  1. Aside from "My Drive" storage, "Team Drive" should be implemented also. A company like ours is currently using Google Team Drive only which I believe many companies also uses the same cloud storage.

    At the moment our licenses are of no use since we cannot integrate our Acrobat DC with TEAM DRIVE. Appreciate if you can please look into it with priority.

  2. When I filter by name, not all of the comments that user contributed are showing in the right-hand pane. It's really problematic because those comments are being skipped over and not getting a response.

  3. Is there a way to associate multiple lines of highlighted text with each other? For example, pointing out contradicting lines in one paragraph against lines in another paragraph during in a review.

  4. Seriously, the new Acrobat design hides the checked/unchecked options from the Comment filter until you check one. Also, to check a comment you have to right-click it now where in previous versions of Acrobat it was an actual checkbox you clicked. Just put it back the way it was Adobe!

  5. Draw tool properties cycle is not purely fixed, when using keyboard shift+d, Cloud Tool Properties appears in one cycle, and not the next one, as in if I started out with Arrow Tool Properties, if pressing shift+d 8 times doesn't lead to Cloud Tool Properties, the next cycling through drawing tool properties Cloud Tool Properties would show up upon pressing shift+d 8 times, and then the next cycle Cloud Tool Properties would not show up, and the next cycle it would show up again.

  7. Please change the way we share PDFs through email back to the way you have before, or have it be the default to share over email. I'm not loving the toolbar that pops up because it adds another step to the sharing process.

  8. PLEASE! When you make a so-called "improvement" DON'T make it default to new behaviour. Include that new feature as an option, but don't force me, in the middle of my work day, to suddenly have to cope with unexpected behaviour and then spend all kinds of time researching how to REMOVE what you have just done to it. You just made it default to using tabs instead of new windows, and I am BEYOND frustrated! For those who want that...fine, but don't force me to use that so-called feature. It's not a feature for me.   9. this has just stopped working in the past 2 or 3 weeks. i have used this feature many times in the past. happened on multiple occasions. i updated software this morning, hoping it would be resolved, but it is not.

  11. Hello everyone. I have experienced the following situation.

    After a synchronous SOAP request, upon receiving a binary encoded, content type "application/xop-xml" response, Adobe Standard generated RaiseError pointing to the Net.SOAP.request() method. If, alternatively, the request was made asynchronously the callback function did not appear to have been invoked. In the latter case though upon exiting Adobe Acrobat, "Adobe Acrobat DC has stopped working" and “An unhandled exception occurred in Acrobat.exe [ some number ]” messages were generated.
    There were no such problems if received responses were of content type "application/json" or "text/xml".

    I am not certain if that a bug…

  13. I have a Team Account (work email address) for Acrobat Pro
    I have a personal account (personal email) for Creative Cloud Photography Plan.
    I use both work laptop and personal desktop for work application.
    I wish to remain logged into CC for LR access, but when I want to use Acrobat Pro, I am forced to swap ID. As Acrobat Pro is my default PDF viewer, this happens a lot.
    The answer given was to ask my corporate Adobe Acount Admin to use my personal email address not my work email.
    This is mad.

  15. Steps to reproduce the bug: Open the attached pdf file and try to find the word "поиск" (using the search tool).

    Expected result: Acrobat finds the word "поиск" at the and of the first line.

    Observed result: Acrobat finds nothing.

    Environment: Windows; any version of Acrobat or Acrobat Reader.

  17. The software is so incredibly buggy - any attempt to share makes the software crash. Cannot share files saved in document cloud or elsewhere, share via e-mail (with outlook Mac) causes crash, share via document cloud causes crash, attempts to access address book to share via native adobe app causes crash. Why can't I just drag files stored in the document cloud into an e-mail or message - this is the easiest way to share. Share/collaboration is literally unusable in acrobat DC - WHY?! Our entire team may have to move away from the entire Adobe platform if this is…

  18. Hi,
    I am being prevented from using any of the components of the Acrobat family which is available to me through my school, where I work. I had a personal subscription which has now ended and I find myself unable to use Acrobat that I need as a part of my job.
    Please, could you delink the two subscriptions?

  19. Acrobat DC recently started to crash every time I open two PDFs. It just closes all the windows without showing any error messages.
    Uninstalling and reinstalling did not help. I assume this is associated with some recent update, since this bug started to appear in the last one month. Would anybody know how to fix this?

  20. I probably shouldn't have to, because I get an adobe package from my employer, but I paid $190 for a one year Acrobat Pro DC subscription on June 26, 2018. 5 months later, I'm getting a message that my subscription has expired.
    My order # is/ was: ADB034255491
    Either fix the problem or refund my money.
