Change to Adobe headers - save thousands of clicks
Instead of having a drop down menu for Fit to Width Scrolling and Fit One Full Page, place them side by side so that I don't have to click in and out, in and out, in and out.

Adobe Acrobat Pro DC won't convert JPG to PDF when right clicking on file
This just became a problem today. Whenever I have right clicked on a JPG or PNG file in the past I can choose to Convert to Adobe PDF and it would automatically do so. As of this morning I am no longer able to do that and keep getting the error message that is attached.
Yes, I can open Illustrator and print to PDF BUT it doesn't allow me to just use the artboard as the entire PDF file. It automatically places it in the middle of a letter sized sheet with a lot of white space around it. Please…

GET RID OF 'WHO NEEDS TO SIGN FIRST' SCREEN
I am not sure why there is now a screen after I press the fill & sign button that asks who needs to fill and sign first, but it is just 1 more step, one more click I have to make before signing each document I open - very inconvenient. This extra step also seems to slow down the time it takes adobe to open and prepare my document for any sort of editing.
20 votesHi All,
Fill and Sign and Adobe Sign (formerly known as Send for Signature) are now consolidated into a single Sign tool where you can either fill & sign a document or get a document signed from others. It includes a simplified experience that asks you who needs to fill and sign first: you or others and then walks you through the steps to complete the task. It’s the one place for all your form filling and signature needs. For detailed information, you may refer to the article What’s new in Adobe Acrobat DC
This is designed behavior, I will check with the team and will share an update soon.
Thanks for your time and patience on this.

Consistency Placing Stamps and Signatures
Hello, I've already had a conversations with one of your representatives, Tanvi Bhalla. She suggested I go this route. If at all possible we would utilize a feature that allows consistency in the placement of signatures and stamps. While the grid feature does help, it is not consistent. We use documents that require signatures and stamps in the same exact locations. It would be beneficial if this could be done electronically and documents look more professional if they are consistent. Maybe a function that allows you to snap to the exact same coordinates every time. I see that there is…

Feature request: filter by locked
I need to identify which comments in a document (500+ comments) are locked. Please add ability to filter (or at least sort) by locked/unlocked.

Feature request: ctrl+click to select multiple noncontiguous comments
I need to be able to manipulate multiple non-adjacent comments. Example: select many comments and unlock all, or mark all with checkmark. Just as shift+click will select all comments between the first and last click, ctrl+click should select one and another without affecting those in between.

annoying pop-ups in version 2019.012.20034
The issue is when users go to email a pdf, a new window pops up in the new 2019.012.20034 version, and blocks the view content of the pdf. This is creating unnecessary steps for users who send many PDFs to customers and need to see the PDF document to verify information. Scroll to the bottom to compare how the previous version allowed to still view the document. Please roll back to adobe acrobat reader 2019.010.20099 with no Pop-Ups!

Bates Number Emails in PDF Portfolio from Oldest to Newest
When you create a pdf portfolio using the Outlook add-in it generates a beautiful pdf portfolio that is great to work with. The only problem I have is that when I apply bates numbering to it, it applies them in reverse chronological order. I've tried sorting the portfolio different ways and applying the labels, but no matter what they are applied from newest to oldest. If there was only one way, it would make so much more sense to be from oldest to newest rather than the other way. But alas, it can only be done from newest to oldest.…

Add Smart Guides, Grids, and snap to Grids, in Form Creator.
I don't like how free-floating the elements on Forms is. It take me quite a bit of time getting things lined up. I wish you could implement some of your code from Photoshop and Illustrator such as; Smart Guides, so I can see how things line up and offset elements. Grids that I can edit the dimensions of ie: 1mm² or 1cm², and snap-to grids so I can everything lined up. Thank you.

installation errors
Hi. Our users are getting attached error when trying to install Adobe. Any idea how to fix? Thanks.

Installation problem: IMSLib not found. Acrobat services will not work.
Error message continues: your application install seems to be damaged. Please reinstall the application.
When I visit the page to reinstall the app, the only option is to "subscribe." I don't wish to subscribe. I just need to fix the installation of Acrobat I have.
I have Acrobat Pro DC and it's currently updated.
Acrobat Pro DC Build: 19.12.20034.328841.
I'm on MacOS 10.14.4.
I don't wish to replace my full version with a trial version, and then have to subscribe. I just want my current version to work correctly.
Does anyone have any ideas, please?
Thank you.1 vote -

Missing text after editing multiple page file in AA Pro 11 v.11.0.07
I create PDF room plans from Design 2020. I have been doing this for years with no major issues. I often edit the PDF's to replace pages that have to changed due to client product changes. I also edit existing notes and add notes into the PDF, again with no major issues for years. Today I had to create a new page 2 for a set of plans. The page was successfully created with all text and images as they should be. I replaced page 2 in the plan set and then added additional notes on that page. I highlighted…
