  1. I do not like AT ALL the new format. 99.9% of what I do for work is receive pdfs save them to my files and attach them a eDocs to my invoices. There is no simple way to Save As anymore and it tells me I can go back to old version but ALAS there is no way to do that that is visible on the home page that came up with the document. I DONT WANT TO ALTER THE DOCUMENT AND THAT SEEMS TO BE ALL THE CHOICES I JUST WANT TO SAVE AS, WHICH IS NOT A CHOICE.

  2. It would be helpful to determine how best the User from our Enterprise ID Plan uses Adobe Acrobat Pro DC application if a report that could be generated to brief the usage statistics for a period of past 60-90 days.

It would also be helpful for us to MANAGE/RE-ALLOCATE the license to a CORE USER instead of Poor Usage User

  5. I have already reported the fact that, when installing or updating Adobe Acrobat (which happens rather often), the program icon in the Windows menu is incorrect. I know how to bypass the problem by creating manually the good icon, but each time Acrobat is updated, this bad icon reappears (see screenshot).

This is a VERY long lasting bug. So please, fix it!!!

    Thank you

    Hi,

Could you please try the following steps and let us know if the issue is resolved:

    • Delete Adobe Acrobat icon from the Start Menu, the desktop and from the taskbar.
    • Go to C: > ProgramData > Microsoft > Windows > Start Menu > Programs and you’ll find the " Adobe Acrobat DC " with the wrong icon. The that looks like a shortcut. Delete it and close the window.
    • Go to C: > Program Files (x86) > Adobe > Acrobat DC > Acrobat and find Acrobat.exe
    • Right click on Acrobat.exe > Send to > Desktop
    • Right click again on Acrobat.exe > Pin to Start Menu… and close the window
    • Right click on Acrobat.exe – shortcut (that you just created on your desktop) > Copy
    • Go back to: C: > ProgramData > Microsoft > Windows > Start Menu > Programs… and Paste the…

    Hi All,

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. Requesting you to please provide the below details :

    1. Do you see the sign in dialog with any PDF file or with specific PDF file?
    2. Can you please share a snapshot of the sign in dialog being displayed to you?

    Regards,
    Sandeep

  7. Trying to select which pages to extract by clicking on thumbnails is next to impossible. Whoever thought of this system has never tried to extract multiple non-consecutive pages from a large document - they all look the same when shrunk to 1 inch tall. Can we just extract by highlighting bookmarks?

  8. If it ain't broke why "fix" it? The latest Adobe Acrobat is horrendous re: changes to the interface and functionality. Basic things like zoom function, where to access tools, or go to the next page have changed - why?! You're making people who have used Acrobat for years CHANGE the way they work, breaking workflow. It's slow to load and do most actions and hard to find things. I HATE it when Adobe moves things around like this. Please stop making arbitrary changes that break workflow for regular users.

  9. Your new "internet/mobile friendly" interface being forced on desktop users is bad customer service. It makes me seriously consider using/purchasing a competitor's product and never coming back to Adobe.

  10. Currently, Adobe Acrobat pro DC only allows you to save two signatures. This is supposed to be one signature and one image of your initials. However, for families with multiple people living in them it's often necessary to sign documents with multiple signatures. Please adjust your product to allow for more signatures to be created for use in signing pdfs. Thank you.

  11. We have added and assigned 274 Adobe DC Pro users to the VIP Portal. We now need to run a report that provides activation status for each user i.e. if a user has installed Adobe DC pro and activated the license. Is that feature available or can it be added?

  12. under MacOS Mojave 10.14.4 (18E226) in Acrobat Pro version 2019.010.20098 when we try to perform run a preflight fix (generate 2 mm bleed), Acrobat can't do it telling there was an error but not showing what error. The same fix applied on the same file using the same version of acrobat works perfectly under MacOS 10.11.6 - We tested it on different machines with the latest version of MacOS and Acrobat.

  13. Allow the setting of maximum font size for a field when creating a fillable form. This will prevent huge text in a field if there is a small amount of text but would still allow text to reduce in size automatically to fit within the field if needed.

  14. I just installed Acrobat Pro DC and the it keeps shutting down after running only 10-20 seconds. I can occasionally open a file quickly enough, but after opening file, Pro DC then shuts down. Went through Adobe troubleshooting (checked updates, Distiller, repair installation), but problem persists. Note that I did NOT set Pro DC as my default program for PDF files. My original Acrobat Pro XI is running fine.

  15. What an irritating user interface seriously. I wonder if the interface designers ever work on their own product. No sense of where to place the tool and task bars. What is the ease of accessibility have you guys created?. Please change back to the previous version. This is the most nonthought of update.

  18. Using Windows 10 Home Version 1909 OS Build 18363.657, when I have a PDF file or multiple PDF files open in Reader DC, and when I close the tab of a file and then try to do something with that file in Windows Explorer, such as rename or delete or move or change it any way, I cannot do so because Windows 10 thinks there is still a lock on the file and throws a pop-up dialog that says to "Close the file and try again." The only way I can get the lock released is by closing Reader DC…

    Hi,

Sorry for the issue that you are facing here.

Do you have Windows Explorer Preview turned on in your explorer window ? If yes, can you please try after switching the windows explorer off and see if that works fine ?
Also Try to close the explorer window and then try and then try to do any operation on that file in a different exporer window
    Let me know further.

    Thanks

  19. Rather than re-ordering and re-arranging pdfs within a combined file, I would like to be able to determine the order files are compiled. This can be by file title (alphabetically) or others. Right now when I combine several files into one pdf, they are scrambled out of order and I have to rearrange manually which can be cumbersome for larger compilations.
