosen a file, if I press the file and holding the ALT button, show me a little icon of plus, as the file will be duplicate inside this window, but doesn't work like that.

  16. I always have to open the comments bar to add text. Why not just have that T in the main bar or allow us to add that. Also, why is the icon for Comments bar the same as sticky note? Odd. so please give us ability to choose more icons for the main bar. Takes too much time opening different bars. That is not efficient at all. And make that comments icon different than the sticky note one. Strange.

  18. Your customers PAY FOR your products. When I downloaded and launched the app on my new laptop (LONGtime user on my prior laptop), you did not:

    Announce the "new" look
    Offer a tour of the "new" product BEFORE launching it
    Offer the option of "new" vs. "original"

    I had to resort to Chat with Customer Service to learn what happened and how to undo your GIANT step backwards. The fonts are microscopic, there are icons where words should be, and the layout is now a hide-and-seek experience.

  19. When in the "Organize Pages" view, you can hover your cursor over a single page and a toolbar appears beside the page, giving you the option to Rotate Left, Rotate Right, Delete, or Insert. However, this toolbar does not intercept mouse clicks from passing through to the thumbnail of the page. So say your page needs to rotate 180 degrees, and you quickly click one of the rotate icons twice.
