  1. Why can I no longer save a pdf as 7.14.17? I get "Access Denied " error message. I have to call it: July 14 2017. Never had this before last update.

  2. Please make it possible to Roam the User's login from PC to PC in a networked environment. My users sometimes move from desk to desk so it is frustrating to have the users login/logout every time they go to a new PC. We would like them to be able to log in once and then be auto-logged into every other machine they sign on to with their networked login (roaming profile).

  3. Acrobat Pro lags when open PDF for first time. Is this internet related? If so how do I switch off?

  4. In Mac, I have always used Command+P+P to save anything as a PDF (i.e., print to PDF).

    Since I've installed Pro 2017 this feature no longer works. I know it works in Sierra, which is what I'm using, because it works on my other Sierra machine in which I have not installed Pro 2017. So it must be a peculiarity to Pro 2017.

  5. Using CTL-E to set the Default Pin Color for the Highlight Icon is slow and requires several steps. Please allow for the creation of multiple highlight pin icons that a user can just select the required Color Highlight Icon for a one-set quick change of color.

  6. I was using a different program as the default program to open documents but I don't like it so I want to go back to Adobe but I can't figure out how to change it, it doesn't give me the option to make it the default program even though I deleted the other program, now it defaults to Preview.

  7. Hello, there's a broken/useless link or redirect for accessibility in Acrobat. Hoping you could let me know when fixed please: goto --> Help --> Online Support --> Accessibility Resource Centre. The destination doesn't offer anything.

  10. I would like to see a feature added to Acrobat that would allow Acrobat to stamp the path (location) and name of the document which was created. I am attaching an example of a document created with a different program in which the feature is highlighted..

    It would also be great if that stamp would adjust and change as the document is renamed, moved or received and saved by the receiving party.

  11. While in an Excel workbook, I want to print/convert multiple worksheets to PDF. The page numbering does NOT need to be a master count of all worksheets. If worksheet one is two pages, it should be 1 of 2 and 2 of 2. If worksheet two is three pages, it should be 1 of 3, 2 of 3, 3 of 3. NOT 3 of 5, 4 of 5, 5 of 5.

    Older versions of Acrobat worked seamlessly. I have tried many workarounds and have not found anything that works. I have called Adobe Tech Support and have had no luck.

  12. Some bug in my Acrobat Pro DC prevents me from using the Highlighter feature. Click on the button, go to text to highlight and program crashes. See attached doc for the crash report. Same kind of thing when I try to use the Stamp feature. Click on Stamp, go the the Standard Business, click the VOID stamp, go to doc and program crashes. See doc2 for the crash report. What can I do?

  13. Give us more useful Toolbar with plenty of stuff - must make endless useless clicks to access simple things. Just to Open a page needs 2 clicks! This wastes time. Hover over text that fan open files would help.

    This is a terrible product to use - thank goodness for the free stuff Foxit and PDF Creator. Not user friendly and pro-production at all.

  16. I'll first give an example then explain why Acrobat Pro DC needs better error messages.

    We often work with large PDFs (sometimes 10,000 pages or more) that are created by joining together many smaller PDFs in Acrobat Pro DC.

    Bates Numbers are applied and sometimes removed and re-applied as the document get's built.

    Sometimes something goes wrong when editing the PDF.
    For example Edit > More > Bates Numbering > Remove... gives an error "A number is out of range."

    This error unfortunately comes up for us a lot which I guess is to be somewhat expected when combining hundreds…

  17. Please enable a way to have the drop down menus on PDF forms blank until clicked on. If the item list has three or less items, you can click the blank space (Under dropdown properties > options > item list) but if there are four or more list items, one of them is always selected and shows on the drop down list (not blank.)

  18. I'm using Adobe Acrobat XI. I used to use Adobe Acrobat X, and encountered the same problem.

    I create some REALLY lengthy forms in Word. I apply a style with square bullets to text in Word to create a checkbox list. Then I convert the file to PDF, and then convert the PDF to a form. Every line has the same Word style with the same square symbol for its bullet, so there's nothing about the way I'm applying the formatting that's inconsistent.

    The form field detection algorithm is not perfect, and only provides a good starting point.
    You will require manual work to create fields that are not detected by Acrobat

    As a workaround, you could try inserting “Square shape” instead of bullets.
    Click Insert, click Shapes, select a shape, and then click and drag to draw the shape.

    You can make use of "Enable Rich Text Field " in Properties panel to make use of formatting options in "Right Click >Sub Menus.

    Closing this for now until we have further info on the request. Can revisit later
