    please add the ability to close the "At least one signature is invalid" message. It's a bit annoying that you can't close the notification so its permanently there

  2. Delete default Actions List.

    I want to be able to remove the actions in the actions list that are available out of the box. I never, ever use them and I want the ones I use all the time to be the only ones available.

  4. Add option to print using system dialog by default

    In my office we have user codes we use when printing. The code is saved into the print driver of each user. When printing from Adobe we are forced to click "properties" before every print, even if we don't need to make any setting changes. If you do not click properties, the user code embedded into the driver is not sent with the print job and it fails with an authentication error at the printer.   6. Press Quality Preset - Default PDF v1.7 needed

    I am a Prepress tech using an APPE workflow, the most current release. I have been seeing problems, since my upgrade and the advent of the CC, with PDF 1.4 being submitted for print. Mostly transparency problems. I have people modify their Adobe Press Quality PDF Preset to PDF 1.7, from InDesign. It helps greatly. Also makes me feel more confident in the soft proofing process, as v1.7 passes my EnFocus and RIP preflights better than lesser PDF versions. And I know this is an InDesign PDF export setting problem, but it is a Distiller preset, available within Indy. Can…

  7. Please add the ability to create custom keyboard shortcuts or assign default hotkeys to items on the toolbar

    Hello:

    I would really appreciate if the Adobe team would consider implementing either the ability to allow custom keyboard shortcuts or assign default keyboard shortcuts (i.e., hotkeys) to shortcuts on the toolbar.

    If the second option to map hotkeys to toolbar shortcuts is implemented, I would really appreciate if by pressing the Alt key I could bring up a display of all shortcuts available. For example, please see the Microsoft Word image: if I press the Alt key, it displays all available keyboard shortcuts.

  8. Allow global modification to default page setup margins in Print Dialog Box

    Make default page setup margins in the Print dialog box set to 0 inches instead of 1 inches or make these customizable. Having the default page setup set to 1 inch margins creates a condition where the user is forced to choose the "Fit" option under Page Sizing & Handling rather than the "Actual Size" option in order to print a pdf and fit all of the information.   9. Have an option to hide the editor features and use a reading/display mode as default view

    I want to use the browser extension for Acrobat Pro as my default PDF handler but most of the time, but not all the time, I am just wanting to open and read a PDF and not edit one. I was surprised there is no option to have it default into a reader mode/display mode with the editor interface hidden with perhaps a button that will toggle back to edit mode when needed.

    You can see the default view in the attached screenshot which clearly isn't conducive to just reading. The pdf is shrunk into that window making the text…

  10. Changing Default Tools on new menu

    I like the quick-access to the Tools in Acrobat, but please allow us to select WHICH 4 tools we see. The defaults are Create PDF, Export PDF, Fill&Sign, and Protect, but in my workflow, I almost never use these tools. I use Edit PDF, Combine Files, Organize Pages, and Prepare Form daily, and would very much like to have these on my front page.
    Also, I have the Mobile app already. How do I get rid of the ad asking me to download it?

  11. Make Auto OCR a switchable preference, not default!

    Auto OCR cannot be switched off, but is not always welcome nor even meaningful. Moreover, it takes a lot of time and/or many its to the 'cancel' button.

    In "Create action links" "reach a page view" and "Use this aspect by default", the default setting does not integrate the zoom level, if I choose "full page" instead of "custom", I have to make this choice for each new link ... tedious !

  13. "Use Current Properties As New Defaults" needs to set defaults for all future doc form field properties. (this seems like a bug)

    I need to be able to set the default properties on form fields so that all form fields created in the future --- whether by me manually or automatically by way of Acrobat's Prepare Form > Scan feature --- reflect the "default" property settings, both in the current doc and in all future docs. Default means default.

  15. inherit zoom default - Hyperlinks within the pdf document pages.

    It would be very Helpful if Adobe would address this issue with being able to set the zoom level of the hyperlinks within the pdf document to inherit zoom as a default setting. As explained by others it is a real pain to have to change all the hyperlinks in the document 1 at a time to accomplish a "inherit zoom" setting in a large pdf document that can have hundreds of hyperlinks.   17. Set Defaults For Output Options When Splittings PDFs

    Each and every time I split a PDF, I must manually set the folder I want the files to save to. I should be able to set the folder path one time and Acrobat will default to that same folder next time I split a PDF. This goes for all the settings whenever splitting a PDF.   19. Adobe Sign hyperlink NEEDED in workflow message

    It is critical to have a text editor (allowing hyperlinks) to be added to the message in a workflow. This link would take the users to a 'live' document to comment, edit, and finalize before all the signatures take place. I feel this would be an asset to all Adobe Sign users.
