  1. The new user interface / page design is terrible! The new tool and zoom locations make mouse movements awkward and less fluid. Please change it back. There was nothing wrong with how it was.

  3. Working in Microsoft Teams it is needed to be able to make comments in the same PDF-file (online) like we can do in Word and Excel-files, so the team can see each others comments, and add their comments in the same PDF (without having to download and upload, which will result in several PDFs, and will not be very efficient).

  4. Where did the zoom tools go? They used to be visible in the main tool bar... I mean, I get there are other ways to zoom in and out of my pdf, but why remove such a common functionality? Please bring them back.

    Hi,

    Thanks for Reaching out to us for your concerns.
    We have not removed the zoom tools from the main toolbar and those are already there.

    I assume you might have undocked the Toolbar so you may be getting a black floating window over the document area which would be having the zoom tools.

    I would request you to kindly Dock it back to the Main toolbar by clicking the rightmost icon from that floating window.

    Also, if this is not the case i would request you to kindly do a right click on your main toolbar and select “Reset Toolbar” from the context menu. (This way your main toolbar will get back to the default state which would anyways be having the Zoom tools.

  5. Acrobat CC has suddenly started using excessive amounts of RAM to the point that it is paused and has to be quit and restarted. This also happens if left alone with no files open.
    Having pitstop plugin open or not makes no difference. This is on an imac retina 5k late 2014 with 16gbs ram and only started happening Sept 1 2017, Acrobat CC has been installed for at least a year with no issues (and other versions before that have not had this issue).
    The RAM usage seems to increase much more quickly if it is an image heavy…

  6. We have many attachments to each of our PDF files. It would be really great if the attached files could be organized by folder of category and not alphabetically. Please see attachment for an example.

  7. I have been using Acrobat for many years, and have mainly rolled with the punches when it came to updates to the user interface. I am sorry, but with this latest update I can no longer sit idly by and suffer through it. If there is any way you could allow your users to continue using the old user interface, I would be eternally grateful. I am trying to be productive at work, and do not have the time to re-figure out how to do everything on a program I am very adept at using. Thank God I just finished…

  8. It would be helpful to determine how best the User from our Enterprise ID Plan uses Adobe Acrobat Pro DC application if a report that could be generated to brief the usage statistics for a period of past 60-90 days.

    It would also be helpful for us to MANAGE/RE-ALLOCATE the license to a CORE USER instead of Poor Usage User

  10. It would be incredibly useful to be able to set keyboard shortcuts for the "Set Status: None, Accepted, Completed, Cancelled, and Rejected" commenting tools.

    Set status, to me is an advanced feature used to enable more efficient workflows, adding keyboard shortcuts would add even more efficiency.

  11. One moment, I was using Acrobat to review and edit page proofs for a medical journal I handle and the next moment all my customization was gone! No toolbars, nothing I need to do my job. All gone! Additionally, the new layout is HUGE and unwieldy. I want to be able to sort through several PDFs to compare pages and revisions. Now, I have one page taking up the middle of my screen and this giant blank workspace all around it. Where did everything go? Why did Adobe completely change everything after years of a familiar, but ever updating application?…

  14. Why it is impossible to have editing options as they were previously? Can a 'Classic view' be added for those of us older than 5?
    Everything in this new 'charms' based UI is fussy and time-consuming. I've been using Acrobat since its inception and now I'm having to relearn nearly everything. WHY?
    It wasn't broken, so the need to 'fix it' has created a frustrating experience.

  16. What an irritating user interface seriously. I wonder if the interface designers ever work on their own product. No sense of where to place the tool and task bars. What is the ease of accessibility have you guys created?. Please change back to the previous version. This is the most nonthought of update.

  17. The most recent update to how pages function is not user friendly. The scroll bar has virtually disappeared. I must continually re-enable it for every document. Very frustrating.

  18. Hate the new layout and design, everything is now back to front and upside down in terms of trying to find things.

    Why could you not keep the same design and just upgrade the features.

    As the old saying goes don't fix what is not broken..........

    Hate the new design and to say it is meant to be user friendly is a joke.

  20. Brief title: Adobe acrobat crashes on Mac os Big Sur
    Steps to reproduce the issue:
    1. Install Big Sur
    2. Try to do anything in Adobe acrobat (any version)

    Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
    Mac os big sur

    Expected result
    Adobe should work

    Observed result
    Adobe crashes with the following trace: (attached as trace.rtf)
