Need to show all the comments in column, not just name of commenter
Each new release you make takes away from my productivity!
1. The new version of Acrobat Pro shows the right col. Comment list by name of commenter, but I need to see the entire list of the marked comments/changes. This function seems to have disappeared with the recent release. The comment col. as a scroll list view showing all corrections/changes is also a great checklist to make sure all client and manager changes have been made. I review and proofread many, many PDFs each day and it's very frustrating to have to open each comment one-by-one.
2. Each opened comment box covers up the area in the copy on the PDF that has the change marked (we're reviewing and changing marketing copy primarily for health insurance plans and other text-heavy files), so there are lots of changes on each page.) Covering up the change isn't helpful.
3. When I'm marking up corrections/changes to the PDF, and have to revise what's been written as a comment in the comment box, the previous comment text can't be highlighted/typed over (as with a Word document) but one has to go back to the comment box and remove the unwanted text (this function was available in previous versions).Each new release you make takes away from my productivity!

Since updating LEAP I now cannot open pdfs.

Acrobat DC crashes, then toolbar reverts back to default.
I mostly use the Edit or Prepare Form tools. While I'm updating my document, Acrobat crashes at random times. There is nothing consistent, it just seems to be more finicky after the most recent update. After it crashes, I reopen it and the customized toolbar on the right has reverted back to the default tools. This is very inconvenient and happens several times a day while editing or preparing a document. Is this a known issue and is there a fix for this?

Newer version
For some reason my programme quit! When opened, it was updated to a newer version - I DID NOT ASK FOR IT - i work with this software every day and now I cannot tick off my corrections as I work (box for tick is NOW right click and scroll down...!!!)
IT IS TIME CONSUMING - please put it back!!!
My work is time based and not a toy.

Emailing extracted pages
We use to be able to extract a page from a large document and send it to an email as an attachment with just a click or two. Now it is mandatory that the extracted pages be saved first and then attached to an email. This idea seems to be going in a backwards direction. Not only does it take more time to complete, it is taking more disk space to re-save the pages that are already saved in the original document. Please put this feature back the way it was.

Cannot send email while Outlook Plugin is enabled.
When I attach a PDF to an email I am unable to send the email because outlook says it has been modified. Disabling the Acrobat plugin seems to fix it.

Remove 5mb transaction limit for SharePoint
Please remove the transaction limit for SharePoint. Documents that have to be signed often are larger than 5mb and we don't want to place the documents outside of SharePoint, because that is our single storage point.

Selecting Page Numbers
It is very nasty when you want to print a lot of sheets but allways selecting only first 2 pages:
you must FIRST select PAGES,
only after THAT you can enter or change the page numbers.MY suggestion:
Clicking into the number field will suddenly select the page selection automatically! And you can insert/change page numbers skipping
ONE unnecassary step.maybe it seems to be seconds, but do that thing hundred times and more...

When the Reduced Size option is used, the white area in images should not be changed to a a mottled light gray.
When the Reduced Size option is used, the white area in images should not be changed to a a mottled light gray. Technical Support couldn't tell me how to fix this---even a Supervisor. I have to take the time to experiment to find out if this can be resolved using the PDF Optimizer which is wasteful of my time.

Where do you find 'Send for Signature' tool that will bring up 'Prepare Form' and 'Ready to Send'?
Trying to find how to prepare a form using Add signature (adding fields before sending) and then sending for signature (in that order), but when I pull up Prepare form, there is only an icon for adding digital signature, but not the icon for Add digital signature tool.

This new update is a P.O.S.!!! Keeps crashing and added way too many steps to do simple things like email from a document. HATE IT!!!!
Go back to the way it was before this update...I've spent half the day re-scanning documents because it CRASHES every single time!!

AdobE DC password security
It would be great that Adobe DC has more options, like choose between changes allowed:
- Highlight or not the texts
- Add or not the sticky notes
- etc...Because the options are limited and it's impossible to share information without have a security of your documents.

Combination problem with last patch 2019.008.20080

My adobe acrobat pro dc updated to version 19.008.20071 and it will not stay open for longer than about 30 seconds.
There is not pop up window stating an error, it just disappears from the screen. It does this whether i open the program alone or if i open a file and start working. I ran "repair installation" and have restarted multiple times. Does anyone have any ideas on what the problem is?2 votes -

Document cloud format update
This week Adobe updated many features of Adobe Acrobat Pro but actually made this feature worse. Previously the documents were categorised in to out for signature, signed and cancelled. Now their all mixed up and I don't like it. Someone please contact me with instructions on how to use the old format.
