  1. Hello,

    We have a PDF file that seems to be ZUGFeRD compliant according to the ZUGFeRD Community verification tool (ZUV - https://www.zugferd-community.net/en/open_community/validation) but when trying to validate this PDF file using the Adobe Acrobat Preflight tool there is an error message that states the XMP data is not valid.
    I am attaching the sample file, a report from the ZUV validator, and a screenshot from the Preflight tool.

  2. New toolbar overlapping a ruler.
    It should adjust screen position automatically to avoid covering other interface elements.
    Give us option to move that floating toolbar too and also possibility to change default buttons position.

  3. Right now if I want to have the filename printed on documents, for each of them I have to do the procedure described below. I would be nice to have a quick setting with check boxes to print the filename for all documents without having to do the below procedure for each of them. It is really ... bad. You need only the choices of (Top, Bottom) and (Left, Middle, Right) and this will do for most users and most cases I would say. Thanks.

  4. I get this when I try to print a pdf from my Mac using Mohave to an Epson 2650 printer. This also happened on occasion with Sierra. I have been having people fax me the documents but now it is becoming a real problem. I am doing what I've done for years, which is clicking the print icon within the pdf or using the printer from the Acrobat platform.

  5. Adobe Acrobat Reader is behaving like malware. I choose to use another PDF reader as my default for opening PDFs, every now and then the Adobe Acrobat Reader updates itself (also without my permission, or any option for control I can find), it takes the liberty to change my default settings for PDF files. This is not OK!

    It even changes my Windows PC's default PDF reader if I make an certain changes to the Adobe Reader Preferences.

    Is uninstalling Adobe Reader the only way I can fix this?

It seems ironic that Acrobat Pro DC allows for the creation of custom toolbars, which it states can be shared with other users, when in fact there is no means currently available to share any such user enhancement. It also seems unusual that any user created toolbar is not saved to a file which the user can access so as to allow that toolbar to be instantly recreated by him/her on another machine to which s/he has access.   7. Bug report:
    I have the Pan (hand) function selected at all times. However, whenever I want to move the page around (move the page side to side or up and down via click and drag), the Selection tool will always be the default (even though Pan function is highlighted/ selected).

  8. the option always comes up flatbed. when I change it to document feeder, it only scans one page even though all pages go through the feeder,. I am using Windows 10 64 bit, and Brother MFC L2710DW scanner.

  9. After selecting to print "All PDF files in this portfolio" under "PDF Portfolio Printing Options", please have the "Pages to Print" automatically set to "All PDF files", instead of "Selected PDF files".

  10. I am running Adobe Acrobat DC on a Windows 7 machine with 16GB of RAM and an NVidia NVS 310 Graphics Card. I have no issues regarding visual display or memory with other software. When running Adobe Acrobat DC, I frequently encounter issues where the file/program crashes, giving an error that it is Out of Memory or encountering a Draw Error. This has happened while reading multiple different PDF files, usually after I have been scrolling through the file for a short time.   11. There are 9 administrators in our enterprise using the Adobe Admin Console, any of them can just Removed license from a user then Assign it to other user. Is there a way we can track those removal of licenses? Who's removing which license from who's user....

  12. Single Sign on users in Adobe Sign should be able to login Adobe sign automatically with Company account as default. It is really frustrating although SSO have been set up but still user need to type email address and select company account each time when they want to do anything using Adobe Sign.

    We recently switched from HelloSign to Adobe Sign. Adobe sign currently takes our team three times as long as Hellosign did. One of the biggest frustrations is if we noticed we missed an email address, we have to start completely over. Could you PLEASE make it so we can go back to the original page to make changes rather than starting completely over? In addition, is it possible to change the default to be not signing in order and we can change if needed? And lastly, is it possible to change the setting so if a password is entered…

  15. My job requires that I use the auto stamp to bubble all the features on my prints. As this could be any number of features I find the auto stamp very helpful. The only problem is that the stamp is to large for the area I have to place it. This means that I have to spend a lot of time resizing them manually. If I could set a certain size, even if I had to do it for each print, it would make my job quicker and easier. As a Quality Inspector I need to use my time better.

  16. Accessibility checkers (such as CommonLook) reject PDFs with visible digital signatures, presumably because they lack an Alt-Text feature like standard images have.

    We have new requirements to produce all documents for web postings as being accessible, which means we cannot use digital signatures until they become compliant with accessibility requirements.

    Please add Alt-Text capabilities or another means of making digital signatures accessibility-compliant. It would be nice if default Alt-Text could be set as part of the digital signature configuration (e.g., "Signature of John Smith".

  17. Internal hyperlinks, cross-reference hyperlinks, and TOC hyperlinks made in the latest version of MS Word 365 are not retained by PDF Maker.

    Affects: Word 365 version 2109 14430.20270
    Adobe Acrobat 2021.007.0095 and
    Adobe PDF Maker 21 (Library 21.7.123)

    Hyperlinks from Word are non-functional when exported to PDF via PDF Maker. Affects both traditional hyperlinks and accessible hyperlinks:

    — Traditional internal hyperlinks are not clickable.
    — Accessible internal hyperlinks are missing the <Link> / <Link-OBJR> compound tag that provides an accessible hyperlink.

    Thanks for your patience. We have investigated this issue and found that this has broken with a recent Office update and would require a fix from Microsoft. 

    This has also been raised on Microsoft fourms in several threads and acknowledged and it seems they are investigating this issue. Please follow these threads for updates.

  18. A number of people continue to think it's a "bug" rather than a "feature" that the pan tool selects images & text by default in Acrobat DC. And they ought to be right, this is not a desirable feature for a pan tool, vice a select tool. In fact, it's why you have a select tool in the first place: to select images & text.

  20. I know how to access my invoices but it is a hassle, time consuming and easy to forget.

    Please send me my invoices by email automatically.

    I shouldn't have to log into my creative cloud account, find my latest invoice and click an email me button. Creative Cloud should send me my invoice automatically.

    Adobe is able to send me tips, marketing information and other rubbish automatically but the one thing I want, it can't do.
