  2. I find the new icons difficult to differentiate among. In my toolbar, multiple functions are served by the same icon, which requires me to hover over the icon for the popup to see which tool it is (until I've committed my ordering of tools to memory). In my side panel, the Generative Summary icon is the only purple icon, showing that it's possible to recolor them.

    Please consider allowing us to show by default the names of the tools/buttons to the right of the icon.

  4. Since the Acrobat DC auto update last night to 2019.012.20036, my PDFs are not displaying any fonts.
    On closer inspection the fonts have been embedded in the documents as CID identity-h type fonts from OTF originals. I believe this has always been the case.
    Yesterday I could view the files, today all text is replaced with dots. Other people can view the PDFs correctly in Acrobat Reader. I can print on our digital press correctly. I can view the files in a browser correctly. Just cannot view them in Acrobat DC 20036. The fonts are from the Rotis Semi Sans…

  5. I would like to have a Table of Contents page within my document that can update automatically. When I add and remove pages from a document it would be extremely helpful to have this update -- just the Microsoft Office works with powerpoint or word.

  6. The fill and sign will not longer work ever since there was a new update. I updated the software thinking that was causing the problem. It is not. The fill and sign feature will not complete - the system just says it is 70% complete. This used to be a great feature to obtain signatures this way and we've had a monthly software subscription for just this. However, given recent issues I will be looking for other solutions to obtain remote signatures on documents.

  7. I HATE IT!!! You took away the things I use MULTIPLE TIMES EVERY SINGLE DAY that I had in a quick access toolbar.
    I do NOT need AI, I do NOT need a "summary", I need to convert documents to PDF and make them accessible. I'm back to 37 steps to even start now?????

    EVERYTHING is moved. Why? Because you hate us and don't want people to use your product? If I learn the new locations, how long until you move everything again?

    I cannot describe how much I hate this. I'll encourage my company to look for a PDF…

  8. I have turned Acrobat Auto Update off because I just ran into the third time where my PC ran out of memory and crashed because the Update process started while I was in the middle of working with several other applications, including Acrobat. I would be fine if the updater provided an indication that updates are available, and the ability to choose the update time, but I hate losing work because a program chooses to start an automatic update in the middle of other more important work.

  9. I am unable to "save as" since the most recent update. I use Windows 10 Pro. My expected result is that I can "save as" rather than the white screen I get when I try to "save as"

  10. I cannot print my certificates from Acrobat now. I have to move to word to print each page with a boarder. This started with the update. I print many certs a day and this takes far more time and changes the font. If it does not have a boarder I can print. This is frustrating and a waste of time. I did not have this problem before.

    Hi Tracy,

    Sorry for inconvenience caused, we have fixed few print issue in recent patch (19.008.20074). Please check your Acrobat is updated. You can update by opening the application (Acrobat/Reader) and going to Help > Check for Updates.
    If you still face the issue, please share few detail to narrow down the issue:
    1. What error are you getting while printing? Is some data is missing from Print output.
    2. What is the printer/Driver you are using?
    3. What kind of boarder does the file contain? If possible please share/send sample file on mrraj@adobe.com

  12. Can you please find a way to retain security settings after an update of Acrobat. It is very annoying(and unsecure) after automatic updates to find that you have been printing unsecured documents because an update removed your previous security settings.

  13. In adobe reader extension for chrome, when i open a pdf file, the "open on desktop app" button doesn't appear anymore. I hope you'll fix this bug as soon as possible

  15. I think my title describes it fully. However, The web interface for sign has more functionality that the desktop Acrobat app. Not everything HAS to be on the Cloud~!

  16. After the latest Acrobat Pro DC update, I click on the printer icon and it takes 5-6 seconds before the application begins bringing up the print dialog. Then I click the print button on the print dialog and it takes 15-19 seconds before the document actually begins printing on my HP LaserJet color printer. This is immensely longer than printing took before the update. On the initial click of the printer icon, the title bar actually says "not responding."

  18. In the desktop version of Adobe Sign (by going through Acrobat Pro), setting a reminder inthe Remind tab does not work. Changing the settings for the reminder and then clicking the "Set Reminder" button does not do anything. A check box is ticked for the recipient to remind and the reminder is set for every day until completed. With or without adding a note, it makes no difference.
    Windows 10, latest updates.
    (also clicking the About Adobe Acrobat Pro menu item under the Help menu crashes Acrobat Pro!)

  19. In Adobe Sign under library documents > Adobe Sign Templates, there are a number of IRS tax forms. The W4 and I9 documents that are provided are now out of date. Would it be possible to update to the 2020 forms?
