  2. After the latest Acrobat Pro DC update, I click on the printer icon and it takes 5-6 seconds before the application begins bringing up the print dialog. Then I click the print button on the print dialog and it takes 15-19 seconds before the document actually begins printing on my HP LaserJet color printer. This is immensely longer than printing took before the update. On the initial click of the printer icon, the title bar actually says "not responding."

  4. AMS has 2, 500 Acrobat Pro DC (desktop only) licenses. Is it possible to know how many invited users have actually installed Adobe Pro DC on their machines? We know that a few of the invited users have downloaded & installed Adobe Pro DC. How many of the invited users need to download & install Adobe Pro DC?

  5. In Adobe Sign under library documents > Adobe Sign Templates, there are a number of IRS tax forms. The W4 and I9 documents that are provided are now out of date. Would it be possible to update to the 2020 forms?

  7. I cannot print my certificates from Acrobat now. I have to move to word to print each page with a boarder. This started with the update. I print many certs a day and this takes far more time and changes the font. If it does not have a boarder I can print. This is frustrating and a waste of time. I did not have this problem before.

    Hi Tracy,

    Sorry for inconvenience caused, we have fixed few print issue in recent patch (19.008.20074). Please check your Acrobat is updated. You can update by opening the application (Acrobat/Reader) and going to Help > Check for Updates.
    If you still face the issue, please share few detail to narrow down the issue:
    1. What error are you getting while printing? Is some data is missing from Print output.
    2. What is the printer/Driver you are using?
    3. What kind of boarder does the file contain? If possible please share/send sample file on mrraj@adobe.com

  8. Can you please find a way to retain security settings after an update of Acrobat. It is very annoying(and unsecure) after automatic updates to find that you have been printing unsecured documents because an update removed your previous security settings.

There has been two major releases since Acrobat 10, yet there has been no update to the JavaScript engine to support newer version of JavaScript since version 1.8 that came with version 10 of Acrobat, as stated on the latest Acrobat DC JS API reference. Please update the decade-old-JavaScript 1.8 to the latest ECMAScript 2019 in next major release of Acrobat. Thank you for your consideration.

  10. I am unable to "save as" since the most recent update. I use Windows 10 Pro. My expected result is that I can "save as" rather than the white screen I get when I try to "save as"

  11. PC restart after software update is normally not required, except device drivers.
    This is pretty annoying, and adobe must at least describe the reason (e.g., adobe's technique level is very low)

My daily tasks can't be done - I am struggling to just print a stupid document - what use to be on the left is now on the right - what idiot thought that made sense to change the menu to the opposite side!!! Seriously people do you do any beta testing with real people in the field using this program!

  15. Every time I open a pdf from an email, it automatically saves it to the desktop. I then have to delete them and it is difficult finding the latest file...that I didn't want to save in the first place. I want to choose when to save a file.

    You can change folder path via Preferences > Securit y(Enhanced) > Add Folder path.

  16. Whenever I check for updates and attempt the update, it ALWAYS fails with a message: No Valid sequence found for this set of patches. i think the error code is 1648.

    Currently attempting to update to 24.002.20965.

  18. I always have to open the comments bar to add text. Why not just have that T in the main bar or allow us to add that. Also, why is the icon for Comments bar the same as sticky note? Odd. so please give us ability to choose more icons for the main bar. Takes too much time opening different bars. That is not efficient at all. And make that comments icon different than the sticky note one. Strange.

  19. Since installing this update approximately May 16, 2024, constant crashing and hanging up. Anytime I try to access bookmarks, document properties, accessibility tags Acrobat freezes up and eventually crashes. Attempting to check navigation links to web cause constant freezing, taking up to a minute to actually connect to the website.

    Hi victorm28962446,

    When you delete any file from portfolio, the portfolio index or File list in portfolio get updated automatically, you just need to save the changes made by you.
