When using Adobe Sign to send a document for signing, if the Message has too many characters, it causes an error 'COULD NOT COMPLETE YOUR REQUEST - An error occurred while connecting to the service. Please try again later.'
Have tried multiple times and only when the message is cut short will it work.1 voteWe are closing the issue due to no further communication from the user end. Please feel free to report any issues you find.

inherit zoom default - Hyperlinks within the pdf document pages.
It would be very Helpful if Adobe would address this issue with being able to set the zoom level of the hyperlinks within the pdf document to inherit zoom as a default setting. As explained by others it is a real pain to have to change all the hyperlinks in the document 1 at a time to accomplish a "inherit zoom" setting in a large pdf document that can have hundreds of hyperlinks. Using inherit zoom is a document standard that is required in many industries, so it is not just a preference that I personally prefer. I must use…

Default Screen/Monitor
With multi monitor setup, setting which screen PDF's open to can be achieved by moving a non maximized windows to desired screen then closing and reopening Acrobat Pro. Now with that set opening a second PDF does not follow the first. The desired outcome is for all PDF's to open on desired monitor. Could that be a preference to override?

******* pop ups
Why the are you interrupting my workflow with fing pop ups that not only have I NO INTEREST in whatsoever and they've just crashed the fing application. Stop trying to push me in the direction of the cloud - if I wanted to go there I would sort it out myself. And I don't want you 'reaching out' to me. Just turn it off by default.

Really sorry for the issue that you are facing here.
Could you please share a snapshot of the popup that you are referring to that you do not wish to see.?You can send it on ajain@adobe.com
Thanks

Error message accessibility check document name
When a document name is entered for an accessible PDF in InDesign under File > File Info, it is automatically included in the PDF.
When checking accessibility in Acrobat, an error message is generated if a document name is missing.
If you change the title in File > Document Properties and save the document, the problem will be resolved. This also applies if you subsequently restore the original title.
It appears that the title from InDesign is not properly embedded in the PDF or is not correctly recognized by Acrobat.1 vote -

condense all text edit/comment options on toolbar into one by default
There are at least 3 icons on various menus and toolbars for adding text to a pdf. For the love of users, PLEASE combine them (by default) into ONE. In particular, I'm referring to (1) add a comment (which includes Insert text and Add text comment), (2) Fill in form fields, and (3) add text. Those are circled in the attached screenshot. Some users might want to split those out into multiple buttons, so they can access them more quickly. But for the normal user, the default should have all those options in a menu or toolbar under one…

Error Message: There was an error processing a page. There was a problem reading this document (109).
I get this error message occasionally, and sometimes if I close the document and reopen, it loads fine. Other times, it just won't load. Any suggestions?

Printing preferences reset to Letter after Acrobat updates
The default printing preferences are Letter even though my Windows regional settings are not US. Should be A4.
I change the default from Windows Settings>Devices>Printers & scanners>Adobe PDF>Manage>Printing preferences>Adobe PDF Page Size but it resets every time Acrobat updates!
Please fix both these issues.

Change Lookup Dictionary
Currently Default dictionary lookup is Dictionary.com but there should be a feature to change that default lookup to any other offline Dictionary Service Provider.

BUG: Print selected pages radio button prints all by default instead of Page 1 and Page 2
BUG: Default page range still prints all pages. "Page 1 - Page 2" selected will still print all 400 pages of a document, and can't be cancelled. Causes major problems. If you click the page range radio button and erase "Page 1 - Page 2" and replace with "1-2" it will print those two pages. This is in Adobe Reader.
Adobe Acrobat has a similar issue: When I click the radio button by the
"pages" bar under Pages to Print, it does not automatically change the
preview to the default "page 1 - page 2." When I click into the…1 vote -
Please provide a Preference to condense the Comments panel
I often deal with PDFs with hundreds (and sometimes thousands) of edits. The Comments panel in Acrobat DC includes way too much blank space, including a title line ("Strikethrough Text", "Highlighted Text", etc.) and needlessly provides a default "Type your reply..." area for every comment. This isn't Facebook (meaning, replies aren't always necessary). Please provide preferences that allow comments to appear in more compact form, as they did with Acrobat X or Acrobat 11.

The relates to a thread in your online enquirer forum titled 'Why does "Use Current Properties as New Default" do nothing!?'.
It would be very helpful (and some may say essential) if we could set a default font for your form wizard when it creates text fields. Converting word.docs for form is great using the wizard but then we have to go back and change the font size (and other settings for text fields). This makes the task much longer to do. With the ability to set default settings it would cut down this process and close a potential gap that a competitor of yours may exploit!

bookmarks
Don't open bookmarks by default!
When opening a document that has bookmarks embedded in it, the bookmarks panel opens automatically (and slowly) and takes up a third of the screen. It's infuriating, takes several seconds before it can be closed, and is completely pointless. Ditch it, or make it take up a tiny fraction of the screen space. I hate the way Acrobat prioritizes bookmarks over every other aspect of the interface.

Please restore option to turn off recent files window as default
Hello,
So until recently (today is Nov 17 2022), Acrobat Pro had an option in the Preferences to turn off the Recent files window as default. Now that option is gone, and I wish Adobe will restore that option. Now every time my documents are closed with command-w, I get the Recent files window, and I have to close it with another command-w or manually by clicking on the window. I'm not sure if this is a new feature or is actually a bug that should be fixed. I would expect that a single command-w should close the window…1 vote -
How Well Does Workstatus Track Attendance in Real Time?
We’re exploring Workstatus Attendance Tracking Software to improve real-time visibility into employee attendance, especially across multiple locations. It seems to offer live dashboards, automated check-ins, and alerts for missed punches. For those using it, how accurate is the real-time tracking? Has it helped in reducing attendance fraud or improving team discipline? We’re also curious about the learning curve for employees and managers. Is it adaptable to changing schedules and last-minute shift changes? Any input on system reliability or support response time would help us decide if Workstatus is the right tool for managing our growing workforce.

Tracking Transaction Limits
Adobe Sign has transaction limits (https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-sign/adobe-sign-transaction-limits/td-p/10892151?page=1). Currently, other than manually counting your transactions, there isn't a way to track the number of transactions you've completed and thus, no way within Adobe to know how many transactions you have remaining for the year. Please consider adding this so that users can easily see how many transactions they've completed and how many they have remaining.

Arabic script with Fill & Sign
This topic has been discussed before, but I want to share one thing the team might find useful.
Now we tell all Acrobat users that Adobe Fill and Sign doesn't support Arabic. But when you look at it, we are able to type Arabic very well on Desktop machines and mobile devices.
On a Mac for instance, as an Adobe CC subscriber, I have to choose English in Preferences for my Acrobat language in order to show [ Fill & Sign, Send and Track, and Send for Signature ] features in Tools workspace. If I go and change Acrobat…
